Check the expiration date on the food I have bought several things from there, including baby food that was expired a month after I had my baby and I did not start buying baby food till she was five months old so you could imagine how out of date it was. You could not ask for a better place to shop. Everything is laid out on the shelves in absolutely perfect shopping order. Nice wide isles and very clean. Being accustomed to shopping in heavily populated places it was quite calming. It lacked the rush and stress and made for one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have had in a very long time ! Rather than go on and on about the great prices its easier to say I filled my grocery cart to the limit and had a receipt as long as my arm all for a grand total of $118.00. I got all my meats for $30 !That is the magic of local farm to table shopping. All the transportation expense makes a huge difference in price. Even if I had to drive 50 miles to go there and shop I would still come out on top ! Thank you to the friendly young lady at the check out. Job well done !

Their meat deals are the best part of the store, they have a deal where you can get 5 for $20 mix and match, so you can get ground beef, pork chops, pork ribs, and some other choices too. They have the same deal in the freezer section for fries and other microwavable items. They really need an automatic door opener, so if you are elderly or disabled, you'll really need help exiting the store with your cart. Their other selections are limited, but covers a good majority of the basics. Their prices are somewhat decent, and sometimes have sales on popular items. I wouldn't recommend buying any soft or hard beverages here, because they are overpriced. The staff are really friendly, and they sometimes have food already prepared that you can pick up from their warmer in the back of the store. They sometimes serve up lunches during the daytime if you go there around lunchtime. All in all, not a bad store. It's good to support smaller businesses, so you should check out some of their items.

I go for their hot lunch bar. It's a way for me to get fresh veggies in. You get two veggies and a meat one their plate.... Right now they have an excellent cook with a great personality. He's a retired Veteran and still rocking it.

Went there and got some stuff for supper. I was going to get some Jiffy Mix to go with the peas. I picked up 2 boxes and I always check the dates. I'm glad I did cause 4 boxes that I picked up went out of date on December 22, 2022. Come on people this is March 3, 2023

It's ok if you're in a hurry to get something quick and passing through our live nearby, but I wouldn't shop there regularly. It's really dark, I can never find what I need, the prices are high, it smells like mold and rotten meat.

Good. Cashier sprayed lysol after each customer, clean. Pick 5 meats for $20! Good deal, good meat, too. I always buy from here. The staff are nice, too :)

Friendly people, relatively clean, but high prices due to their clientele mostly uses ebt and other government aid so they don’t care about the prices as much as a person who uses cash or debit/credit.

Even though it's a very old store the owners keep it up to par. I try to catch sales and special offers. It is convenient but some items are a little pricey. Great meats and fresh produce.

Overpriced, old unkempt grocery store. The employees seem really unhappy to be there, and the customer service is non-existent. The inside of the store looks like it was built in the 1970s and NEVER had an additional dime spent on upgrades or remodeling. The grocery selection is sparce. The business hours are not customer friendly, however with the overall appearance of the store, as well as the prices, I doubt that this store has a customer base to keep it open for longer hours.

Went in to get change and one of the employees from another register came to my cashiers register and clipped his nail and let it fall on the floor and went back to his business. Sooo gross I was like did he really just do that. I will never buy food from here I have even seen bugs by the bread. And produce is old.

Everybody check the dates on your food or anything you buy from the store because everything is out of date no good I have bought candy there for my daughter and it Have been out a date for like six years so people check the dates on staff check your meat and vegetables before purchasing i’ll never shop there Ever again
