Floors felt sticky, half the cups was not stocked, seemed like a lot of stuff was out. While in there the cashier just disappeared with folks standing there. customer service is very poor. The hotdogs on the roller grill was beyond burnt. No one wants a shriveled up burnt hotdog. I guess thank God they have Dairy Queen in the same building because they don't have anything that is edible!

Very spacious clean parking lot with plenty of gas pumps.. it’s conveniently located on US 231 in Midland City. This gas station also has a great selection of assorted items to choose from.

The place has been massively improved. The employees are friendly and hardworking, the manager is super helpful and nice, and the place is super clean! Im a regular here, and I can gladly say that I'll still be coming around. Overall an amazing place with amazing people!Figured I'd add this: The doorbell is gone, now replaced by a "ding dong" near the bathrooms. This usually helps the employees know when someone is in the store at night, which is pretty cool! And yes, since about 1-2 years ago, there has been new management. They improved the staff team immensely!Edit #2 (Aug 11, 2020)They are adding new food service! Its not done yet, but it looks very nice! Might be some pizza coming in soon!

The store is never stocked. Fountain drinks need to be changed out because they have no carbonation. Bathrooms are filthy!!! And last but not least they need new cashier's the men working there were cussing in front of my child very rude and of little help.

Hi I'm your local guide, this Express is so cool in all ways. ⛽ normally is great. The bathrooms are always CLEAN, AND GET THIS OUT SIDE SEATING AND IN SIDE SEATING. THE KICKER IS THEY HAVE FREE WIFI. THIS STORE IS ALWAYS ALWAYS CLEAN. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE HIGH but ITS WELL WORTH IT FOR A+ service and products.PLEASE LEAVE THE LIGHT ON FOR US

Great place too work, enjoy working here but the current employees before me are getting treated differently than myself. I have been working with this company about 3 weeks now & they need help very badly if your interested please come help us out. I'm very sick right now, have been all day & because I didn't consider calling 4 hours in advance, I called 2 1/2 hours before my shift just too try nn make it. I was lied on by a current emploee nn my manager didn't investigate the situation, she called nn questioned me about the situation nn told me don't worry about after I continuously told her even though I have too come too work I wouldn't be my normal self, I imagine I'm in a heap of trouble now.

Only one good employee there the asst manager and manager threaten people they dont like and constantly has her boyfriend working behind the register when he is not employeed there. Just read the messages in the pics this is what goes on at this store the asst manager and others like to drink while at the store and then drive home because Kevin of the Midland City Police department won't stop them and pull them over.

I'm pretty sure their pumps are robbing people. All of a sudden I'm putting 3 more gallons in my car than normal at every fill up.

usually have great people there but tonight the black guy with glasses ripped me off a $1...talki down to me...very unhappy. started off fussing at me for getting a refill in my old frostee cup, tal;king bout its not any cheaper for refill, i never asked nor intended on expecting it to be any cheaper....complained aboput my money being damo , saying he didnt like it,..very unprofessional..the rest of the crew are very good but he needs to go back to customer service class!

Almost no cold drinks, bathrooms were horrible and trash all on the floor. Used to be amazing and clean but has definitely gone downhill

Handicapped and family bathroom locked and unusable. Bathroom had multiple stalls and was fairly clean for a gas station bathroom. But had to go somewhere else to use bathroom.

Horrible customer service. Takes to long to get service due to employees outside smoking and then they wanna get an attitude when they do put their cigarette down. From now on I will be taking my business else where.

Great place to stop and get what you need on the go and get gas on your way to Panama City Beach!!!There's also a Dairy Queen inside so you can get something to eat on the way and they have Icee machine, drinks,and food and nice employees.
