I love a good thrift store, but can anyone tell me why they’re so expensive on their clothes?? And every downtown rescue mission store is like this.. I’ll go to look at glassware and stuff but don’t expect to find any good deals on clothes,shoes,etc.. also they just need to be throwing away more than half of the stuff they’re trying to sell.

Staff is nice. However, there are NO mirrors from the dressing rooms! How inconvenient! What's the point of a dressing room when there are NO mirrors? Not even a small chair or bench to set our purse, phone, keys on? Not to mention 1 of the 2 stalls has a broken lock!

I cannot believe how much this place has gone down hill! Your customers deserve better! I have shopped here looking for little treasures for 3 years and have definitely noticed a decline in both cleanliness, service and prices!!!! Shopping here should be cheaper than going to big box stores but in actuality this thrift store is higher $ ! I am actually thinking of coming out of retirement and working at this store just to get it back to where it once was! No experience at a thrift store but I’m sure I could do better than whom ever is running it now. My understanding was Christianity kindness etc. lower the prices so our children in need in our community can have nice clothes to go to school!

The store is clean and staff very nice. Prices are horrible. These items are donated and I understand they have overhead but a thrift store shirt should not be no more than $3-$4. The prices of baby clothes have doubled as well. The prices used to be very good and used to be a lot of fun shopping but not so much anymore as the prices have doubled just in the last few months.

I have frequented this store many times over 19 years. I have donated probably $1k+ worth of used merchandise as well. The workers are friendly and helpful. The store is pretty organized. The only problem is the prices are too high for a thrift store. The prices used to be a deal. That's what you expect in a THRIFT STORE. Just because an item is a name brand is no reason to increase the price... Those items were given to the store. All of a clothing type should a price. For instance, all ladies jeans should be a set price like $4, all children's jeans $3, all men's shirts $4, and so on. If you got a Polo for $4, you got lucky. That kind of pricing is what used to make "thrifting" fun.

This store isn't very big but we've found some great things here for amazing deals. The prices are already really good and they will do 50% off once or twice a month so definitely look into their monthly flyer for the days with specials. Staff was really nice. This location is pretty far from our house but anytime we pass through Meridianville we will definitely be stopping.

Clean store. Condition of stock was good. Good variety. Prices appear a bit high compared to Goodwill and other thrift stores. Rather disappointing they damage many items by hand writing prices directly on items with markers instead of using stickers.

I will not be going back to this location. The staff need training on customer service. Not only did a complete stranger rub her hands all over my baby's head and face, the cashier also questioned my purchase asking why I was buying it when it was labeled men's wear. I don't think they realize what they were doing was rude, but it was enough to make me want to leave instantly.

The customer service was great! I had been suit shopping at the mall in Huntsville and couldn't find anything I could afford. My fiancee asked to stop here on a whim and I found a suit just like the $300 suits (same designer label) for $5!!! Unbelievable!!

They stole from a sick child: I left my toddler’s tablet there at 5 pm one night. By 9 am I was calling and they said they would watch for it. By 10 am they sold it, knowing it wasn’t for sale or something that was donated. They lied about me, to me and they should be ashamed of themselves for selling stolen property.

It's sad that individual give merchandise to a Christian org. And the prices are outrageous. Then you wonder why you're overload with stuff and that's defeating the goal of mission. I saw a small lamp that was priced at 14.00. That was probably what the person that gave it to them paid for. Everybody is out for profit and not looking at what the real meaning of mission is. It's a form of greed even though you say you are a Christian. Stop trying to make a huge profit off of stuff that is given. God is not pleased.
