I politely asked the worker to scan a package again after it failed a few tries before. The worker shoots back with a condescending “don’t tell me how to do my job!”. At first I was speechless. I tried to quickly play back the conversation in my head. Was I rude, did I say something to offend them? I don’t know, I have been told I am dry and have RBF, but I definitely said it politely with please, thank you and if you don’t mind, etc. I’m sure the person was probably having a bad day so I won’t take it personally, but it ruined my day because I go there pretty often and thought we were cool. I apologize if I offended you.Also, side note,I did a job like yours (as far as shipping department, scanning packages) so I was going to give you a helpful tip before you snapped at me.

Staff was rude. I had to wait in line twice (30 minutes) because of their inability to process an insurance inquiry. The woman at the register muttered “yeah, you have to wait in line at this store” to a coworker after I questioned it. This will be the last time I deal with this pharmacy.

They need more help we pick up prescription every month her 95 % time prescription are sent in to pharmacy almost every time even if there's no one or 1 or 2 people in back waiting they tell us it be about 2 hours wait to get our prescription it's not pills that has to be counted just a box put in bag already counted out wouldn't take few minutes to get ready I know they have a lot to fill but if you tell them you are waiting can't move yours up little wait 2 hours to put it in a bag check out if you are there and waiting can't it take 30 minutes not 2 hours every time every month can't take off work in mornings or middle of day so we can't go till late evening I know there busy but usually nobody 1 or 2 people in their need better process.or more help at busy times like evening I could even wait 30 or 45 minutes but 2 hours I live to far away to have to come back....come on please .....

I'm honestly spoiled with my current pharmacy until just yesterday, they were actually out of an important medication I take for side effects of Multiple Sclerosis. My doctor had no problem issuing me a new script for it elsewhere, but I had to call around and find it myself. Low and behold, CVS in Meridianville had it. I don't use any CVS currently but I may now switch. After the doc called to tell me it was sent, I called CVS back to release it to be filled, but he had already done it. That fast! Apparently my insurance was an easy look up since it contracts through them and he knew it was important to me. It was ready for me to just come pick up. You can't ask for much better service than that. It was ready and waiting for my husband when he got there too. Thanks JT. I'm hoping to come back as long as my doctor can send it over again. It was a pleasure doing business with y'all.

I put in both of my prescriptions this morning, was told that they would ready by 3pm got the text at 12pm that they were ready, only to get there and only one was ready because someone didn’t look on another page to ensure that they filled both of them. So then I’m told it’s going to be another hour before it’s ready and this is time sensitive medicine, and with gas prices being what they are I am not happy about having to drive back and forth

Standard CVS pharmacy. Previously, good service at drive-thru, but they seem under staffed at busy times. Same way if you call. They always provide answers to questions regarding medication.

I have been fighting Covid for over a week and had some BREATHING medications I absolutely need. I asked the woman through the drive through, not once, but twice if she needed my updated insurance (since at first she asked if it was under another name… and then saw it was just my old address from another state, so clearly it has been a while since I’d been to CVS) She told me no even though I tried to push back and when I get there at 5:30pm, low and behold they don’t take my insurance!!!!! Of course the Walgreens across the street cannot fill it since they close at 6pm, and the closest thing I can find is Walgreens all the way in Madison, almost a 30 minute drive. Now I have to wait until 9pm because of this mix up. Really appreciate y’all.

Meridianville Alabama CVS has the best pharmacy workers I have ever met and worked with. I love each and every one of them. They greet me by name and are always willing to go out of their way for me and that has been many times with insurance problems. They always find the cheapest route without me even asking. I will always use them until they retire or move to different pharmacy. I suggest using this pharmacy because they will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for all your needs. Mary Gardner

I needed my very important medication called and asked if someone would be there to let me pick it up at 8:15 if not I’d send someone to get it on time .. I was told yes sir I’ll be here I will get you taken care of !!!!!!! Well I arrive at 8:08 and no one is available to help me now I’m going home with out this medication that was very much needed for the safety of my health !! Lady who ever you are I pray you never have to go through What I’m going through tonight and tomorrow .........

Consistently forget multiple prescriptions when picking up!! Make sure to check everything before you leave. Forget to even fill all of your prescriptions. Pharmacist accepts no responsibility for mix ups.

Ladies at the pharmacy were nasty foul mouth and rude. Last time to do any business at CVS. I will let Corp. In Woonsocket RI know about my experience, and that sassy mouth will be living under Governor's drive bridge in a nano second.
