Updated review: Well, I wish I could say that things are better with this groomer. I have lowered my review from 3 stars to 1 star. We made an appointment to have our Yorkies groomed again. It takes a while to get an appointment with this particular groomer but we were happy to wait. We have assumed, twice now, that when you schedule a day and a time that that will be your appointment time. But not with this groomer. Your appointment is only a drop off time.They will get around to your dog whenever they choose to. This is the second time that it has been all day to groom our 2 Yorkies. But this time we just went ahead and picked them up without letting them groom them. We dropped them off at 9 a.m. and we called to check on them about 2 pm. The lady that answered was obviously aggravated with us for calling. She told us that she hadn't even started and since it was Easier week she was "working us in." That's simply not true. When we called to schedule the subject of Easter didn't come up. I didn't even know there was an "Easter rush" in dog grooming.Our dogs are not used to being in that environment and we don't know where they are kept or how they are fed over hours of time.When I went in to pick them up the groomer told me that she was confused that we were picking them up. I told her that we dropped them off at 9 thinking that was our appointment time. She told me that every customer drops their dog off around that time and she will call when she is finished.That may be ok for some people, but our dogs are only 1 year old and not used to being away from us for such long periods.We will not be using this groomer again.First review: This was our second visit. The ladies are very friendly and truly love our pets. They did a great job grooming both of our Yorkies both times. The downside is that they are not well organized with time. We dropped our pups off at 8 a.m. but they didn't start grooming them until 3 p.m. I know this because I stopped by to pick them up at 2:30 and they were still sitting in a cage ungroomed. I realize that stuff happens beyond our control. But our pups didn't need to be there that early if they weren't going to start until 3. We dropped them off at 8 because we asked what would be the earliest we could bring them and that's when they told us we could. But we never dreamed that it would take all day.

I have big dogs. One is considered a giant breed. Canine Inc. is the few places that will board and groom giant breeds. They do a wonderful job and are knowledgeable about giant breed coat standards.I have only good things to say about canine inc. They always know my pups by name. They are courteous and the facilities are clean!! Most important of all my animals are happy when they are there. My dogs are always excited when we drive up. I highly recommend!

The play yards are very big and all grass. My Englis cocker was groomed and the groomer did an awesome job. Lisa and her crew do an amazing job.

The staff was awesome with helping my new guy get settled in. The facility is clean and lots of opportunity to get fresh air. Love this place and so does my dog!
