Don’t recommend, even if it’s free. Our dog has been here twice and we will not be bringing him back. The first time was bad and the second haircut (8 weeks later) was the WORST.When my wife picked him up, the groomer told my wife our goldendoodle was matted on his paws so they essentially shaved his entire body. Also, his tail was bleeding when he left the salon. He looks like a completely different breed of dog because they cut him so short and his skin is raw and itchy, even after three days. He won’t stop chewing on his skin and has multiple rashes on his body.This is the worst haircut in 4 years and three different states. We have no intention of contacting the Salon because we want nothing in return. The deed is done. However, we want share our experience for others to consider.

A+ !Very friendly and very knowledgeable(especiallywith poodle grooming, which is a big deal!) The best groomer I have taken a pet to date!My poodle pup looks beautiful and smells so yummy. You can definitely trust your pet to be in good hands!

I have always been so pleased with the service at Biscuits and Bows; however, I took my 2 Shihtzus to be groomed today. I learned when picking up my babies that I was being charged 2 “No Show” charges from Oct 2022. I was told this after my babies had been groomed today and charged a total of $170.00. I would not show up for an appointment without calling. Just because they noted me as a “no show” on their books does not make it true. I am very disappointed in the way i was treated today. We, all, will have to give an account to God for our words and actions. I hope $50 was worth it. I will forgive the owners but will not drive all the way from Fayetteville, TN to bring them business and be falsely accused. There are too many groomers closer to where I live.Lisa Sprengel

Kimie & her staff did an amazing job, it was our first time to take our schnoodles & of course they( the dogs) were nervous, but when I picked them up I could tell they were treated good! The staff is kind & patient, that's very important , its not easy to make new customers happy on first visit but I'm very impressed, fur babies look so cute!!! Thank you Biscuits & Bows! Will be calling for another appointment ☺

The ladies working here are so kind! They both were sweet to my little girl...Miniature Poodle...and made her look fabulous. She was happy when I picked her up and not nervous at all. That's a relief knowing your baby is being loved on! Definitely going back

If you are not taking your dogs here to be groomed, you are making a HUGE mistake. These ladies are THE BEST in all of North Alabama. We can't tell our dog they are "going to the beauty shop" until we are ready to actually leave or they won't give us any peace until we do.

I paid $45 for a bath today. My dog is scared and lives a lot so the groomer didn’t even cut his hair from his eyes. My mother in law had to ask them to take him back in there to cut his nails because they didn’t so that either. Left there and got Pet Depot cut him with no issues

These ladies love their clients and all dogs who are lucky enough to be groomed there are greeted and treated with love, love, love!! And my pups looked like different dogs after their experience there. Their grooming skills are exquisite and extensive!
