What a beautiful and welcoming home away from home! This B&B is spacious and beautifully decorated with the most inviting front porch and comfortable rooms. I went with my family, so we used every bedroom, and everyone agreed on the comfort and quiet we enjoyed at bedtime! On top of that, David and Eric prepared and served the most delicious breakfasts (with generous portions!) for us! (You'll never forget the mini cranberry muffins hot! hot! hot! out of the oven!) They accommodated our vegan and gluten-free folks with ease. So many special touches, like warmed mugs for coffee and tea, fresh-baked cookies when we got home each evening, and two sweet, friendly kitties who let us pet them! Too many unique features in this lovely home to list! Also, they were incredibly helpful with information about the area. We WILL be back, and it won't be soon enough!

We absolutely adored our experience at the Magnolia Springs bed-and-breakfast. Even though we only live in Fairhope, this was so easy for us to book and walk to Jesse‘s for dinner, and return to an amazing space. They had fresh baked cookies waiting for us when we got home, the morning breakfast was beyond delicious, and the atmosphere is indescribable. It is wonderful! Locals and visitors, run do not walk to the Magnolia Springs B&B. You’re welcome ❤️

My husband and I just returned from a lovely 2 day stay at Magnolia Springs B & B to celebrate our combined birthdays (his was on the 20th, mine is 2/2) and I just cannot recommend them enough. We had the pleasure and luck of having the whole place to ourselves as we like to book short getaways during off times to get much needed respites and quiet time away. They did NOT disappoint!David & Eric were amazing hosts! So friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, appreciated, and taken care of.Aside from the absolute gorgeousness of the property and neighborhood, we also had the pleasure of two sweet kitties to love on for the duration of our stay. Being an animal person, I took full advantage of that and was able to get lots of loves and cuddles and purrs as I was missing my own animals (I always do whenever we go on vacations). The breakfasts were AMAZING and delicious and they even added candles to our egg casserole on our last morning because they knew we were celebrating our birthdays. They really are wonderful, caring and attentive hosts. We HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for a bed & breakfast in this area. The house and the property are absolutely wonderful and the vibe is historically charming, warm, homey and beautiful. The hard work and care they put in every day really shows.Thank you David and Eric for giving us a much needed quiet, charming, and lovely respite from our daily lives. We will be back for sure!

From the moment we were greeted by David we felt like we were at home. The innkeepers, David & Eric ensured that all our needs were cared for. Our morning breakfasts were absolutely delicious and enhanced by a presentation & description. I cannot forget about the evening cookies upon our return or the two resident cats.Rooms: Clean, attention to detail of amenities all the way down to a nightlight.Food & drinks: The nearby restaurants were fabulous and their fares were excellent.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and I even peeked at what kind of pillows they had because I need them in my life forever! Breakfast was divine, hospitality was above and beyond and we cannot wait to come back and visit! Thank you for everything you do and creating a little slice of heaven in Magnolia Springs!

Hi Everyone,My brother and I stayed at the Magnolia Springs Bed and Breakfast Room #6 while visiting family in Foley, Alabama. My experience at Magnolia Springs B&B was excellent! The B&B is beautiful, our room was unique with a private bathroom, comfortable and clean. I woke every morning to the smell of coffee brewing and breakfast cooking. I would head down stairs, get a cup of coffee and sit on the porch. The mornings were slightly foggy at the time, very pleasant with lots of birds singing and squirrels playing in the oaks. We met others enjoying the B&B on the porch and had some great conversations. I added Eastern Blue Birds and Chickadees to my life list and we also spotted some exotic Scaly-Breasted Munia at a local feeder.Every morning, and any time arriving at the B&B, we were greeted with the great hospitality that David and Eric offered. The breakfasts are amazing, a two-course sitting with Chef David exceeding our expectations every time. The first course served was fruit and yogurt with granola at times, the second course their B&B specialties! My favorite was Kiss My Grits Eggs-Bendiction, which was introduced, as all breakfasts were by Chef David. Unbelievable. I recall telling my brother that we were the only ones, along with the other patrons, experiencing this breakfast on Earth. It was amazing! We spent our days with family, but could have easily relaxed at the B&B all day. When we returned early evening we found fresh cookies made for our room, and then proceeded back to the porch to enjoy the evening. Early on David referred to this as porch therapy, something we enjoyed and we all need!Magnolia Springs B&B was my first experience staying at a B&B. I enjoyed every moment of my experience there. My brother has stayed at a lot of B&B's and mentioned to me one morning at breakfast that David and Eric's B&B was exceptional, I was fortunate to experience it and plan to return soon!

This is a charming property! The minute it came into view, I knew we had found a hidden gem. Not only is it stunning on the outside, it is equally beautiful on the inside. You enter through the back, as the front is more for the rocking chairs and swing, which makes for a perfect little reading nook.We were greeted boisterously by David one of the inn keepers. He welcomed us with open arms, showed us around, and made recommendations nearby. It was the perfect respite from our busy lives! Nothing was left undone.I am prior military and a teacher, and I truly enjoy my morning walks, the area did not disappoint! I feel like I found my peace again! Here are the positives that stood out to us:- 2 course gourmet breakfast- luxurious towels, nice and thick.- Bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, soap, make up removing towels.- Extra blankets- Dimming lights- Recipe book and mugs for purchase.- Inside and outside breakfast seating- Sound machine & fan for those of us needing a little extra white noise at night.- Tv that lay flat on the wall, but careened out in either direction of the two beds in our room.- Extra security for the exterior and interior doors- Super friendly service from David- 2 Kitties to greet you- Very helpful website- Warming tray for coffee- 24 hr Coffee, tea, fridge accessDo not hesitate to book with this location, we will definitely be coming back!

My wife and I went here for our belated honeymoon and we had an incredible time! The owners made our stay a memorable one, though for privacy I won’t use their names. The homemade breakfast every morning was AMAZING! It was different every morning. It’s been a couple of months since our stay so I can’t remember everything, but the memorable dishes were yogurt with fruit as a starter and one lovingly named Kiss My Grits Southern Benediction. You absolutely have to try it if it’s on the menu. The owners are witty and fun! They’re very easy to talk to and talking to them was as effortless as talking to my best friend. There were homemade cookies waiting for us when we got back to the bed and breakfast every night. To quote my wife, “Yeah, Hangout Fest was fun, but the bed and breakfast made our trip perfect!” The scenery was serene. Eating breakfast outside while in full view of a beautiful tree corridor is unmatched. Everything was perfection. I couldn’t possibly ask for anything more!

Staying at the Magnolia Springs B&B was the best part of our trip. The innkeepers were wonderful and they have an incredible app - that gave us everything we needed to explore our first visit to the area. The property had incredible charm and we loved sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch and taking walks in the neighborhood. You will love this place!

My husband and I had just gone on a church family retreat and wanted to stay an extra day near the Gulf Shores/Foley area. I found this place online and decided to book it. I am so glad that I did! We were treated very nice from the moment we walked in the back entrance. The owner had such a warm, friendly, and positive attitude. He even helped us get our luggage upstairs. This older house built in 1898, with its spacious rooms, was so charming! The landscape around the house and beautiful trees that arched over each side of the road in front of the house all added to this charm. The upstairs bedroom had what looked like its original dark paneling like beaded board throughout it with a window near the bed that overlooked the pretty landscaped backyard. At 7:00 pm, we were provided with a plate of what looked like homemade chocolate chip cookies and something called bacon and eggs (2 stick pretzels with white chocolate hardened on the top/middle of the pretzels and a yellow M&M for the egg yolk on top). It was all yummy! The breakfast that we had the next morning was all homemade and absolutely wonderful! We loved this place and appreciate the hospitality!Rooms: The antique, dark, beaded-board paneling in the bedroom looked like what was originally in this 1898 house.Nearby activities: Foley Outlet, Gulf Shores Beach, Seafood RestaurantsFood & drinks: There was a refrigerator provided with drinks. Snacks were provided as well.

We spent 8 nights at the Magnolia Springs Bed & Breakfast. I can’t say enough about our outstanding experiences there. The Inn itself is immaculately maintained in an appropriate manner to its age and location. Our room on the main floor was well appointed, clean, and quite comfortable. While the Inn, itself, is enough to earn a 5 star review it is the Innkeepers who make your experience all the more enjoyable. David and Eric are so welcoming you feel as if you’re visiting with family. The breakfasts are delicious and David goes above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions. Nothing beats sitting on the porch with your morning coffee or happy hour glass of wine. And I doubt you can find better tour guides to help you enjoy this most beautiful area of Alabama. Don’t have any reservations about staying here, but DO make reservations. You won’t regret it.

Magnolia Springs Bed & Breakfast is a wonderful place to stay. I just fell in love with everything about it…the live oak trees that lined the street, the expansive country porch, the surrounding peace & serenity, the OUTSTANDING food, all encompassing southern charm…it was truly magical. What a wonderful experience! We had the pleasure of spending our honeymoon in Magnolia Springs, at the beautiful Magnolia Springs Bed and Breakfast. We were blown away by the true southern hospitality we experienced there. The bed and breakfast was stunning, a gorgeous home that is nestled among the oaks, we could not have asked for a more beautiful backdrop to share our first week of wedded bliss. They were the most perfect hosts, with an absolutely delicious breakfast served daily, always helpful with ideas for day trips, wonderful conversations, and they even shared beach gear with us! We can’t stop raving about our stay here and look forward to visiting again; so thankful for this experience.

The accommodations, meals, and guide to local attractions were all excellent. The two days we spent at Magnolia Springs were two of the best B & B stays we have experienced. It is not often you find a place as comfortable as your front porch and beautiful neighborhood. Certainly, when we return to the Gulf Coast we will try to arrange another stay with you.Rooms: The rooms were excellent, clean, and comfortable.Safety: The B & B has modern safety features and is located in a very safe neighborhoodWalkability: The neighborhood is safe and the walks we experienced were great.

My husband and I came for an overnight while we were in the area. The property is gorgeous, the neighborhood is something out of a fairytale. The owners of the inn are warm and charming and go the extra mile to make everything special. The furnishings in our room were elegant yet comfortable. Fluffy towels and soft rugs. The mattress was firm which we were thankful for. We both suffer from spine issues and always worry when we travel. We were very happy and comfortable. There are a few super nice touches- evening cookies- delicious- and porch kitties that allowed us to pet them. The garden was full of flowers, too. We woke up the next morning to a big thunderstorm. We sat inside during breakfast and chatted with guests and with the owners and had a lazy slow start to our day. The food was delicious. They put a lot of thought into what they serve. They want to be sure it’s not only tasty but healthy. They take great pride in their home, the inn, and their breakfast and it shows. We will definitely return.

My husband and I stayed at Magnolia Springs Bed and Breakfast during our weekend anniversary getaway. We were greeted by David, the owner, when we arrived and shown around the house before we made our way to our room. The room was lovely with a private bath. It was quiet and well furnished. The breakfast before our morning departure was home cooked and delicious! Much more than I was expecting. This was our first stay, but it won't be our last.
