I usually go to Staples for their print services and the entire team has always been great. I needed something recently less than an hour before closing time. A gentleman by the name of Stone helped me. He went out of his way to make sure that my print service was done accurately and followed up after I checked out. Great customer service skills.

Mr. Nick Garcia is, hands down, one of the nicest, most genuine managers that you will ever meet! He truly likes his job and people too. He is friendly, helpful, and down-to-earth. This Staples, Madison location off of Hwy 72 is the place to go for all of your office or school supplies needs. The store is very clean and organized. You also can get some great values too!!! They will price match, help you find what you are looking for, and make your shopping experience an enjoyable one. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

I’ve been searching for an office chair for a while. I went to Office Depot and didn’t feel like I could try them out because the sales people hovered worse than a car salesman! At staples we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance, we politely declined because we wanted to browse by ourselves. After some time Nicholas came to check on us. I told him that even with the Sales event they were running, online was cheaper and asked if they price matched. He said that they did! When I was looking online to do in store pickup it said almost everything was out of stock, but he was able to find my chair in stock! His service was amazing from start to finish! He was even nice enough to dolly it out to my car!

Went to staples today to get my pc upgraded after getting no help from other stores and I got help from one of the tech specialists Matt and he was amazing. Will definitely be coming back to staples for any and all of my tech related needs. Matt was super friendly and helpful and didn’t make me feel dumb at all. I will be recommending everybody I know to use staples for their future tech needs as well. 10/10

The printing team and management team at Staples on Hwy 72, Madison are AMAZING!!They are often my go to because of good customer service anyways, but today they have exceptionally made my day.While planning a funeral service for a loved one we realized an insert in the program was left out. After many technical glitches and obstacles through the night I was frantic. I arrived at Staples early a.m. and explained the situation. I needed 150 double-sided inserts ASAP. The manager and his colleague quickly came to my rescue so politely.He took the image I had on a thumb drive and the paragraphs and made the presentable and perfect for the remembrance program. They were a blessing & answer to my prayers this morning.The could have just said “sorry ma’am we aren’t open yet”. But they didn’t. They went above and beyond to help me with great quality service.Thank you Mr. Andrew and Mr. Herschel for your help!

I shop here very frequently and I am always pleased with the experience. The team at this location always goes above and beyond and I mean every department. I never have to ask for help there is always someone checking to see if I need anything I wish I remembered the names but they are all great! I have bought furniture , mailed packages , and shopped. They always try and get me the best deal or make sure I am taken care of. Thank you to the store manager he is very hands on. Not like most stores.

I went to Staples to print out some invitations at their copy center. I was having extreme difficulty printing out the PDF correctly. Neil took the time to work with me and solve my issue. It seems my PDF had shadowing that was causing problems. I would never have figured that out on my own. I was able to print out high quality invitations thanks to Staples and Neil.Thank you!!

A most helpful manager and staff! They always go out of their way to do the best they can for their customers. Nick Garcia and his staff went way beyond the call of duty with an tricky phone upgrade for us a few days ago. It's not the first time we've been impressed with this store, either. I very rarely write reviews, but if I'm going to, it's because of excellent customer service. My wedding was postponed because of COVID-19 and is now this weekend. When I went to print stuff for the wedding, I realized I was completely out if ink. I went to Staples in a panick and I couldn't find my type of ink. The gentleman who helped me was not only incredibly helpful but very sympathetic as well. He looked for different options for me, and then looked at all the other stores near by. When we still couldn't find any, he was going to let me have a cartridge out of a sample model! But they didn't have that model. Because I was so desperate, he then referred me to Office Max, who were rude and unhelpful. It just highlighted what a great job this gentleman did.

I recently had to exchange a modem. Nick, the store manager, helped me get a refund and find the correct modem/router for my needs. Then at the register, he searched the internet to do a price match. He saved me $$ on the new modem/router, to where it was almost the same price for a higher performance and quality unit. Thank you, Nick.

I had a old monitor to be reycyled, so as I passed Staples, I called to see if they would take it. Was informed, that yes they would, so I told them I was pulling into their lot. I had just got out of my car, & being disabled, I was trying to get it out of my car, when a employee walked out & carriedIt in for me. Anything I needed this young man was there to give assistance. When I was finished shopping, he even carried out my purchases out to my car. I have shopped @ other Staples locations, but have never received the service like this before. Highly recommend.Just wish I had got the young man's name, so I could mention him on this review

I wish I could give it a zero stars. I went in to buy a chair for a home office, and found the perfect chair! Notice the tag on the chair was $129, and saw the exact same chair with a price tag for $139. Now when I say exact same chair I even double checked the SKU numbers that was attached to the chairs to see if they were the exact same chair or just a different model that looked alike. So my wife went to ask an employee about the two prices for the exact same chair that was in two places of the store. The employee that looked like a balding glasses wearing version of Michael Cera, immediately saw what was going on and pulled the price tag that said $129 off the chair and tried to shove it into his pocket and said "oops that's wrong" so when I ask him about it what's listed as super clearance deal is $10 higher than what it was last week. He then informed me that he seen the chair so at its lowest for $119, which I have no idea why he pointed that out to me. So when I wanted to buy the chair for the price that was literally on the chair he said it was wrong and ran off to the front as quickly as he could, and hid from us the rest of the time we were there. I walked out without buying anything, don't get me wrong I'm definitely going to buy the chair but not from that store because when they have something labeled as a price and I see this price I expect them to honor that price. Because of this and a employee that looked like a balding glasses wearing version of Michael Cera, I will never come back to that store. From this experience I feel like a sleazy used car salesman would have taking better care of me as a customer than this store. All I see another company that makes mistake and wants the customer to pay for it.

Spent over $60 on a book bag and left, realizing later that I was charged tax on a tax free weekend. Considering I could've gotten the bag cheaper up the road, I should have asked I guess were they participating in the tax free deal. I went in looking for a few items, after 3 employees walked by as if I didn't exist I said forget it. To each his own I guess.
