Great prices. Helpful staff. You can sometimes find brand named items..such as North Face and others. Best place to find cute kids birthday gifts, baby gifts, housewares and even pillow sets are cheaper and nicer than Walmart. If you haven't been...Ross is like a gold mine for good deals and unique finds.Only issue I had recently was returning an item, and was acknowledged by the staff at checkout. Took another customer to say...go ahead of me., though I was in the return line. Thanks to that kind lady.

Found this today! :0 Look~ if you're going shopping then do yourself a favor & actually dig through all the products available! This was a complete SCORE in my book! I took it to the cashier's when I checked out because they didn't believe me. We all shared a good laugh. My point is~ good vibes are great when you share them with others! Take your time in Ross. Be friendly! If you don't want an item; put it back where you found it. If something is broken be a dear and take it up front. Be nice & have fun shopping! They've got plenty of G-Rated items too! XoXo

Went in there today and the lady checked my out was rude, very unfriendly. When told how much total was she said " you owe me $14.25, I didnt owe her anything. That was my total of my purchases, not money I owed her. She needs to reword how she talks to people. It was around 11:30 am when we went

My favorite store of all time but the selections haven't been as good lately. The current Mgr isn't friendly doesn't speak when walking in or once you get to register. Don't even ask about shopping experience like people in the past. If i could give him 1 star I would. Even tho the Mgr sets the tone of the store I'm not gone give the other workers and store a bad review but I hope he see this so he can do better but everyone else is great and so helpful.

I was impressed with how well the staff helped everyone just days before the Christmas holiday. They were all kind and determined to make it to their next customer. I was worried about grabbing a few last things I needed on short notice and even though the store was full of shoppers it couldn't have gone better. Also thank you James for going out of your way to make sure I had everything I needed right before leaving at checkout.

Wife went here and the young man working the cash register acted like she was an inconvenience. He only grunted anything said, never greeted her or said much of anything. These kids today are only interested in getting a customer gone so they can get back to playing on their phones.

The older gentleman (I think he may be the manager) came to help at the checkout, but he was very snappy with the customer before me. I walked up & greeted him with "hello!" & he didn't say a word to me at all. I said "thank you!" when he handed me my bag, still not a word. I don't ever expect customer service employees to go all out, but I thought he was pretty rude to not even acknowledge me or say a single word. I wish I had caught his name. Other than that experience, it was nice. The guy at the fitting rooms was friendly & quick to help.

You can find me going to this Ross just about every weekend. I'm always finding something that I have been looking for! The store is always very clean and for the most part tidy. The staff is always been very friendly and helpful.

Let's start with the Con:They put 2 Little dressing Rooms up front. The line was Super Long. There is no define place indicating where the line start. This cause a conflict between Customers. Pro: Great place to Shop. You will find some Great Deals.

The workers were busy WORKING not just standing around. I'm assuming the manager was working the front register, AND the jewelry counter. No one seemed to be frustrated as they waited to be checked out. The workers were pleasant in passing as well. Customers were being checked out in a timely fashion. I will return😊

Parked in handicapped space. Easy slight ramp rolling up to get to store level. My wheelchair and I had no problems. Found stuff for me, while wife found Pyrex dish set, some area rugs, and I got some Ghirardelli dark chocolate into the checkout line. We were next in line when finished, but we asked the couple behind us to go ahead, since our daughter and her buggy were behind them. We were called up to a cashier almost immediately and so was daughter. Going to Ross you never know what you may find. I always feel like a treasure hunt. So summer shorts, summer shirt and trousers for me. Beach hat, and those things already mentioned for her. We certainly will go again.

I don't know what it is with Ross, but I'm standing in a line of 16 people and only one register open. I find this far too common at both locations in Huntsville.

Bryan Has a horrible attitude, absolutely rude implying a customer “put something in a different spot” when you just are too lazy to look is appalling for the customer to go to that exact spot and get what I guess they “assume” We weren’t trying to pay for. Thanks for being loud and wrong.

Very large selection and variety of goodies. Came here to find a new pair of work shoes and walked away happy with a pair of name brand shoes for way less than what I would have paid anywhere else. Line was a bit long but it moved fast. Location was clean and kept up with.

I love this store. I always find really great deals on some of the most beautiful clothes. Just to let you know, they sell jr's, women's, petites, maternity, and plus sizes.
