Stacey the assistant manager was so sweet. My dog ate my favorite shoes and I came in to replace them at the end of the season. They were out of my size. She called several stores trying to find me my size. Above & Beyond Customer Service!

The rack room has some awesome deals . I really enjoyed being in there yesterday. The atmosphere was very calming. The manager was constantly working on the stocking. He made sure that all shoes were put out. He never stops moving.The cashier spirit was very polite. She took her time with several customers. I will try to return today to pick up 2 pairs of shoes today. Hopefully, they are still there. So if you have a Rackroom in your city, please go check them out.

Pretty good deals. Military discount on Tuesdays . And always has BOGO deals. Selection is upkept fairly well and every once in awhile you can stretch your money a little further then you can at other shoes stores. Competitive for these types of shoes (not sneakers).

I could always go online and try to guess my size. But it's honestly just as good to be a frequent customer here. There's almost always some kind of buy one get one some percent off sale, and the rewards program has actually saved me money. Their selection isn't massive, but I've never walked out without something I actually wanted to wear. As somebody who always buys shoes last minute, it's better to skip the guessing game and just buy them here.

I was hired to be an assistant manager by a man named Emery claiming to be the GM. My start date was to be like four days later. I kept calling to check on the progress, none was made. My final time calling I was informed he no longer worked there. Thanks for wasting my time Emery.

I went with my mom two wks ago and we were able to leave with four pairs of shoes for what we would have paid for two. We both were able to find the wide shoes we love to wear. Love it and it's only a mile from my home. Wonderful employees helped us and made.it so easy for us both.

Desma and Amirah really know their stuff! So friendly and helpful! You will go in for only one pair of shoes, come out with several pairs, socks, accessories and candy(if available)! They build your bag for you!

It wasn't really crowded, but it was clean & DEFINITELY... HOT. Yes I did have a mask on, but that wasn't it. It felt as though the air was either turned OFF or the heat was ON. Either way.. Uncomfortable and irritating. No greeting upon entry, but staff did speak later in passing. I didn't even get to use the BOGO offer. It was a ONE & DONE sadly. I WANTED MY BOGO😩

Staff very helpful at the check out. Not very forthcoming out on the floor. Kinda similar to needing assistance at Walmart. Gotta hunt them down. This store has huge clearance area. Nice selection of shoes for all ages.

Not bad for a lower level shoe store or if you need "cheap" shoes. Some of prices are competitive for the lines of shoes they carry, but if you are looking for higher end lines then you may do better at a speciality shop.

Great selection but seriously, the owner needs to come off the wallet and USE AC! It's too hot to shop comfortably. every time I have ventured in its been entirely too hot in this store.

Seems like now almost all the shoes you'd want are either excluded from the BOGO or only available as the first item. I don't recall that being so prevalent in the past.

A very distasteful experience. The customer service is very unprofessional. Let’s just say the cops were called on a customer and the old manager guy sat there screaming and cussing back and forth with a customer. Will NEVER step foot into that store again.
