Everyone is always super nice! The selection is pretty good, and they have some things that the Walmart market across the street doesn't (though the Walmart has a wider selection and is definitely cheaper!)The pharmacy staff is very helpful and pleasant, and they fill prescriptions in a timely manner. I have had some issues with their pharmacy app, but that's an entirely different issue, of course!

I am in here daily doing ic orders and have nothing but the best things to say about this store. Every single person is friendly and makes me feel like family every time I walk in. The store and bathrooms stay clean, the managers always greet you and make you feel welcome. The employees are happy, and some of the best people I’ve ever met! Y’all truly are my favorite store in the area, and are a great example to how other stores should operate.ETA: the deli is also the best one around!

I was talking in my native language with my husband while waiting at the deli. The woman working there was mocking us which made me feel unwelcomed. Overall, I would never go here again due to the staff being rude.

Wouldn't let me rate a 0. I went to Publix last night to get some bourbon marinated salmon fillets for dinner. I told the clerk I wanted 2 fillets. He pulled 2 fillets from the tray and proceeded to wrap them(I couldn't see over the counter) and handed me the pkg. I thought it looked small and asked him if it was 2 fillets ( a 2nd employee witnessed the incident, but didn't say anything). He said "yes", and I skeptically accepted the pkg. and proceeded to check-out. When I opened the pkg. at home, there was only 1 fillet. I guess he wanted a free salmon dinner on me. Lol. It's bad enough that we have to deal with "greed-flation" (8.99 for a 5.25 oz. fillet). Then, to have the store employee not give me what I asked for and to lie about it and charge me for it is just too much. I went back today and discussed the incident with the store mgr. I asked to confront the employees, but the mgr. refused and just informed me that he would coach the employees. He gave me a refund and a $20 gift card, but I'm still unhappy. Those employees should have their employment terminated.

Publix at Shop at Pine Grove is the newly opened Supermarket at Pine Grove and Wall Triana Hwy. Previously we had to drive to the Publix at Promenade in Madison. Publix supermarket is the most pristine supermarket I have ever seen. The store is always clean and well stocked. They have an awesome fresh produce department as well as freshly prepared fruit and vegetables in the cooler which make it easy if you don't have a lot of time for food preparation.The store has pretty much everything you need for food items and is less than one mile from where I live. The meat market is decent but it would be nice top see a larger selection of beef. The aisles are nice and wide and the shelves are well organized. The staff are all very friendly and helpful in finding what you are looking for or answering questions about an product/item.They have manned registers to help you check out, but they also have self check out registers. There is a Publix App for smart phones, unfortunately this store is not setup to allow for your Publix account to pay using the App or Apple Pay. Hopefully this will be remedied in the near future.It has a nice large parking lot but the entry and exit from Wall Triana is confusing. Very happy to have a Publix close to our neighborhood.

Beautiful new store! Staff are incredibly helpful. The staff all over the store try to anticipate your needs. There is a wide selection of international products I haven’t seen elsewhere. The selection of organic products is great. Love the plants and flowers section.

I come in here several times a week. Prices are higher than most other stores, but they carry a few things I can’t get elsewhere. Very clean, friendly employees but beware of the deli. I have gotten very DRY rotisserie chicken there a number of times. I wish they could be more price competitive.

What can I say? Publix is consistent. I can find everything I'M looking for on aisle 7. Protien shakes and bars are on aisle 7 in every Publix. Protien chips are always in the Pharmacy area.

Today I am writing a review after many months of going into this store on a weekly basis and purchasing the organic grounded beef (regardless of what brand) and it smelling so foul like literal sewer water and farts. The employees should open a pack of every organic ground beef brand to see what I’m talking about. Also the green wise organic products spoil about 3-8 weeks before the expiration date which lacks having integrity. Specifically Greek yogurt, shredded cheese, turkey bacon (turns slimy) sometimes the milk. Today I bought wild cod in the window off the ice and it tasted like straight ammonia it was so over the top I cannot even believe it and there were fumes with each bite mixed from the heat from it being cooked. I am thankful it wasn’t a meal for guests. Lastly the organic apples regardless of brand are now greasy with some sort of film on them and no explanation for it. Today my bill was about $35-40 more than usual. The prices go up yet quality goes down. Now I have to go back every week to return items which is more time, trips, gas, untimely money. I’m just tired

This review is specifically for the bakery, but the rest of the store and employees are up to the usual Publix standard of excellence.I called asking for a specific Disney princess custom design birthday cake. The design was a bigger rectangular cake but the birthday girl wanted a round one. It didn't need to be a big cake either. Given those instructions they made it happen and it was perfect!! Publix bakery for the win!

Wow! A huge thank you to the bakery and cake decorators for making my mothers birthday cupcakes. I was searching all over for a bakery that could make cupcakes with filling inside and a cute design on top. No where around offered filled cupcakes, but PUBLIX did! The staff was extremely helpful and were very transparent about the process. They helped me figure out which fillings would work best and they even individually boxed each cupcake. Not only are the cupcakes beautiful, but I am extremely impressed about their packaging. You can tell the bakery team put love and care into these cakes! Again, thank you.

I had a great experience here this morning, the young lady at the deli counter greeted me with a smile and I didn't even get any deli items. There was a gentleman who was stocking produce, he spoke and was very friendly. The young lady at the bakery spoke and was very pleasant. What made me want to write this review was the young man at self checkout, I cannot remember his name it began with a K. He was so refreshing, he greeted me, asked if I was apart of a member club which I knew nothing about, but made me want to find out more about it. I also spoke to him speaking to his manager about future collaborations. I love morning staff!!💜💜

I used to be loyal to another supermarket. However, shopping there has become a huge chore the past couple of years, as they've completely changed their layout and drastically reduced the number of cashiers and baggers. This Publix location is a pleasure to shop! The associates not only know where things are: they actually take you to them. There are always plenty of cashiers and baggers, the aisles aren't crowded with distributors, and the store is always sparkling. They've earned my loyalty.

The store was very busy seeing how it was Christmas weekend and the store still looked really good and well stocked. The Asst. Meat manager Christina took an order from us for a whole ribeye to be cut up. They were slammed with orders and customers, and she still was able to stop and take care of us. Thank you. To the fat woman who works in the pharmacy with the Karen haircut. You’re a dirty person and you know it! She blatantly overcharged me for my medication after I asked her twice if she applied the good RX coupon. Well, she didn’t. I know this for a fact because when I went to go grab the other half of my medication, the cool dude who works in the pharmacy with the long blonde hair and glasses and looks like John Lennon he charged me half the price and when I asked him why it was so cheap he said it was because they applied the wrong coupon and he fixed it for me. Thanks bro I’ll always remember the honesty and to the ugly woman I hope you burn for treating my grandpa bad and for doing me dirty

So many people spoke highly of the deli so i decided to try it. I asked a question about the bread for the subs and i young lady gave a smart mouth tone answer. Another employee cleaned it up and i thanked her for answering in a nicer manner because it was my first time there and easily could have been my last. Food was great but customer services matters alot to me.

I mean. It’s a Publix like almost every other Publix. Prices may be a tad higher than Walmart across the street but they have a good selection of products and their deli is on point. It’s a newer Publix so it all feels modern. It’s my go to grocery store.
