I will always bring my dog Caine here, the service is always amazing, they take there time with him and always have him looking his best. The staff is very friendly to where I look at them as family, always arms opened when I bring my fur baby here, he’s very relaxed and comfortable now all that hair out his face etc.

Do better! This is my second time getting my miniature schnauzer groomed. The first time was great but this time it seemed like they were in a hurry to groom my dog. I specifically asked for short hair and a schnauzer cut. They left him long hair and gave him a lion’s mane. He barely looks like he was groomed at all. The cost was $65 plus a $5 tip. That’s full price, I feel like I was robbed. I expected to get a better cut. It’s safe to say I’m going to find a new groomer. Plus, they wanted him sedated next time and this has never been an issue in the past.

We are VERY picky about who we want around our furbaby, an Australian Shepherd, and he is very sensitive about who he wants to be around or who he wants us to be around. When we take him to get groomed or boarded at Petagree he gets SO excited to see ALL OF THEM! It truly warms my heart bc he is so happy when we drop him off! I would rather leave him with these amazing people than my own family since his behavior and reactions show us how much they love on him! I’ve had some odd grooming requests throughout the time that we have known them and they always listen and I’m always pleased with how they groom him. The earlier that you drop the dog off, the earlier that we can pick him up and I appreciate that so the dog doesn’t have to stay all day if they don’t have to (but my dog loves being there 😂)I feel blessed that they are a part of our community and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!

We love this place! They take such good care of our dog and are the only place that’s been able to cut her nails. The price is reasonable and they are very loving with our fur baby every time. Highly recommended!!

They do such a good job with Bella. We absolutely love that we can take Bella to get groomed, and be well taken care of. She looks forward to her appointments as much as we do, and always come out looking gorgeous of course! Gotta be picky with who we choose since we’ve got a Chow Chow. She’s nothing but a sweet little teddy bear that loves her spa days!!Keep up the great work.

Boarded Maggie here for a week, and she was returned happy and healthy. Price is better than other places visited, and she seemed to like the staff. Strong odor of poop inside, building and kennels will hopefully be updated as their budget allows. I saw no play or communal areas for the pets. Though I will return for boarding again, I'll probably return to previous facilities for day care/play. Maggie received a good bath, she's not really a groomable dog, so can't speak to that service.

Recently moved to the area so this was my first time at Petagree. When I called to set up the appointment the lady who answered was very informative and didn’t rush me off the phone. She explained the process so I knew exactly what to expect. I was able to drop my puppy off before work which was helpful, the check in was very smooth and the staff was very nice. It being her first haircut I had multiple questions and again they were very informative & helpful. They put us both at ease and answered all my questions. When they finished her haircut they texted and my son was able to go & pick her up immediately, although they had offered to keep her until 5pm. The price was comparable to other places I called around here and she looks absolutely adorable! We will definitely be back & also bring our other dogs. I highly recommend Petagree Pet Center for grooming your dogs.

We have been using PetAgree for almost five years now! Our dog loves going to “doggy hotel.” She gets so excited when we pull up to the building. She always comes back to us super happy and smelling so clean!! Would definitely recommend their services!!

Desiree and Christine did a wonderful grooming job on Aggie, the Great Pyrenees today. She was very dirty and smelly having been rescued from a shelter by Friends of Rescue. With Petagree Pet Center's generous donation, and love of animals, Aggie's dream of being adopted is much closer to coming true! Thank you very much ladies!! She is a walking cloud now.

*STEPS ON SOAP BOX*First and for most, I have personally known the owners Christina and Desiree for 4+ years. They are not only great people to me, but amazing people to my two fur babies.Claire and Bella love their time at the spa. There has never been a time I have questioned their decisions or been unhappy with their results because one of the best qualities these ladies have is communication.You see most people do not chose a groomer that's best for their dogs, they just chose a groomer that has the flashiest sign or the fanciest store front.These two wonderful women truly take into account what your dog or should I say, my dogs are feeling each and every time I drop them off. And I personally take comfort in knowing that my dogs are in the hands of people who truly care about their souls. It is always refreshing to see people with hearts of gold these days. It's a shame to see owners who only care about the most popular cut, or the most popular breed at the time and your pet is only another dollar in their pocket.I have personally used several groomers throughout the years as my Bella is 10 years old and has very high anxiety. This was the first groomer that took in consideration of my time enough to offer a suggested pick up time, rather than sending me out the door with "I will call you when your dogs ready" This is so important to me that they value the well being of my babies time away from her safe place (home).In my opinion, human beings these days like the employees at Petagree are rare, and should be applauded for the constant effort to keep our dogs happy, healthy, and beautiful.I know when I go to the hairdresser I want someone who is going to listen to me and our fur babies deserve that same respect.If anyone ever wants to know where they should take their babies, this is it. Take into account and cherish the fact when you pick up your baby up, if their cut is not precisely what you were imagining, that every decision they made was in the best interest of your dog.Anybody who knows anything about an animal knows it's a lot harder to recover their minds from a traumatic event, then it is to be the cause of that said event.So today and every day remember this, never disrespect or doubt the few souls left who truly care without a hidden agenda. In my opinion, the world needs more people like Christina, Desiree and their staff.Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for everything you've done and continue to do for my babies. I'll forever recommend to everyone as long as the open sign is on!

You wanna see where your dog lives when you’re out of town? When mine came home with sores on his underside from dried feces caked to his fur I insisted on going in the back to look at the kennels. I came home a day early unannounced so they didn’t have time to spray him down before I showed up, I guess. They let slip that he had diarrhea on Saturday morning and I came to get him on a Tuesday. He has sat in his own refuse for days. Though apologetic you could tell they saw very little wrong with the situation. I guess that’s just the filthy way they run their business.Poor guy,,, I didn’t realize I’d been sending him to a Moroccan prison every time I went out of town.EDIT: after reading other reviews there must be some bacteria or something on the floors. My dog came home with bright red inflamed paws after extended boarding too. I don’t understand how they have so many positive reviews.

I have taking 7 pets to be groomed and boarded for the last 9 months. My babies where loved and cared for so well they had happy faces when I peeked in the window and they couldn’t see me. And they all where so soft and shiny. The staff loved them as much as I do .

Love this place, the staff and the service! They were amazing with our dog Ragnar. His undercoat had grown out of control over the summer and they spent two hours brushing him to perfection. He was such a happy puppy when we left. They were so friendly and personable to human and animal alike, DEFINITELY recommend.

I’m fairly new to Madison and have been looking for a good groomer for my Morkie, she had been using the same one for the last 7 years in Birmingham and I googled and researched on the web and this one had the best reviews with no complaints plus was right on my way to work. I was surprised at how easy I got an appointment and when I picked my baby up, she seemed so happy, smelled so good and looked terrific! Yes, I couldn’t find one thing to complain about, will definitely be using this place again!

We have used them to board our dog since 2021. The staff went above and beyond during the winter storm in Jan 2023 by calling and seeing if our plans had changed and were willing to meet us late at night to pick-up our dog before the winter storm rolled all the way in. Would definitely recommend!
