This pet store provides a 5-star, exemplary service experience to their customers. Ryan, Tess and Rachel were so nice to me. They went above and beyond to help me built my aquarium. These ladies were friendly to me every time that I made a visit to purchase more items for my aquarium. In fact, I have never received this type of one-on-one service from employees at any other pet store that I have visited. They really care and provide their customers with the utmost respect and service. I will definitely shop there again. I am sure that it will be very soon. Thanks ladies! 😊

Not happy with company transparency/ employee training. Don’t give the checkout your phone number unless you already have a website account. Otherwise, your phone number is just on a corporate contact list that’s sold to solicitors and you accrue no points. Employees don’t seem to be able to speak on how a customer can access past points from transactions previously made under “your account” with your number without the website account being made first. I asked about receipts from “my account” based on number for the past years transactions so I could submit receipts in the web and receive points. I could only get a 30 day history.

They have pet adoption events almost every weekend. I've been able to return items without a receipt. Overall a great place.

I personally will not shop here again. I liked it at first, I go in and there is clearance stickers on everything I was like wow prices are great! Little did I know you have to match every number on the stickers to every product bc just a different number meant it wasn't on clearance at all. So I got items that said they were on clearance but I paid full price.

Staff is good, lots of stuff for your pets needs.Unfortunately we have to buy large crickets for our pet, they're dead in 3 days.Company their getting it from is possibly the problem.They arrive and sit in boxes. Just expensive to invest in bugs that don't have a long life span!

Hands down the nicest staff. I could literally just talk to the dog groomers all day about podcasts. Everyone seems super excited about baby cats and Vulture. It doesn't seem like "people just doing their jobs", it's like everyone wants to be there, and that makes me want to be there. World's dopest energy, great staff, good selection, a very weird cockatiel, and overall a joy. It's my cat-stuff place now. Also, directly in front of PJ's, who makes Starbucks seem like an five year old tried to make fancy coffee but kinda gave up half way through. As a new dumpster kitten dad, I can't be sleepy. Gotta stay on my toes. Coffee is a staple 👀😽😽

Me and my entire family bring our fur babies here! They love it and so do we! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and soooooo understanding, about our pets needs! We have been meet at the door EVERY time we enter! The absolute best place ever! My babies thank it's a treat when we go to " their store" !

Well stocked with WIDE WIDE varieties to choose from. Very clean and organized. Staff is amazing and super kind and helpful. Hats off to the team at this store. Dog wash is clean and inexpensive. Just bring *Fido* and soap, water towels etc are all provided...under $20 to do this..is quite reasonable.

Excellent Selection of pet food and other supplies. I use the dog washing stations on a regular basis. It is easy to wash your dog there and use their towels and hairdryer to avoid the mess at your house.I always find their staff to be friendly and my dogs loves to go to this place

Overall nice people, great service. However, I was charged full price for sale items and didn’t notice until I got home and unfortunately live 40 minutes away. Please keep track of your sale items, this cost me an extra $20 from what I can tell.

I love love ❤️ shopping here. Online ordering and pick up is quick and simple.The staff, especially Rachel, are super helpful, kind, caring and respectful.I always feel respected and well cared for.Rachel is especially kind and takes the time to listen to anything I'm sharing with her.The whole TRAM is amazing and I especially appreciate when they carry my heavy bags of dog food to my car.Highly recommended that you shop here!!

The grooming salon shouldn’t tell customers a time when you make an appointment and when you get there they say something else and act like they don’t even care. Horrible service.

Good service and helpful and friendly staff. I started my new aquarium fish tank. The pet supplies staff advised me and provided me with all the info and instructions I needed to maintain my tank. I purchased disk fish and some qlow fish.

The people here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have a self service dog wash station that is only $10 and it provides towels, shampoo and conditioner for the dogs plus a blow drier. They also have a dog groomer on site who does an amazing job. This is the main place I go for all my pet needs. They have fair prices and kind people. My dog loves going for a visit there to pick out toys. 🙂

The staff at the Madison AL location is wonderful. I am always asked if I need assistance. I am in the store a few times a week for routine products and have never been disappointed. I am always greeted and assisted with anything I need. I highly recommend this store for all of your pet needs.

We love this place for our pets! Everyone is knowledgeable & friendly & the whole entire store is clean! And had lots of options for all pets!! Our Daughter is obsessed seeing all the animals and the employee's know all the information about each animal, even if just showing the animals with no intent on buying! The employees are always cleaning the cages and tanks too. Would recommend this store over big companies.

Not only do we buy our feed and accessories for our reptiles here, we brought home one of their geckos. They have some reptile owners themselves as employees and they handle and feed them well. The store is well kept and doesn't smell bad. The employees are always friendly.

Bought a hamster for my daughter from this location. The hamster only lived 18 days and died in her sleep. We are very experienced with hamsters and have had several over the years. The store stands behind their policy of a 14 day health guarantee. Even the competition gives you a 30 day guarantee. Won't buy from them again. A little compassion for my daughter and bending the "rules" a little when it happened so close to the date would have gone a long way here. Shameful. 1 star.The store manager reached out to me after reading my review and offered another hamster or % off future purchase. I appreciate them trying to right a wrong situation. I raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars.Another update after speaking with a different manager and having an in depth conversation:Sadly a second hamster died (that we had bought at the same time as the first). We are fairly certain based on the symptoms exhibited there were some underlying genetic issues here. We were extremely careful with their care. Kidney issues are a common problem for hamsters. My wife and I have owned 10 or more hamsters and are very experienced with them. I'd say 80% of those lived to old age of two to three years. We let the manager know and they refunded our money after having a very good discussion about the situation. I am glad the store made it right.Based on the second manager response I am raising my review to 4 stars.

Super friendly employees, large selection, fair prices. They have barking spots in the parking lot and I dont know what that means but I parked in one. My fish died over night, probably my fault :(
