Made appointments for grooming to my four grown german shepherd and they accommodate us right away for next day. My babies looks so fresh, clean and smells so good. Its a very nice place and we will surely coming back. Its the best place for pets for me . Highly recommended!

We love taking our pup here. When we can’t bring our dog, Ohno, on trips we leave him in very good hands at Paradise Pet Resort and Spa. The spaces the dogs are kept in are very clean, the staff members are kind and receptive to their needs, and there is a vet within the building in the unlikely case of an emergency. While we don’t like to leave our handsome boy behind, we are confident he is well taken care of here.

My dog adores this place! Just saying the word “daycare” makes her go crazy. The staff here is amazing and truly cares for your animals. For further proof, they dressed her up for their Fall Festival and sent her home with treats and a pup cup.

We love Pet Paradise in Madison. They always take good care of our fur baby when we board her. Our dog has separation anxiety, and they do their best to make her comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place.

HIGHLY recommend for cat boarding! I have used two other boarding facilities in the past, but this place takes all the cakes for largest cat room, quietest lobby area, friendliest staff, and most reasonable prices. There is a huge window in the lobby that looks into the cat room, and I personally loved being able to see where my cat would be staying. I’d expect the lobby to be noisy during peak pick up/drop off hours, but it was very quiet when I arrived and the cat room appeared to be more insulated than anywhere else I’ve seen. It was comforting to me that every cat I could see appeared to be calm, curious, and happy or content; none of them looked nervous or frightened in the slightest. I also love that they allow the cats to roam the cat room (one cat condo at a time, of course) so they get a chance to be out of the condo each day. I didn’t see an external window in the cat room, but the window into the lobby gives them something to look out at. The only con is they do not offer webcam access for the cat room.I think it’s worth mentioning that Paradise Pet is the first facility I’ve used where it felt like cats and dogs were both important to them. I understand dog boarding is likely in higher demand than cat boarding, and I’ve certainly never heard of kitty day care, but (aside from the lack of webcams) it didn’t feel as if cats were so much of an afterthought here.

Our dog, Gracie, loves going to Paradise. When we tell her she’s going to daycare, she runs to the door and waits for us to come put her leash on. She always comes home wiped out from the day. The staff members know her by name, and she absolutely loves the daycare team. We always enjoy using their grooming and boarding services as well. We never have to worry about leaving her with their team. She’s well taken care of, and she has a blast at Paradise.

My dog came home significantly thinner and developed vomiting, ending up with an ER visit. Another client I spoke with had a dog who came home with vomiting and diarrhea several weeks after our stay.

The reviews are true, board your pup here. Pro Tip- book early, they fill fast, and for good reason. We booked our pup here while we visited the Space Center. 1st time we kenneled our pup. They took awesome care of her. She, never being kenneled. didn't sing the blues (Howled) like she normally does. She wagged her tail the whole time while she enjoyed the place.Total cost was 15 dollars for 3 hours. For the visit, you can't beat it.Another pro tip, don't believe the road signs. There's not alot of human food that's easy to get to.

We have boarded our dog with Paradise Pet resort several times. The last two times we have boarded her she has come home sick. Once with kennel cough and now my husband is at the emergency vet with her as I’m leaving this reviews. She has been acting sickly since we have brought her home. She is having horrible diarrhea and pain from it to the point she won’t do anything. It’s every few minutes now. So not only are we paying super high prices for boarding, but we are having to pay pricey vet bills. I don’t know if they aren’t cleaning the room properly or not making sure dogs are healthy when boarded or what’s going on. But our pup is our family and we absolutely can NOT have her getting sick everytime she is boarded. Will not be returning here anymore. Staff is always nice and helpful up front, but I’m not so sure the staff working with the dogs are cleaning properly.

My dog and I just love visiting here. She is always happy and bouncy when she comes, which tells me the folks treat her suberbly. This is by far and away the best place for daycare and boarding, and the staff is beyond fantastic!

Great staff at both the vets office and boarding. I have a stubborn bully and they welcome him woth open arms. They are gentle and patient with both our pups. Other places, when i walk in i can feel the vibe change to, "great its that dog again". But not this place!

Absolute 5 stars to this place! Our Aussie mix has been going to their day camps for about 2 years now and he absolutely loves this place! Every time I pull into their parking lot he goes wild to jump out of the car and go inside.I am always so impressed with the staff as they remember us every time we walk in and they are so quick to take Kota and get him checked in. It is so nice to just drop him off real quick before I rush off to work. He goes to another day care closer to our house and I am always having to wait for them to check him in and he never acts as excited to be there like he is with Pet Paradise.Highly recommend this place for day camps for your dogs!

Was able to get my golden retriever in for a bath within two days. Did a wonderful job. The staff only knows how to say yes! They are all wonderful.

If I could give them more than five stars, I would! I have a very small dog and I was extremely nervous to board her. The staff went out of their way to ease my worries. Every interaction I have had with them has been incredible! I picked up my dog after her week long stay and found her to be happy and healthy. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you SO much for taking such good care of my little girl!!

The Staff was very friendly and showed so much compassion towards my cat. Price is a bit high, but .aking sure your pet is well taken care of and safe takes priority. If you need a place to house your pet for an extended time. This is the place. Clean building. Looks brand new.

Great place! The staff really takes care of your furry baby. You can tell they really love what they do and will know your dog after literally the first day. Wouldn't go anywhere else for doggy daycare!

We love bringing our dog here for daycare! She is always so happy to see the people who work there and they seem equally as happy to see her! Our dog, Lochsley, comes home exhausted every time- so I know that she is getting a lot of good play time in....we don't even make it out of the parking lot before she is asleep. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to bring their dog to get in social skills, play time, and love from the caregivers! I feel like I am dropping her off with family. They even have special days, like "pool parties" and holiday events!!

Located right off of Old Madison Pike, this pet spa is great for daycare, or other services. The facility is big and spacious, and the staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. They also don't require reservations for daycare, which is convenient. The prices aren't too bad, and seem to be comparable to other places in the area. Would go again.

This was our first experience with the pet spa boarding my beagle for a week. The staff was very friendly I got checked in quickly and when I picked him up they checked me out very quickly and had him in the lobby in no time. They allowed me to bring blankets and toys so he was comfortable. We will definitely be back again.

My dog Nicola has been going there over two years now for day care. Staff there are very loving to all the animals that come to stay. I trust that my dog is in the same condition or better than when I dropped him off. Location is convenient to 565. It is a very popular place for using overnight kennel services especially during holidays, so reserve early. Dogs and cats have lots of room to exercise.

Hello Owner, in response to your response. Oh but it did happen at your facility. You had at least three men working at your Madison facility when I was bringing my dog there. I don't know when or where they did it but one male employee told me, "Zoey took on a husky today." Another day a male employee told me he sicked her on another dog. I got the impression that they were doing it while they were bringing the little dogs in from daycare and the big dogs were in their kennels. If I could, I would give them a zero. I brought my dog here looking for daycare and boarding at the same place. Before bringing her here, she was well socialized and very confident. I know that to be the case because she was in a training class with a pit bull. During the entire class the pit bull was barking trying to get to her, she totally ignored him. After bringing her here, she is constantly barking at people and other dogs. I asked the worker, why is she always barking, he told me that it was a sign that her confidence was building. No they were tearing down her confidence! One worker told me that they were putting the small dogs against the bigger dogs, telling the small dogs to get the bigger dogs. A trainer told me that was mental torcher. It has been a few years since this occurred and I'm still trying to get her confidence back up. I regret the day I brought my dog here!!

Our dog loves going here. They take great care of him and remember him each time he comes in. They offered a free Christmas photoshoot for their customers. It was a great idea and they came out well. Highly recommend this place for boarding and day care.

We were so happy with our experience here for our dogs! We have one older dog who was taking lots of medications and we were a bit nervous leaving her with so much going on. The staff was awesome!! Attended to her like she was their own. So very sweet every time I called to check on her. We would never use anywhere else in town to take care of our babies!

Absolutely love this place and their fantastic staff! My dog LOVES doggy daycare! I always have a peace of mind that my dog is being taken care of and loved based on the warm welcoming we both get each time we’re there. Every single staff member I’ve met has gone above and beyond. Thank you for taking care of the animals in our community!

Bruno & Sophie go to Doggie Daycare several times a week and RACE each other out the door! They love it! I love it because I know they are well taken care of and supervised when playing with their friends! We also board our dogs when traveling. They have many different accommodations and care packages. We prefer the Villa Suites because they are very spacious so our dogs can be extra comfortable and stay together. The Villa's also have web cams so we can look in on them while out of town! It's also conveniently off the highway and close to the airport.

Since recently moving from Florida, we were concerned about finding a good quality doggie day care for our boy. We are so glad we found Paradise Pet resort. The name says it all. The place is beautiful. The staff is amazing. So friendly and professional. Our pup, Mr.White loves it. He is always so excited to be greeted by his favorite staffer(Finn). They treat him so well. Always comes out with a big puppy smile. 5 stars!!!

It's expensive - but particularly for our older dog, it's worth it. We have a 12 year old lab that stresses easily. Having him boarded with his younger companion in a comfortable suite is great. The extra attention and outdoor play time means that he comes home happy and not looking like he's been at a concentration camp. He has some peculiar dietary requirements. I bring in instructions and supplies, and we've never had an issue with his health. He doesn't lose weight while we're gone, and his coat is still shiny. I sometimes have the dogs groomed before we pick them up and I have always been pleased. I don't like our Australian Shepherd overly clipped, but I do like her ears and rear trimmed to help prevent matting and Paradise always does a great job. The staff is friendly and takes the time to discuss everything in detail. I never feel rushed or unimportant.

This is the first time we have ever boarded our dogs and spent a lot of time looking for the right fit for them. I was excited to find this place, but I was underwhelmed with the experience in some aspects. I don't feel like the dogs were mistreated in any way. The staff was all very nice and responsive. I have no complaints there, except that I felt some of the communication to be short and "sugar-coated", everything was "they did great!" when I could see from the cameras that they were unhappy, alone and anxious and I am not sure if our older dog ate at all while she was there. I would have preferred realistic communication, obviously they are going to be sad to be away from their family in the same little room for days, but it would have been nice to actually know how well they ate/drank and how they did outside. We have 2 dogs, an older dog and a very large, high-energy puppy. I brought a big bag of toys and bones. We had a villa so I checked the webcams frequently. I saw maybe 2 of the toys in there (only 1 at a time) during their 3 day stay. To be fair, I did ask them to ration them out and not give them all at once, but I guess I should have been more specific that the 2 dogs could have more than 1 of the 8 toys at a time.. I sent 6 bones, and zero came home with us. I know that there is no way they were all consumed during their stay (only one of the dogs typically chews bones but I sent enough for the other anyways). The last day I saw that there was an accident in their kennel in the morning (which has only happened at home if they didn't get a chance to go out before bed) and all of their bedding and toys were removed. None of their bedding or toys were ever returned back to them and my puppy who was without a cover on his bed and bored with no toys by late afternoon, ended up completely destroying one of the beds. I saw it on the cameras a few hours before we got there and it was still in the kennel with them shredded to pieces by the time we got there to pick them up after 5:00, which makes me wonder about how much time goes by between when they go out or when anyone even peeks in on them at all.We had scheduled for 4 days and I am really glad we were able to get back in time to pick them up before closing the third day because my dogs were definitely out of patience with the place by the time we picked them up a day early. They were worn out and depressed and both drank about a gallon of water as soon as they got in the house.I am not completely unhappy, I appreciate that they had a safe place to stay so we could get some much-needed time out of town, but I feel bad for basically having them locked in an empty cell for days on end. We appreciate the fair price on grooming, especially for our giant breed dogs, they both came back smelling great and clean. We are probably going to make at least a monthly visit back for that. We also want to try the daycare for the puppy. I think we will just look into something else when we go out of town in the future.

We had the pleasure of having The Pet Paradise staff care for our Maltipoo during our recent vacation. They were kind, courteous, and super attending to the needs of our family and pet. The facility is warm and inviting and we would highly recommended it to anyone looking for a place to care for your pet when needed.
