Love this store! There was an employee, George K, who was exceptionally nice and helpful. It's rare to go to a business and find someone that genuinely wants to help you and is happy to do it. I hope the store manager sees this review and Geoge is recognized for being an exceptional employee.

We drove down here it’s about an hour and a half drive to get a 39.00 Chiminea. And they were sold out. Bad thing they still had them on the flyer. I know call next time. But we did pick up some great Christmas stuff at 50% off.

Super fun stuff for home, garden, yard. Merchandise ranges in price, quality, taste, and quirkiness, but there is something for everyone.I bought a nice oil torch/lantern to go in an outdoor garden room I am creating, as well as a railroad lantern inspired candle lantern.I also bought a hanging glass votive holder and a solar light on a stake. You can remove the solar charger/light from the stake, use some silicone adhesive to glue it to the votiive holder, and you have a light to hang outside. I tried it out, and it works well, so i will be back for more!

If I had a million dollars I could probably spend it all here. They have virtually everything you need to decorate your home and especially seasonal items and holiday merchandise. I love their 75% off aisle and always find something. Very unique items and greenery. Highly recommend!

I'd loved going here for the first time. It wasn't very crowded and was fairly clean. We noticed they had a clearance going on. We technically got several things for free. They have some very nice home decor if you're interested in decorative items. Definitely going again for some more things for my new home.

Always nice! I love Old Time Pottery I browse for hours and almost always buy stuff. I like that I can take my Dachshund dog in the store if I want. I usually forget it so I ask about the return policy....but I do not think I have ever returned anything! Good deals and nice service

Great choices of just about anything you could want to decorate the house & more. You can spend a lot of time walking through & looking at everything they offer, even if you don't need it! The store is clean & organized & the people who work there are all friendly & helpful. Always a great place to go to for inspiration for the house.

Trying to decorate my home with the color schemes I envisioned is meh. Old time pottery had 2-3 items of the color I was looking for. My secondary color was everywhere around the store. I found some nice items though just wish more (not so common) colors were available. The accent cabinet colors they have in stock wouldn’t match anything in my home unfortunately.

Great stuff! My only issue would be the wait. With every business short staffed these days I'm prepared to wait in line for awhile but when you can clearly see employees walking around talking with each other and one register open that's backed up in the aisles that's a problem. Then when they are done and the customers are disgruntle then they decide to come and open another register. Be more attentive please.

It's a really neat store with almost everything a homeowner might want. And it's HUGE. We usually find something we can't do without. The prices are generally very good too. Everyone should go there at least once. Check out Ollie's Bargain Outlet in the same plaza while you're there. Those two stores are worth a short road trip several times a year.

They dont take checks anymore or give military discounts anymore. If it takes that long for a cashier to do a check maybe they shouldn't be a cashier or get better trained. Plus if you arent going to offer military discounts, then you shouldn't have ever offered them.July 11,We were just in there and some of the employees were not wearing masks like they're suppose to, not to mention the lady at the register being very rude when I told her I didn't want my lawn ornaments in a bag. They need a refresher course on good customer service.

This place has a lot of decent stuff. My biggest issue is that most of the inventory is ocean themed, for sea side living. I live in Tennessee and the living location is in far north Alabama. People who have ocean themed homes must be the minority around this inland area, because I have never seen anyone here decorate their homes with the theme. Inasmuch, the items that people do use for decor and accents are mostly out of stock. Therefore, most of what they have for home decor and accents are ocean/tropical themed.This place could be much better if they stocked up on what is in higher demand. For this area, that would be modern, farmhouse, cabin, bohemian, old fashion, and rustic.

We purchased a fountain less then a year ago and it has started to chip and crack. I contacted the local store where we purchased it (Madison, Alabama)and they said since it was more then 30 days old they could not do anything about it. You would think that a fountain the costs $200 would last longer then a year. It looks like I am going to be forced to give one star but in my opinion it would be zero stars. I am going to contact the corporate headquarters to see if there is anything they will do. I will respond back with those results. This is a additional comment. I sent an email to there customer service department some time ago and have not gotten a response.

Terribly strong airfreshner smell in the whole place, was actually making me cough even with a mask on. Line was so long with the one register open I laid down everything I had picked up and left just to get fresh air. Prices are higher than they use to be and customer service is none existent. I wont be back, better deals on amazon and at least on line you dont leave with your lungs burning from horrid smells.

Please fix the leaky ceiling. Either the roof or the ceiling pipes were leaking in multiple places and sometimes there wasnt a bucket underneath to catch the water. Otherwise the garden section was nice and very expansive. I found lots of really nice pots and garden decor pieces.

Lots of stuff, has huge selection of yard inflatables with prices for 8 foot santa, snowman, etc for only $29.99. We were able to find evertyjing we needed. Will be back.

Huge selection of everything with pretty decent prices. You just have to make sure you look very carefully at what you pick up because some of it is dented, broken, etc.. but they have great holiday decorations, home decor, seriously everything.

I give 4 stars because the wife and daughter love this place. Loss of one star because a little bit of every man dies when he is forced to come here. A long visit hear will crush a man's soul.
