Leonard was very helpful running the store alone while his coworker Austin sat in the back of the store with numerous people waiting in line. I greatly appreciate Leonard having a great attitude with doing all the work. On my third trip back to the store Austin greeted me and I told him the issue he walks off doesn't say a word to me, goes into the back of store and Leonard proceeded to come help me. This location I will not use again. Sad you treat coworkers so poorly cause you are lazy & not interested in doing the job you are paid to do.

The gal who helped me at the counter was great. After a quick call on my way to the store, she was able to get me set up with everything I needed. The tool rental was easy, and she had it waiting at the counter when I arrived. Return was also a breeze. Great customer service.

Eric was amazing and the rest of the staff was amazing as well!!! I can’t say enough about how much they helped me with figuring out my car issue and saving so much time and money if there’s anybody that can reach out to corporate and their bosses to let them know the amazing job they’re doing there I hope that they see this and reward them. There is no doubt in my mind that I will continue to use their expertise in the future!

I worked with Britt today to get a transfer case and she worked on it very diligently to get with me and provide updates on where they were in trying to get the part in and how long everything would take she was Outstanding to work with and had great customer service which is not something I see often today!! Eric was very prompt to assist me as I walked in the store. He helped me to determine which bulbs I needed and then help another customer in the process. I also needed to figure out which screws were needed for my door latch and he also helped to find and install them. 10/10 !

Employee refused to confirm part compatibility by VIN number. Sad considering there was nobody in the store and the phone wasn't ringing. 10/16/23 at about 8:40 a.m. I recommend going to Advance where they are concerned about selling your the correct part and giving you the peace of mind that the part will fit.

Great staff on hand helpful and knowledgeable. Doing front brakes on my 2004 Accord, picked up pads and grease, headed home to start, busted a wheel lug getting the tire off. Back to the store, had the lug bolt and nuts on hand :). Always have what I need and if not they have had it there within 90 minutes. Welcome to the neighborhood, nice to have you in the area.

The gentleman tested the battery, starter and alternator. Determined the battery was going bad, replaced the battery for me. It was on a 2017 Chevrolet work truck, takes a bit to change the battery but he accomplished it. Great guy, very knowledgeable and provided great service.

Great place, they didn’t have the battery I needed nearby or in the warehouse so the guy working there called around and checked with local competitors to help me find the last one in town. For this reason I will continue to use o’reilly as much as I can.

The store is not bad it’s the driveway. I copied the review that I made to the adjoining business that shares the same entrance. It’s the terrible concrete mountains they installed in the front entrance. If your pulling a boat or trailer of any sort be prepared for scuffed rims and dented fenders. And even if your not pulling a trailer be prepared to jump rockie mountains and slam down into the Grand Canyon when turning in. Whoever decided to install this needs to go back to architecture school because they FAILED. So please tear down the Berlin Wall so that customers can come and go without destroying their property!!

They did not have what i needed in stock but was able to bring it in from another store next business day. Friendly staff, clean store from parking lot to back corner of the inside. Odds are I will be coming here more often since they are now closer than other auto parts stores since opening.
