I really enjoy shopping here; my only problem is, I try to go in for a few things and end up coming out with 2-3 bags full. I especially like it when I see the msrp on the item; for instance, Monday, I purchased a jacket on sale for $23 and the msrp was $119 💕 it. Everyone is very helpful and nice.

I was able to find a few things, but the racks were kind of empty. I did find a few items. This location use to have a much better selection, but maybe I was being too specific. It's clean and the employees were very friendly. Stop by and take a look. Also, like all other retail stores they are hiring.

Have some some great deals on amazing products. $30 for wireless JBL headphones that I bought 9 months before on sale for $150. Anything and almost everything in this place.

Kinda messy, but lots of….. variety. Pretty much a TJ Maxx ot Ross. All the seasonal blankets the fiancee adores and hundreds of candles to smell. Cause who doesn’t love smelling candles at 9:30pm after eating Mexican food! Plenty of inventory for everyone needs and desires!

My friend and I visited Marshall’s in Madison a few days ago. We received great customer service from the employees on duty. Katrina waited on me, she was courteous, professional, kind, and made my shopping experience there awesome. We also met an assistant manager, Josh, who checked to make sure to see if we needed any assistance while shopping. Seems to me this store and it’s employees are “spot on” in outstanding customer service. Thumbs up to all who were on duty. It’s nice to see that some people still consider that an admirable trait.

I like their products and prices, but the employees act like you are a bother. They act like they are doing you a favor by ringing up your items. Employee didn't say anything until I thanked her for ringing me out.

Shopped here tonight and boy let me tell you, the woman that rung us up was by the name of SUE on her name tag is a racist, no customer service, and unprofessional individual !!!I watched her ring up several of her kind with no hesitation or irritation!!! When it was OUR turn She was irritated with ringing my husband’s items up and even crumbled them up in a bag AFTER HE PAID FOR THEM.! She needs to find new employment QUICK because MARSHALLS is not for her! And the next time this happens, I’m going to REACTfor sure !

Mya had terrible Customer Service. Didn't speak or ask me if Found everything fine. Complete silence and gave me 5 bags when I only had 7 outfits thats what one big bag is for. Then the mgr acted like he didnt care. Probably didnt even mention it to her. They will hire anyone these days...Some people just shouldn't work with the public.

Good selection of items, compliments the other hobby/craft stores in town. Employees were friendly and unobtrusive. The store seemed clean and although they didn't have what I was looking for, it seemed otherwise adequately stocked. Ample parking that was easy to get in and out of.

Well organized display of merchandise. Nicely greeted. Long line to check out. Hammered to get their credit card repeatedly by the cashier. I know they are just doing management's bidding, still after politely declining the offer, it continued.

My wife really likes this store. Its mainly a woman's store but if I look close I can always find something I like or need. They also carry men's and children's clothes. I enjoy the little treasure hunt to find the electronics or a tool or two.Went to Marshall's with my wife, I was looking for a certain coffee cup. I bought 1 about a month ago and I really do like it. It's a thin aluminum and no matter how hot the coffee is the cup is always cool and it very light. They were out of them, my loss but was told to check back in around 2 weeks because that's when they get their odd things shipments .But still an awesome store.

I shop here with my mom ALL THE TIME and we have never had any issues. I came to get two end tables for my brother and was standing BY the line waiting on him to text me back if he wanted them or not and a gentleman that works there, I didn’t get his name, came up to us and said that the line started over there and pointed 2 feet. He MADE my mother who stood there with the cart turn it around to his standards. We weren’t in line and he was trying to say we were by standing close.. She didn’t understand and I told her I wasn’t moving to get in a line just to get out of it if he didn’t want them and the guy then took our cart and moved it himself. Not only was that very rude, but also inconsiderate to the other shoppers who were wanting to get in line and we were still unsure and NOT in line. Employees have been rude here before as well. Don’t recommend this store for customer service. Period. Hire new people, or drive to south Huntsville. I promise it will be worth it over this store with these employees.

I was getting ringed up & colette was getting yelled at by a manager while she was doing her job. Maybe get better managers ! miss Colette always is polite to us so I wrote a review for u too see how managers treat workers . Fantastic job Colette it was quiet a line today

Decent place for values. Good prices w the typical Taj Max/ Marshall’s limited selection.The store needs cleaning, mopping, etc. it’s neglected.Parking lot is poorly lit and not easily maneuverable for ppl w mobility needs.

Leaving a positive review today for my experience on 10-8-21. I had cut my finger on a candle that was broken in the store & told the employee who was checking me out. Colin E was so sweet & grabbed a bandaid, tissue, & wipe for me. He said his dad is a Fireman & he has learned from him to just have a 1st aid kit handy to help others who may need it. How nice!!!!!! I thanked him & his dad for being there for us!

Love! We were able to get most our school clothing here. The lady at the dressing room was very nice very helpful in other options for my child when we couldn't find much in her size. Highly recommend this store.

This is a pretty nice Marshall's. They always seem to have good stuff, and the employees are friendly. Super cute Christmas decorations, usually a good selection of ladies' clothes, and I love to pick up gift bags here.

I love Marshalls. They always have great deals and unique items. Unlike some bargain stores, I don't have to remake through bins or over-packed racks. Much to my husband's dismay, I never leave empty handed.

I rarely go in these stores but a friend wanted something they had & I wanted to get it as a gift for her... it's hard to find anything, staff is not helpful & I left with nothing. I really don't know if the item was there or out of stock. I went to Brighton & got her something she loved.
