I love this farmers market! All of the vendors are so generous and friendly. You are able to buy farm fresh items at such a great price. You can follow their Facebook page to see which vendors will be there before Saturday morning. They have fruits and vegetables, honey, baked goods, bread, desserts, coffee, meat and eggs, soaps, flowers, and more! Most of the vendors take cash and card, some take venmo or cash app. The market has a large parking lot, that is usually packed, and the vendors sit on grass that a good stroller can get through easily. So happy whenever I go and leave with goodies from this farmers market!

Such a great market and so many vendors! We got meat, strawberries, and local honey! Lots of options for the size and not a ton of “repeat” tents. All friendly people and great location/parking!

This little Farmers Market next to Trinity Baptist Church on Hughes road is super clean, and has high quality produce, flowers, baked goods, coffee, tea, meat, wood crafts, and even live music on Saturday mornings in the spring and summer. Everything appears to be organic and fresh. See pics attached.

Went here for the first time this past Saturday 9/3. Got some amazing honey, huge watermelon, cucumbers, salsa and corn. Everything was great until cooking dinner tonight 9/5 and seeing each ear of corn I purchased was inedible due to rot and bugs. Would’ve been 4 stars if not for the corn.

I love this market. It is so clean and well organized. There is a very diverse market. You can grab a cup of Roosters coffee while browsing for grass fed meats, organic vegetables, homemade soaps, and fresh baked goodies with or without gluten! My daughter loves to get a popsicle from Suzy's while I shop for veggies and enjoy my coffee. Last week we e

My entire family loved this farmers market. We couldn’t stay long because of cold weather, but we enjoyed our time, people are so friendly around here. We had the chance to listen to Old Friends band and they sang us two songs, what a beautiful moment. I am sad though, I was told this week is last week for the year, so I’ll be definitely coming back for my Apple pie filling and probably some Hippea camper’s food.I just realize I didn’t take any pictures, next time.

visited summer 2022This farmers market has been around for a while, and can be walked in just a few minutes. They have cold drinks, baked good, artisan goods, and of course fruits and veggies. Everyone is always friendly, and the good are interesting and tasty. Would certainly visit again.

For a small town Farmer's market, it is really good. They have live music and all of the usual fruits and vegetables you would expect. They typically also have farm fresh eggs, milk, and beef. You can find homemade bread, honey, and jam. It only takes a few minutes to walk through as there are only about 20 to 30 booths there. There is ample free parking, and is child friendly. Check it out on Saturdays when the weather is nice.

Honestly, this is my favorite FM in the area and deserves the title "foodie market." They always have at least 1 musician playing, seasonal fruit is wonderful and I can frequently find exotic eggs. Well-run!

Great little farmers market with amazing vendors. Tried the Pepper & Leaf tea booth. Got some great coffee, and awesome goat cheese. The church that lets this farmers market use their parking lot was out there giving out balloons to the kids. Very family friendly! Highly recommend!

Small farmers market but always a great variety and great selection. Mostly food items (meats, eggs, veggies, jellies, cinnamon buns, cheese, even coffee and popsicles) but usually a few crafts (soap, wood carvings). I never walk away without something delicious.

We love going there. So many different things. Organic meat, fresh pastries, canned items, even soaps and lotions. We get our Plentiful Produce basket then see what yummy things are at the farmers markets.

I love to go there to get fresh veggies that are locally grown. Everybody is wearing masks and doing a good job of social distancing. Tents are appropriately spaced. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I love taking my dog and strolling through all of the local and seasonal favorites. Cinnamon Rolls, strawberries, strawberry jam, peaches, micro greens, fresh baked breads, pies, meat, farm fresh eggs, flowers, piper and leaf tea, so many choices.

Needs to sell more meat and dairy. I don't come here for plants. Also, I come to a farmer's market to find things that can't be found in a store or to buy meat directly from the farmers. Sellers here often have nothing special and say they throw good cuts of meat (like organs and fat) away. Seems like a waste. No one selling raw products. Can't blame them entirely if shoppers won't buy something better, though. Happy with what I've bought here, but they need to have either more variety of cuts or better prices on pasture-raised animals to make it worthwhile to come here over a grocery store.

IMHO, best Farmers market in Madison, Al. So many fresh foods and variety galore. They have music too! Today, a harp player. Divine! Picnic tables. Dogs on leash are welcome too!

Lots of vendors offering a wide array of products, my personal favorite is the dsr farms - but there's also a stall in the back that sells blueberry mango jam that is amazing. Another good contender is the roosters crow coffee, the columbian blend is delicious. I will absolutely be making return trips through the season.I think the 2020 season runs through September 19th.

Couldn't find the herbs I wanted, but that's because everything there is in-season. Get there early for the best selection. Lots of nice people selling lovingly produced food

Favorite place to find local grown produce. Always a good selection and the prices are fair. It's nice to be able to interact with those who grow our food!
