I just purchased 40 bags of pine bark mulch from Lowe’s this past weekend. Every bag had large rocks ( see picture below) in them so it was not an accident. I guess they are filling these bags by weight. I talked to the store manager and was told it was not their fault and out of their control. So if you want mulch, maybe don’t buy it at Lowe’s. I’m going to try to reach out to corporate Lowe’s. Maybe they will do the right thing.

We tried purchasing a microwave and installation from here. We paid to have someone come out and measure our existing microwave. We then ordered a new one based on the measurements Lowes took. They were supposed to install the new one. The day of, they called and canceled and said the microwave that we purchased from them was the wrong size. We went back and forth with the store several times to try to resolve the issue. They then scheduled another installation date and didn't show. It was a months long ordeal and we had to go back into the store to get a refund. We still are in need of a microwave. A waste of time.

I always have a great experience here! They have the products I'm looking for and offer great service. My son likes sitting on the lawn mowers out front, and one of the staff members even came out one time to take our photo. They've earned all my future business.

Got to be honest this was the worst in store experience I've had at a lowes in a while. At 230pm in the afternoon, there not a single blue cart available in the entire store. After being in the store for 30 mins and after 10 mins of searching, I had to put my stuff down and walk to the parking lot to get my own cart. When I finally did get all my supplies, every single register was close except self checkout. One lady was checking out another lowes employee from customer service, but her light was out, I stood there with my cart, and when she was done, she just peaced out on break. I was about to wheel my cart of drywall down an impossible path of center ilse inventory to self checkout when I decided to ask the other customer service lady what I should do. She said she would check me out and finally did, but the store is a disorganized mess with employees that don't seem to care much. I wish it were better bc I really love lowes, but this store needs better structure. I hope it improves in the future.

I have been a well satisfied customer for many years and many thousands of dollars. Over the last few years, it's been concerning to watch the their attentiveness to customer service dwindle beginning with the removal of cashiers. That tells me you want my money, but you don't want to talk to me. Their website (for item availability) is useless. 8 out of 10 times they do not have it in stock and their customer service just shrugs and says their system must not be updated. Duh. Today, I went for a Ring camera. After waiting for a customer rep that did not have a clue as to what I was talking about, she advised me to take a photo and take it to a cashier, who also didn't know what I was talking about. Lowes has always been a notch better than the "orange" place but today I went to the "orange" place and gave them my money. Probably going to be a fan of Amazon going forward.

We love going to Lowes. It's definitely a toy store for grown ups who are having fun doing projects around the house. They have great deals, friendly and helpful employees, and they honor our veterans by giving them 10% off most items. This store has lots of parking and includes items such as wood, tools, plants and gardening supplies, and much more! If they don't have it in stock, you can always order it and have it delivered or shop online and pick it up in one of their lockers. We're glad we have one close by!

Sunday 3.24.24 was a very busy day in the garden center but the line moved along briskly. I soon found out why, associate Heather C.! She is friendly, fast and very efficient. Great customer service is why I shop at this Lowes!

We rarely go to this store but it was open later so we drove 55 minutes vs the normal 45 because we needed extra time to find the supplies for the next morning.Not the friendliest service, Specifically at the customer service desk when arrived & paint mixing which was my last stop a few minutes before closing. If she'd asked me if I needed help I would have found the cabinet paint I needed when I looked earlier in the visit. She seemed preoccupied and put out when I asked to mix it.Always good products and choices.

Great store and staff. Every time I have gone the store is rather clean. Lines can back up at times but they still manage to get you in and out fast. Most the staff is very knowledgeable about the products in the store and if not will try their best to get you assistance if and when possible.

The 6 wheels carts here that have turntable wheels in all 4 corners and fixed wheels in the middle MUST have the fixed wheels stay in contact with the ground at ALL times. You can see in the picture the center wheel tread is totally missing! I pulled a 6 wheeler behind me into the outdoor area and ran into another cart. Took a minute to figure out why. I talked to the checkout person and they said they used to have someone service them but they haven't been there in a while. Pushing my cart with 4 bags of dirt was VERY difficult in the park lot. I can not fathom how Lowe's is OK with carts in these conditions. SMH!

We had a leak in a tile shower, the gentleman didn't work there but was so kind and helped me and my daughter find the proper fitting for the new shower handle, he looked like Santa Claus almost. Whom ever you are, Thank you and may God bless you, 1000 fold..

Hands down the laziest group of store employees and customer service. You walk in any given time you have 4 or more employees just playing on their phones and when you ask for help you have to wait for them to finish their conversation that is non work related.

It's Lowe's, so you know they've got a ton of stuff for a wide range of projects. I just really wish their app was a bit more in sync with the actual inventory and layout of the store! Occasionally it will indicate that they have an item in stock, but when you get there you find you've been lied to (this was especially frustrating when we were buying lumber for a construction project); other times the location indicated by the app is WAY off.Nevertheless, I have to admit that Lowe's is one of my favorite stores; from gardening supplies to Halloween decorations to fancy blackout blinds and light fixtures, I can (and do) find a lot of excuses to visit throughout the year.

I hate going in Lowes for anything. Isles always cluttered and at busiest times every morning when all contractors are trying to get materials for jobs they love to shut down 5 isles at a time bc forklift is on 1 with someone who doesn't know how to operate forklift and takes forever to get anything down. It's so frustrating.

It is not about the problems that happen as much as it is about what you do about it. We were notified that our in store pickup was ready and we confirmed we were on our way, After we arrived it taking a long time to get our order. Joy happened by and asked me if I needed anything. After explaining what we were waiting for she took charge and got us taken care of. What a great smile and attitude.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Tried to get help from multiple employees and they all said it was not their department. Hit the page button for the area multiple times. After waiting for over 30 minutes with no one coming and no one helping, I asked for a manager. After waiting another 10-15 minutes we ended leaving. If possible definitely go to another store and stay away from this on. Terrible experience.

I just paid to have my orders delivered same day. The delivery was late but that's fine. The persons delivered them were really nice and careful about the items. Initially I thought I would use this service again though it costs more. However, upon inspecting my two plywoods, they have serious mold on one and some on the other. I wish they would give me a good quality product. I would never install these mold infested plywoods inside my house. I would stay away their delivery service unless it's something inside a package. Now, I need to figure out how to return them. I also ordered a drain for the shower but it's missing the tightening ring. If you can, go to the store to buy them yourself. The delivery could cause more headache and waste more time even if you are willing to pay more.

Had to buy paint, Went to home Depot woman was so rude in paint dept.I just st left and went to Lowes. Nice young man, fast service, perfect match. Glad I came to Lowes.
