You all may want to make sure you read the entire post.I took my time before writing this review to make sure I don’t miss giving them any credit they deserve! Let me first start off by saying I highly recommend King Auto Plex. If you need a vehicle don’t hesitate to stop by and at least take a look around! A variety of vehicles there’s one for everybody! Second thing is they are the most wonderful group of people to meet! Jennifer is so humble and down to earth! She is so sweet and so fun, very honest, open, and helpful! Personality is on 10 which made it awesome working with her. Talking with her is like talking to someone close whom you’ve known for years. I say all that because no one likes working with someone that has no personality or only cares about a sale, tbh it kills the whole experience and vibe. I came in and gave just what they asked for no more no less. She let me test drive any vehicle until I found my one!! She was very patient and answered any and all questions I may have had! She went over everything thoroughly. They take pride in taking care of their customers, not making a sale. They try their best to only put you in vehicles they would trust putting their on children in! No car is perfect but you can tell they do their best to make them perfect for you. Even though cars are sold AS IS they will still go above and beyond to fix something for you if something happens after you buy. The mechanic is very down to earth aswell! Very talented and very thorough, they don’t try to get over on you. He was extremely helpful! These people treated me better than an actual dealership where I bought a previous car from. I have amazing credit but this place didn’t do a credit check or income verification etc they were straight to the point. Valid license with current address and a utility bill that matches. No games no gimmicks and you can pay off earlier with no penalty! I have nothing bad to possibly say at all, I am so grateful for them and so happy with my new ride!! Above and beyond 10 out of 10 ! And not once did they ever even ask for a review! I can not thank you guys enough, communication is key and you guys were more than exceptional!! Arlo is pretty freaking cool also lol can’t leave him out !! Stay blessed, stay safe, thanks so much! Best experience ever!!

I rate them negative 10!!! KING AUTO.The lady with the black or brown hair had an attitude the WHOLE TIME . The racism I’ve experienced being there I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY COMING TO GET AN CAR. Go down the street get one instead!! SHE CALLED ME AN BLACK MONKEY. Then she lied like she was at the shop the whole time ,but I was sitting outside the whole time . Claim she was taking out the dog but the dog was there the whole time barking at me.

Tried twice last week to visit and purchase a car. I arrived the first day around 4 o'clock to find the store closed. No big deal, must have had an emergency or something. Wasn't upset at all.The second day I called and spoke with a lady and confirmed I could come in at 4 that day. Rushed there after work and it was closed again. She had my number and surely could have called and let me know, but didn't.I had cash in hand to buy outright and was almost definitely gonna purchase. I found a vehicle somewhere else.In several responses here they mention how hard it is to be a small business. It must be even harder when you don't stick to your posted hours.

They don’t answer the phone, if you have an out of state license forget about getting a car here. And some of the car’s windows are busted out for whatever reason but I wouldn’t trust this place

Went in today to look at a couple of cars for my daughter. Jennifer was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles we wanted to test drive. I would recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to stop in and check out their inventory. Fell in love with an suv there. Great selection and prices are awesome. My King AutoPlex experience was totally easy and awesome. The process was easy, just have a valid drivers license, utility bill and down payment. On the way home the car ran hot and my son was so disappointed. Turns out that the mechanic was out with Covid and didn't get a chance to check it out. They quickly called us and apologized for any inconvenience. They replaced the thermostat and water pump. They went above and beyond to make this situation right. They have great customer service and they stand behind their cars. I plan to purchase my next car from them. Thanks King AutoPlex.

I have been trying to test drive a vehicle there. I have called 8 times and left 8 voice mails. Been to the lot 4 times no one has been there. I don't know if they are good or bad. But, I would fire some people for sure.

I bought a van from here and drove it two weeks... The warranty is a joke. After $1300 and only a month of having it broke down twice and now i cant afford 2k of repairs and only drove it two weeks. I feel i been sold a lemon only being able to test drive it for 15 minutes. Im disabled and i work very minimum hours and i have 2 small children and we have been stuck without a car for weeks. I get the run around about the van after they moved it from my shop to theirs and their shop came up with the same solution as the shop i had it at.

I always dislike car shopping due to the persistence of car salesman and their sneaky ways to push a car on you, this is not the case with kings autoplex.
