I'm guilty of doing most of my shopping online but a recent puppy adoption and I am on the search for quality foods. I perused the website and was happy to see I could get free same day shipping. However, I decided to go in store to have a better look at everything. Great selection and wonderful customer service. Logan helped me immediately with what I was searching for and answered all my questions. I was also offered assistance to load my car, if needed. Good prices overall and very good selection.

Staff is wonderful and clearly familiar with all the products they carry! Each time I've gone in I've only known vaguely what I needed and they've been able to give me recommendations that fit my dog perfectly every time without fail. My pittie is super picky and has a sensitive stomach so I have been hesitant to switch her food, but they recommended me a new kibble that is already becoming her new favorite after just a couple servings. They have always been super friendly and helpful!! I won't be going anywhere else for my dog's food and grooming products in the future.

I order my dog and cat food from Hollywood Feed all the time. They are always prompt and polite, and usually throw in some treats with the food delivery!I rarely enter the store, but today I did to use an in store coupon and had a great experience! The lady working at the counter was very polite, and I got to pet her dog she had with her behind the counter. She was happy to be there and it showed in the customer service.

We bought a pig ear,which is gone, cow ear, which she is eating now, and a tennis ball her size to teach her fetch. She inhaled that pig ear unlike Petsmart's pig ear which is a nup but she won't finish it. The shopping experience was great and the workers were great. Plus they deliver.

I needed a new harness for my boy. He is Lab and Terrior and had a large chest with a small neck. I was greeted at the dog and asked for help to find the right harness. We tried on several to find the best fit with success. The entire team is great as they all were friendly and supportive. I recommend visiting the store. Great job everyone!

The staff was extremely helpful. I used the self bath for the first time to give my dog Charlie a bath and blow dry since he was very stinky. Too much playing in the leaves. I'm sold and will return often for a Charlie bath, food and treats. Love the store and the staff even more.

We truly enjoy visiting this dog and kid friendly store. The wide range of natural dog treats allows my kids to select a few treats and for my dog to sniff out what she would enjoy. The staff is consistently helpful and pleasant. We now happily use the self wash for our giant puppy.Hopefully they will eventually carry all our fav things so we can truly one stop shop.

The Hollywood Feed associates always help you find exactly what you need. They are very knowledgeable about their products & ingredients. I have a pet with seizures and have to avoid certain ingredients in dog food that can make his seizures worse. Many associates I've spoken with understand special needs pets & make knowledgeable recommendations that my Vet supported. They carry a wonderful variety of Fromm, Blue Wilderness, & raw food. They carry so many treats, pet bedding, water feeders, local items such as home decor signs and pillows, and specialty treats for birthdays or any occasion that are human grade. I'm adding pics of a few specialty icing cookie treats purchased from Hollywood Feed with my review. My pets are part of my family & I know I am feeding them good food with ingredients I can pronounce. You will not find kinder, more caring people to help you find what you need. They also have a rewards program you can sign up for and I received my last bag of dog food for free! (they do not sell your contact info, I checked & I've never received marketing calls) Hollywood Feed supports local adoption efforts & I always feel good shopping here for my 3 rescue babies. I'm also adding a pic of a local cat adoption group that was outside of Hollywood Feed recently. One of their own associates adopted a deaf cat that needed a home! Their prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I do encourage those who are on a budget to be open with the associates as they can point you towards quality products that will work with any budget. They also offer unique collars, accessories, & hand crafted items you won't find just anywhere. They have a handicap accessible entrance & will carry your purchase to your car for you. I usually need help with the heavier bags of dog food & I always appreciate this exceptional level of service! They have everything for cats, dogs, & birds of all ages. I make a point to buy training treats for my younger dogs & they also have weight management options that will help your pet lose or maintain a healthy weight. I highly recommend Hollywood Feed and their customer service is the best I've found.

Can’t thank this business enough! After a horrible storage issue at our local Petco I needed a local place to turn to. They greet you explain all the kinds of dog food and their purpose and which one they think would be best for your dog! I have never received this kind of service. My pup and I loved it will definitely be back!

Took my dog to get groomed by Jade, SHE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!!!!! My baby has never looked better! Highly recommend the grooming services at Hollywood Feed on John Henry Way. Huger is ready for the summer!

My Big Boi needed a bath and Ms. Ashley was able to get him worked into her schedule.Ashley does the most amazing job with BB, he's scared of the dryer and accommodates him on that.BB got the Spaw Package and was thrilled to see "his" Ashley again.He also needed a new bed and the young lady assisted me so kindly.Overall, I love this store and Ashley (BB's Groomer).
