I’m a frequent shopper at this store and today received the BEST customer service I think I’ve ever received in retail. I was lucky enough to go trough Blake H line today and as I waited for my turn in line I watched this employee greet every customer he came in contact with, with a smile and positive attitude and of course was no different when I got to him. His positive attitude was contagious along with his smile and truly made my day! We need a lot more Blake’s in this world!

Great staff. Worked with me on multiple occasions for custom frames. Always a pleasure. The last employee I worked with was actually getting ready to get off shift and she stayed and ended up working for almost an hour with me. She had a smile and didn't complain at all. A+

I have shopped at Hobby Lobby for years. I would go every Monday for years because of the new ad my whole house is decorated in hobby lobby. I live in Alabama, so when the city was shut down for 2 weeks, I was going through the house and getting rid of things. I also redo furniture, so I had quite a bit of knobs and I also own a cleaning business, so I have had every receipt for 5 yes and just recently threw them out. Well, for the knobs I haven't used, I was going to return them. I had returned a few things prior that I hadn't used. I figure get store credit going to spend here anyway. Well, the knobs ended up being $120. I never dreamed it would be that much, but I have spent over 10,000 with them over the past 5 yre easily. So I got my merchandise card. I said I could try to find the receipt; they said no its fine. They start following me around. I said screw this. I won't return to the Madisons store. Well I went to visit a friend in cullman. And I have a card with $8 on it I have had for months. Well, I am walking around in there, and they are following me. I don't steal if I am going shopping. I have money. I go to pay use the $8 gift card, then they say the one with $120 is empty, and I said no, I just got it. And the lady said no, it's empty, so I said just cancel my transaction. They replied that I couldn't get my 8$ gift card back, like excuse me. So I asked for a $5 item, and they said no. So I left both cards there. Who needs empty cards so I'll called corporate, And a lady Karen called me back and I said is there a problem with the transaction and she said oh well we can't find a transaction, and i am completely in shock you can't find where your store has sold one knob, Can I not pay cash, I don't just shop at your store, some are gifts or me and my friends trade. I have never been caught shoplifting. So she put the card on hold, so why tell me it's empty.. Then, she asks me to produce receipts excuse me. I am a hard-working single mom who makes wreaths, redoes furniture, owns a cleaning business, and you want to question me. So I lost money I spent because they are judging me. I am put together then half of their staff. So they stole $128 from me. That would have been put back in their pocket. We were all made equal, and I read their policy; they could have refused it. Instead of making me look like a idiot and a criminal, I am a very spiritual woman who does not believe in judging anyone by their looks, and until see me steal something assuming only makes a $ $ out of you. As much as I love the options that hobby lobby carries, I won't spend another dime. And you could be the next one they do this too. These are a couple of things I have purchased just a couple. See this bag of knobs and receipt and a picture of myself. Yeah, I look like a hardcore criminal. And furniture I am redoing. I don't want to spend my hard earned money with any company that treats good paying customers like this!! This has been a shocking, eye-opening experience that billion dollar companies don't care about the customers who make work hard for their money and choose to spend it with them. Boycott Hobby Lobby!!

Shopping experience is good, lots of options. I went after christmas to grab a few discounted items so of course it was busy. I took maybe 10 min to find the few items I wanted and then went to checkout which took approximately 45min to do. I went to other stores on the same day and did not have to wait over 15 min anywhere else. The wait is the only reason for me docking a 2 stars, so other than that would recommend this store. I have been in other times around the year and have had similar checkout issues though not nearly to the same extent.

This store is excellent.I went in with my man, not looking for after Christmas deals, and spent about an hour browsing. The store was still bountifully shocked, organized, and getting ready for Valentine's Day crafters and gift givers. We picked up some model items that we hadn't seen before along with sketch pencils.The photos I took were just for fun.Great job with the merchandising, and friendly checkout staff.

I came in a couple of weeks ago and had an issue at the register that needed a manager to rectify. No exaggeration, I waited off to the side for 23 minutes. The employee up front was apologetic, but it really wasn't her fault. When he (didn't get his name) finally got up there he barked at the employee "What is it, now?" among other things. Just talking to her like a dog. He wasn't joking around with her cause she definitely looked like she was going to cry after the comments he made. When I finished my business with him I approached the first employee and thanked her. I also told her he shouldn't be a manager if he's gonna get mad about having to work. I'm going to start going to Jones Valley instead of here.

Initially, I wanted to buy olive bushes, but when I saw these roses, I changed my mind! Bushes with roses look so natural and gentle that you can admire them endlessly. As a result, I bought 3 bushes with roses and put them in a decorative vase. Very beautiful!!!Employees are so kind and helpful! I love this store so much! I'll definitely come back!

Absolutely love this store I do believe their prices are a little high on their Cricket items and some other items but there are things at this store that you cannot find anywhere else and it is just amazing

This review is specific to the custom framing shop. Went in to get a custom frame for a 24x37.3875 mirror art piece. I wasn't sure what frame would look best with the art. Thankfully, Sam was really helpful in understanding the direction I wanted to go with the piece, and helping me pick out the perfect frame. It was nice having someone both knowledgable and friendly to work with. Definitely would recommend her to anyone in need of a custom frame.

It's definitely Hobby Lobby... but very difficult to navigate and hard to find employees. The employee we did find in the fabrics was super nice though. She knew her inventory off the top of her head. Please declutter your store and make it easier to get assistance.

I can concur with the long lines. Called with a question about framing. Call was transferred, rang for a while, which I understand. The person who answers tells me it might be a while because there is a long line. I say that's fine, I can wait. Almost 15 minutes go by, and the call gets dropped. If there are that many people waiting in framing, just have the caller call back not waste their time on hold.

They have great sale prices, especially on their artificial flowers that we use to make arrangements for our family cemetery plots. Much cheaper than florists charge.

Always seem to have whatever need. Would be nice if they got up to date with scanning items! The turn over would be alot better, and probably sell more items. The lines for sure would not be so long during the holidays 25-35 minutes standing in a line while each item UPC is manually punched in is a little outdated!
