I had been to this nursery once before a year ago while visiting the area. Now I'm a resident and I had to revisit the nursery that had been on my mind for so long! Hubby and I trekked out seeking a replacement for a small tree that had died, some colorful flowers for the front garden, and (possibly) some sort of statuary or decorative element for a corner that gets irregular sun.We found everything that we were looking for, but couldn't make a decision about the decorative piece: too many choices for our little brains! We took pictures of some of the ones we liked and will mull them over to decide which one speaks to us. We were really delighted that there was so much selection.The staff was helpful and friendly and gave us the space we needed to just wander around and look at things. The plants were all really healthy and it was great to be able to have many choices with them, too. We'll definitely be back.

I visited Enchanted Forest to find a planter for my fiddle leaf. They have a beautiful selection of planters, and the employees are really helpful. I am going back to get another planter for my porch.

My mom wanted to come to a plant nursery. I found this place on Google. They have a lot of plants. They have some vegetable plants. My son wanted a Jalapeño plant. My mom found a heirloom tomato plant. They have a raccoon named Rocky. He's wild, and they ask that you don't pet him or get too close. Rocky keeps away unwanted critters. My kids loved him! We will definitely be back!

I had trees delivered and planted last October. I notified them in May and July that one of the trees didn’t make it. I was asked to be patient since they had a lot of trees that needed to be replaced. I have yet to be contacted about the replacement. This is very disappointing. At this point I’m going to buy and replant a new tree myself to have a completed project.

Fall is definitely in the air!! Stopped by to pick up sod and was overjoyed to see all the fun florals, pumpkins and decor for fall. 🍁🍂 Great customer service and fun shopping experience.👍

One of my favorite places to shop... If you want plants (indoor or outdoor,) this is the place to go. They have everything, and at a very reasonable price! Houseplants, bulbs, fruit trees, seasonal items, you name it... the staff is also very friendly & knowledgeable. Way better deals & selection than big box stores, + you are supporting a local business! 🌸

visited summer 2022Located at back of the Home Depot parking lot, this place is like additional, better garden section. They have plants, and tons of gardening tools and accessories. The layout is a little crowded, but that just means more products available.If you're in the market for gardening supplies, look here first, or at least stop by if you can't find what you're looking for at Home Depot. Would go again.

Love The Enchanted Forest. Staff knowledgeable, friendly, very helpful. Seems to be a business well stocked and knows what customer service really means for repeat business...so refreshing. Choices galore in plants , pots, chimes, water flowing fur ant garden. Great range of prices...small plants to tall trees. I definitely highly recommend this place. .

Would have given this place 5 Stars in the past.( The metal art piece my wife got for the yard).After my last purchase and install of a small reasonably inexpensive snowball plant, now its a much different review.I mean if they can't or won't make such a small easy fix to such a small project. How would a much larger plant or landscape project be handled?So this place has not only lost my trust in them but also any of my future business as well.

Rude and dishonest. We had problems with several of the shrubs and trees we purchased from them which were planted by a professional lawnscaping company. Several trips to the business for assistance were met with rude employee behavior. After 3 attempts to get the owner, Roger Lyon, to the home he came out and dismissed the issue as the plants being dormant…in September! He was threatening and in your face confrontational, stating that he has done this work for over 50 years and that he is a professional. When I told him that I would go to social media since he did not want to take care of the problem, his response was, You go to social media and I will ruin you!” Not only will we not buy from them, but our landscaper will not buy from them.

Love this place. Beautiful and relaxing to walk around. Friendly and helpful staff. Massive variety of plants, trees, flowers, pots, water fountains, wind chimes, and so much more. They'll even do delivery and installs for an extra fee if you'd like. Worth checking out!

Not as large selection in house plants and other garden supplies. But over staff is friendly and helpful and they do have veggie plants I don't find other places.

I found this place after a handful of bad customer service issues at another nursery, and I am glad I did. I had driven right by several times, but somehow managed to miss the place!Anyway, I was planting a few trees, and had a lot of questions. The store owner walked me around, pointing out trees, pros and cons of each, and answered any other questions I had. In the end, he helped us choose the perfect trees for our yard, and I couldn't be happier. I have been back 10 or 12 times since, and I always have a positive experience.As for the irrigation complaints, it is pretty typical for contractors (fencing, landscapers, concrete workers) to break them and repair them at the homeowner's cost, so I guess some folks just expected something more than what is reasonable. This is a great place to shop, and has great customer service.

Probably the best variety and selection of plants in the entire Huntsville area. I saw a recent comment about it being nothing special or that they have the same things as the big box stores and this could not be further from the truth. If you are a true plant enthusiast, you will understand that not all plants are the same. They carry a larger variety, including colors, than Lowe's, Walmart, and Home Depot put together!

We bought 2 30 gal maple trees and paid to have them planted. They lasted 1 1/2 years and died. The arborist we had come look at them said they were root bound. Thus why 1 Star, I felt by going with a reputable nursery they would have the experience necessary to give my landscaping the best chance. Also have learned since the type of Maple we planted isn’t indigenous to this area, also would have expected to be told that, especially since we asked. Sorry, I really want to support small business but this time it didn’t work out.

This nursery is a little out of the way for me, but if I'm ever having trouble with a hard to find plant, they almost always have it! Their staff is very knowledgeable, and helpful! In addition to a wide variety of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals, they have many garden related items in the store.

One day I went to get advice on the soil (because I believe they have expertise) I asked them about the mixed fertilizers, but they brought me the soil that had not had anything. I called for help and waited .. when I finally arrived, the foreman still blamed me and told me to learn their language. They finally took my money so they don't care. in short, the director's speech is too bad. I lost $ 256.15!

Once upon a time, I had a good review on here with 5 stars. But I'm now making an edit to a 1 star rating for poor customer service and attitude problems. Asking these people a simple question gets a snooty remark along with an answer. And if their answer is NO it seems like they enjoy telling you NO. So I will be finding a new place this year.I spend quite a bit of money in these types of places and I dont expect to be treated like a king but I definitely expect respect and positive attitudes.
