The lady told me one second so I waited then said she was ready and after I gave her my order said can you hold on a minut again… then asked me to repeat my entire order. When I got to the window i paid and she gave me coffee then shut the window then opened it up and told me to go to the second window in the most rude way like I should have known better? food looks like it was thrown on the ground and left out. Worse Dunkin ever. Date and time I went 3:10pm 5/1/24

We ordered food from here from door dash, they delivered only half of the food, we tried calling the phone number for this location and it goes to voice-mail and days - this is Tony can't get to the phone and leave a message, then it says the mailbox is full and can't leave a message?We also reached out to door dash and haven't received a response yetI wouldn't order from this location if this location doesn't care enough to have their phones available for their mistakesCan't call the corporate phone number until Tuesday so that doesn't help us today, which is a Sunday

I ordered ahead of time on the mobile app to pick up my order as a walk in, when I arrived at the store the doors were locked and the employee inside motioned me to the drive thru, I pointed to my phone and told him through the door I ordered on the app but again he motioned me to the drive thru. I tried to cancel my order on the app and get a refund but couldn’t figure out how to do it, the drive thru line was packed, so I had to wait in the drive thru. When I arrived to the drive thru window the cashier told me my egg bites had been sitting on the shelf for 30 minutes so I asked him to remake my entire order bc I also had a frozen coffee, the young man told me that I would have to pay again for my order which I had already paid for on the app!! The manager got involved & told me they were short staffed whic is no excuse to me!!

🍩We enjoyed our visit to the Madison dunkin' donuts off of County line road.🍩We had coffee and donuts both were very good.Definitely buy a dozen if you're going to buy 6!!🍩Many of the reviews posted or not necessarily Fair in my opinion yes some things could have been handled differently but nevertheless the place is clean the donuts are good and the people are nice what more could you ask for 🗣️🍩

Just got two cappuccinos from this location delivered with DoorDash, totally sealed. No malfeasance on their end, but why are they both 2/3 of the way full? If I pay for a large, I kind of expect it to be filled to the line at least.... What the heck? Not ordering from here in the future.

I was greeted with a wonderful lady this morning. Bright and early 5:30am. She was full of energy, when I pulled up to the window to pay she greeted me with a warm smile. She even gave my golden doodle a pup cup! Great service with a wonderful touch!

If I could give you a zero I would. 36 mins to serve 4 cars in drive through. Then when we get our sandwiches they're burnt. This is the second time within the week they were burnt.

Online pick up order. Drive thru took forever. Sausage egg and cheese croissant was missing white cheddar and the extra patty I ordered. No toppings on coffees. They forgot to package my donuts so I had to go inside after going through the drive thru. No one would acknowledge my presence or anyone else’s so that was very frustrating. Overall, this Dunkin’ gave me an awful experience and it’s not the first time.

They seem to be having staffing issues so make sure to add about 20 minutes to how long you expect to be there. I'd you are in a hurry, there are doughnut places within easy walking distance of this location that can get you on your way faster. They would have been unable to make a biscuit or sandwich with the staff I saw there this morning. I will probably not be going to this location with so many better/faster options so close by. They should have gone to the Town Madison development where there is less competition for help and customers.

Drive thru was very pleasant..people were very nice.. Only upset was I wanted an ice coffee and they didn't have the brew..but went back the next day and got my ice coffee..❤

was greeted at the drive thru with welcome to Dunkin . I said I would like to order the $3 medium cold foam that is on the sign and I ask what flavors can I get that in and there was silence. I sit there then say hello multiple times then a female voice says what did you say. I said did you get the cold foam that I just ordered, the $3 that is on the sign. She says ok and I ask what flavors. She makes off several and I pick pink velvet. It said $3.69 on the screen and I say do you have to scan my app for it to be $3 and she says yes. I say ok no problem and pull forward. I am then told $3.69 plus tax. I proceed to tell her about how the girl that just took my order said she would scan the app and it would be $3 and tell her about the sign. She then proceeds to argue with me that she doesn’t know when and what time it is $3. I say let’s ask the manager. She says I am the manager and I say and you don’t know when the drink is $3 and you’re the manager (wearing a headset) pretty sure she was the manager. She then is yelling and being very rude to me and telling me to call corporate. The girl is very young and then two other teenage girls run to the window and try to assault me. She shoves one of the girls and continues to argue with me. I asked to just give me the small cold brew for $2.59 because that’s what I was gonna order anyways I was only getting the $3 drink because of the sign that they should take down if it is not so. She refused to make me a drink and I left because I was sure they would spit in it anyways. If you think it’s ok for employees to go after customers to assault them when they are not asking anything that is unreasonable is absurd. How about hiring older employees and teaching them to treat the customers right.

Nasty! We got sick. They need to be shut down. It was so dirty, but I didn't really notice the filth until after I ordered. I was so excited to visit with my friend that my attention was elsewhere. Great coffee like always, but they are so filthy I'm going to drive further.

Came through the drive through to pick up a mobile order and ended up waiting in the drive thru for apx 4 mins before anyone acknowledged we were there. When we got to the window the girl acted like we were an inconvenience. Last time I checked this is a place that serves the public. A little more friendly faces would help this place tremendously. Just my opinion, I will stick with my regular Dunkin in Athens, AL.

I ordered a DD medium Iced Original Peppermint Mocha. It tastes like butter. This is an original, there shouldn't be a difference in flavor from one location to another. It isn't like I added anything extra or took anything off, the original recipe, except asking for less ice which they don't do anyways. This location is bad. I get people not wanting to work, but seriously, every time I go to this location, the dining room is closed and the drive thru line is insane. Busy hours should be better staffed.

I love Dunkin’ enough to drive out of the way for one when traveling.I used the app to order a Walk-In order at this store. To my surprise the lobby is closed so I to use the Drive-Thru, no big deal right? Yes, a big deal, 45 minutes later I get my order, which I had to request that the hot drinks be remade since I had used the app 45 minutes prior. To top all this off, they forgot one of my donuts, also I tried calling them only to reach their voice mail.
