The only location not to mess up my food and drinks, but the girl with long hair and red ends was mocking customers at the drive through and talking badly about them and their orders the entire time I was at the walk up counter waiting for my food. Have some decency! I’ve worked in restaurants but save that for later, not in front of customers.

First time dining in this Dunkin's location for Breakfast in HUNTSVILLE-AL. I usually order their English muffin eggs and coffee, it was tasting amazing like always. This location is nice they have plenty seating areas inside and outside, very comfortable chairs. The service was fast employees were very kind,sweet and friendly. The restaurant was clean but I think they can do much better.. Overall we had a good breakfast after our long trip.

Pleasant as always! Service was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help with a smile. Took and filled my order promptly and food was delicious! The only thing I can suggest for improvement is to bring back fresh made donuts every morning... Miss that just made taste .Parking: Good sized parking available for such a small storefront.Kid-friendliness: Always aim to please kids first 😉

I have had nothing but a great experience at Dunkin. What makes my experience astronomically different is an employee by the name of Darius. He has done nothing but make me and my friends day better every time we arrive, he has gotten us through many things and been the light to our darkness throughout the months. If Darius hasn’t already gotten a 50% raise, he without a doubt needs it. He has an amazing soul, and great energy, and is what we would call a good human. He makes the best iced caramel coffee, and never misses a beat.

Staff is usually friendly. The one thing I don’t understand is when I order ahead through the mobile app and arrive either for inside pick up or drive thru, why isn’t my order ready? They make it when I get there. I’m trying to get in and out quickly, hence the reason for order ahead. I understand if they don’t have an item and need to ask about a substitution, but the restshould be ready. The cold brew varies every time I go…..sometimes it tastes great and other times it tastes like dirty dish water. Then I pay for the cold foam, but half the time they don’t put it in the coffee. Failure to provide items I have paid for. I have had a problem with their donuts lately. The chocolate cream, vanilla cream, and Boston cream the last eight times, haven’t had any cream in them, they were just plain donuts. The bakers must forget where they left off or due to the price of supplies, maybe they intentionally leave them empty even though prices for the consumer have went up, too. There should be quality control making sure the product is exactly as they say it is. One more thing, they have started filling your cup with less and raising the prices.

This morning I ordered a coffee with skim milk. Over the intercom in the drive thru I was told that they didn’t have skim milk. As I was deciding what other type of milk I wanted, the person taking my order came back over the intercom and said that someone had just found skim milk in the fridge. As I was pulling away from the parking lot with my drink, I took a big sip and it was SOUR and CURDLED! It made me VOMIT while sitting at the red light. I turned my car around, went inside where two very unenthusiastic, rude, and seemingly careless employees looked at me and didn’t say a word as I told them what was wrong with my drink. I gave them the drink asking for another one. They handed it back to me and said I could keep it. Why…? No apology, no rush to remake my drink, and no care in the world from them. I have NEVER been served something so foul before…what a way to start my day at 6:30AM. I frequent Dunkin several times a week, never again.

Ordered an iced coffee. Does not compare to what I get in Wisconsin. Ordered 2 donuts. Apple fritter was good but I tasted it all morning. The Bavarian cream filled was not very good. Really dry for a filled donut.I waited 7 days to stop at a Dunkin donuts on our trip, and was very disappointed. Wish I would have not spotted it and, just kept going

Items are never in stock. When in stock, jelly filled powders are stale!!One good thing is you can dunk a Dunkin' in Coffee! I would recommend drinking your own brew. Coffee was watered down. Overall Disappointed. 😵 will try once more, maybe they had a bad day.Tried several times no jelly powders available.Finally in stock, Raspberry filled powders & 2 out 3 donuts I received were without any filling. BOO!!👎👎

Over the years, this Dunkin in particular has just gotten worse and worse every time I go there. The staff has become more rude and don’t listen. I never get my coffee how I want it, I asked for 2 cream and 2 sugar in my iced coffees and they did 2 for the coffee together instead of each coffee getting two shots of each. If I say regular cream and sugar they don’t know what that means. I can’t win on getting what I want so I’m officially giving up on Dunkin, which is sad cause I love the iced coffees but I can’t get it right at any Dunkin.

I love Dunkin and this is the closest one to me, but every time I go the employees seems like having customers come in is a nuisance. This morning I asked just to make sure my coffee was decaf because the gentleman that made it did not say decaf, and the girl that I asked said “it says right on the label it’s decaf.” In an extremely rude way. I understand mornings suck, but maybe find a job that doesn’t require you to be there so early. The drinks have always been really good it just isn’t fun going somewhere when the employees are not very friendly.

Went to pick up donuts in drive through. Guy joked about dropping last blueberry donut on floor. When we open the box there was a big chunk broken off said donut. Not cool. We took back for a refund. They ended up giving us donut hole of the same kind. Don't joke about someone's food!!!!!

I love Dunkin and always visit this location frequently. They tend to be very busy and that’s understandable but they are not good at handling crowds. Mobile orders are very rarely ready on time. They don’t do them until you arrive. BUT now they have turned off mobile ordering, and until it’s back I won’t return. I don’t have time to be waiting in the lines they get every day.

Drive thru took 10 min to even order. The lady taking our order through the speaker had an attitude. When looking inside, there were at least 6 workers. No apology at the window for our wait. Was not even busy. Workers stood around talking so why did it take so long?

The cashier this morning was continuously rolling his eyes and tossing his hands while taking orders he didn't know what I was talking about when I ordered a wakeup wrap, even after I pointed to it on the menu. I had to repeat my order to 2 different people multiple times. The donuts were pretty good though.

I understand how stressful it is to work around the holidays in food service as I have done it for many, many years. I was extremely upset about my experience at Dunkin’s today. I ordered my drinks and sat for about 15 minutes before I went to the counter to check on my drinks as many other customers had ordered after me and already got their drinks. When I went to the counter one of the girls with brown hair literally said “Why is this chick looking at me?” And then yelled for the guy that took my order. They asked me if I had ordered drinks, which I literally just had ordered 4 drinks. I had to provide my receipt for them to make my drinks. As I waited I heard two of the girls calling a woman in the drive through a “b****” with a FULL restaurant. After hearing this a couple in line just straight up walked out. This is absolutely inappropriate. You give people in food serve a bad name!! I can’t explain how ridiculous the service here was. Please let these people go or retrain them. I’ve waited 35 minutes now for 4 drinks and I’m still waiting! I tried to find a number or way to contact the manager of this store, but had no luck. Such a shame!! The only person who gave me any hope as a sweet boy named David! He was the one that stopped and made my drinks. Apologized to me multiple times and made sure I had everything I needed before I left. Please train the rest of your staff like him!!

Slowest service I’ve ever experienced at a “fast” food restaurant. I typically get on-the-go orders to save time. If I choose to pick it up in store, they haven’t even looked at it by the time I get there. I might as well have not even ordered ahead at all. If I go through the drive through, they take maybe one car a minute? The line wraps around three sides of the building and onto the highway. And when you watch them work, everyone is just kind of walking around at a leisurely pace. Not even trying. I used to work at a Starbucks, and we had everyone in and out of the drive through window in 30 seconds or less flat. It would be amazing to see them value their customers’ time.
