Last night when I and some friends stopped by to get a few things for which I I had to "page" customer service to the front to help the guy ahead of me . Then she seemed upset she would have to work but.

I pulled up here at 9:03 p.m. the doors are locked and it says on the door that they do not close until 10. Could see a worker in there but she did not care that there was anybody at the door there was a lot of us out there in the parking lot also.

Just treat it like it's closed everyday y'all, it's rare for it to be open. That place can't keep an employee for longer then a month and it shows. Best bet is to go to the one on Hwy 53

I'm grateful to have this store still open! I know they have been working on getting permanent staff at this location, but all of the employees have been incredibly helpful!

Don’t shop at this store. I attempted to buy two items and both were not the advertised price on the shelf. Cashier refused to honor the shelf prices. He pointed to a little note on the glass that said they were updating prices. FYI, I shop based on the shelf price and that is what I expect to pay. That is very reasonable in my opinion.

Frequently closes early (afternoon early). Hardly anyone ever at the checkout. However; staff is kind and cheerful.It’s seems that this location needs help and additional staffing is greatly needed.

This is our Capshaw/Nance Rd store and I luv it! It's always well stocked, I furnished my entire home and pantry with items from this very store. Staff is small but friendly and always on top of things. Very well run. Yes, it's cleaner than others but the front store area could be more organized & neater. Other than that perfect. And I'm REALLY picky😉

Will always be a regular customer! We drive by other Dollar Generals and other stores because of the very nice, polite and helpful employees! So many retail stores are missing the quality of treating people like family! This location has it down to a science! Thank you all!

Seeing how this DG is really close to where I live, I find it really convenient to be able to pick up grilling equipment and snacks whenever I need.I also know some of the staff personally, they are always very helpful. A few times, after checking out, I forgot one of my bags. The cashier held it in the back until I was able to come back to pick it up.

Friendly ,helpful staff ! Shane, the manager is always so great. He calls people by name .if he doesn't know you, he will if you come back ! Very good store . The Dollar General stores aren't always the same . This one is special .

A small store that packs a wallop. They have almost everything the big ones have just not as big a selection. A great place to run into when you're in a hurry. Most of them are well- organized and kept very neat

Got in found all the stuff on my list and some goodies that wasn't. Cashier's are always friendly and I got out as soon as I got my list finished and the cashier rang my purchase up. No waiting. Best convenience store around.

Man - these are everywhere. Ours, at Capshaw & East Limestone, is the nicest one. Staff is sweet & conversational. We do unsweet tea runs when I drink ours up.. ha. It is a nice neighborhood quick stop store.

This one is kind of dumpy and the people were not very friendly. The young manager was very nice and helpful though. I am sure at some point it is nice and I might have just been in there on a bad day.

DGS thrive because its times when you need to get just a few things, park run in find what you need pay and get out. Their competitors as they are here, Publix, Wal Mart, Kroger and Target are just to big a hassle. This DGS like most is clean, well stocked and the personnel are always friendly. Oh and the prices are good, hence, the DOLLAR General store. Glad they are thriving.

Title doesn't really match up with product prices, which is suppose to accommodate customers of low income, or those looking for good deals. Some things are decent price wise, but could definitely be better given the name of the store.

Parking is not the best and the store is always stuffed.. not stocked but over stuffed. Boxes seem to be unloaded whenever and not a priority. Doesn't have a neat appearance.

After a long day of work the complained about my strong smell . And blamed me for having the customers leaving it was plainly offensive and I will not go to this dollar general we were only in there 5 minutes

It's a Dollar General, it's convenient, prices aren't the cheapest, but you can get in get what you need and leave usually within a few minutes.
