I had 2 RXs, each printed on their own sheet of paper. The antibiotic script said that form couldn't be used for controlled substances, no biggie. The staff said they could NOT accept the pain pill script because of that. Then said they were too busy to help me by calling the ER for an e-script and proposed I go elsewhere unless I wanted to wait there for hours.I went to CVS on Balch & 72 and they filled both RXs in under 10 minutes because the narcotic WAS on an acceptable form, the 1st staffer didn't even inspect it properly...I messed up my foot real bad and endured a lot of unnecessary hobbling and pain wasting my time at the target location. 1 star for this location and 5 stars for the CVSs I generally frequent.

I needed three vaccinations and a prescription refill. The service was at the appointed time. The pharmacist is very professional, accurate and customer-focused.

Went to get Covid vaccination. Had a very bad experience with rude staff and system is all messed up. Instead of helping employees are more interested in canceling the appointments. When one lady tried to help other came and stopped her from helping.

The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians who work here are prompt, friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems, and they have helped my with my Xarelto Care Path benefits. They are top notch and I recommend this CVS pharmacy as one you should use.
