Every single time I go in, I get worse customer service than the one before. I called to check on my meds status, extremely rude person answered the phone with major attitude first told me my meds are not there, told her that my doctor called it in over a week ago then she comes back and says your insurance doesn’t cover it, I told her yes it does, it did the first time and this is the second refill, proceeds with the attitude…then she came back and told me it needs PA, then i asked why did they fail to contact me and let me know that or called my doctor office to request it, (which is the normal procedures) then she clearly in genuinely & insincerely apologies and hang up on my while I was talking trying to let her know that I will contact my doctor office to let them know off the PA. That’s it I’ll be a fool if I continue going back to them.

Horrible experience with Andrew.. gave an extra star because he is knowledgeable but if you hate your job… please quit. Sick people don’t have energy for that behavior.

This pharmacy is the worse pharmacy ever! I called to have a prescription transferred from another pharmacy when they opened this morning!! I STILL DON’T HAVE MY PRESCRIPTION AND IT’S 7:08PM! They are liars and have poor customer service. When I confirmed that they received all the prescriptions, the guy made like he didn’t and when I requested for Grant to call the other pharmacy back to get it, he huffed and puffed legit on his breath. This has been the worse experience and I WILL NOT USE THEM EVER AGAIN! His mouth is smart and Grant do not have great customer service. Instead of saying “hey we don’t have the prescription, please reach out to the doctor and see if they can resend the prescription here.” They never told me or contacted me but had the audacity to sit there and lie over the phone! I don’t recommend sending anything to this pharmacy!

Never have I ever experienced what I’ve went through. They are rude and inconsiderate of your time and the older gentleman needs to some serious soft skill classes. They even have one of the staff if I’m not mistaken constantly overworked and in need of a serious raise in my opinion. If google would allow me to publish with no stars I would.

The Pharmacy staff here is HORRIFIC!!!! They treat customers terribly!!! I am a nurse and I would NEVER treat ANYONE or talk to anyone they way that they have treated and talked to myself and my husband. We are also business owner a we would FIRE an employee that spoke to a customer the way we have be spoken to. This CVS is a disgrace!!!!

Won't take UPS boxes even though it's listed as a valid drop off location. Much larger boxes than my box were in the drop off area, but I was told I couldn't drop it off here.

The CVS on HWY 72 has more business than they can handle in the pharmacy. Their attention and attitude toward customers is lacking. What’s more is that they didn’t care. If they keep this up, this location will close.On the plus side, the front cashier was pleasant and fast. I appreciated that after the experience from the back with the pharmacy.

Sour attitudes and unhelpful! Very obvious they don’t care. I was desperate for an antibiotic for my 2 year old and they didn’t have it and would not transfer to another pharmacy. Made myself and my provider jump thru hoops to help a hurting child. Shame on you!! Over the last several months they’ve not had many of our medications and fail to notify us. When I finally asked them about it they put it back on me and blamed the “pandemic”.

I have used this pharmacy for 20 years. I had a very sick husband, and a baby to care for when I moved here, and they were organized and efficient with providing all our prescriptions over the years. The staff has always been very helpful, friendly, and caring. I have had bad experiences with other chains when my insurance dictated I go elsewhere. Thank heavens I now have an insurance plan that allows me to return!

I drive nearly 5 miles out of my way to shop at this particular CVS. There's one near my house, about 4 miles away. But the personal, hospitable, kind, compassionate & knowledgeable staff that I encounter at this store is more than worth the extra time. One's relationship with their pharmacist is a very close & personal experience. I've sadly found that many pharmacists seem to have little or no respect for those who are essentially their patients.What earns this location the rare 5 star rating is that the golden qualities of the pharmacist & their pharmacy staff is found in every employee with whom I've had interaction. Honestly, Corporate should utilize this store as an example of the standard they need to see in every one of their pharmacies/ stores.

My experience at this CVS was simply horrible. Let me explain. There have been multiple occasions when the pharmacy staff told me I have 0 refills, and I hear verbatim from my doctor that I should have a prescription for one- year- supply. Please keep in mind the phone consultation I had with my doctor regarding the difficulty receiving my medication cost $$- so it bothers me that they refuse to refill my prescriptions when I have refills. It is a shame they do not train ALL pharmacy staff to have the competence to troubleshoot any insurance plan issue that arises. These staff members have an ethical responsibility as healthcare professionals to help- that they lack.

I'm glad I don't just go off of the reviews. I have been going to this pharmacy for a few years and never have I ever experienced what I've seen noted on some of these reviews. The staff are kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help when they aren't crazy busy because most of the time they are! Please don't just read the reviews and decide based solely on them whether or not you'll use their pharmacy. Go and form your own opinion. I love them and that's my story!

Terrible experience at this CVS. Throughout the day I was on hold for hours... Unacceptable. Some woman (sounded like a white female) picked up with a bad attitude, short temperature, and just rude. She yelled out on the phone for me to stop yelling at her and then ended our conversation. I just wanted to make sure she heard me! Called Pharmacy manager and she said "well she thought you were yelling at her." So that is a excuse to end the call. What about her short patience/lack of customer service. I had been on hold for hours, what if I had an urgent need? I moved to Alabama to experience this kind of behavior? One star for the pharmacy is a compliment. I can't wait to fill out the survey for this chain! I do not feel safe getting my medicine from this location. Everyone I spoke to today had a bad attitude!

Not surprised to see they have below a 3 star rating already. Just moved to the area used CVS my whole life 8 different branches across 5 cities and this place by far was the worst pharmacy experience iv ever had. Employees are rude and reluctant to offer any kind of help. I have used the same medication for years I just needed a refill. None of my insurance or Dr. Information has changed but somehow they claim it has. After calling my Dr. (Phone consultation $20) reassured me the problem was on their end and he didn't want me to be without my meds so he sent in another refill. When I arrived they said I would have to pay full price wich I could barely afford it . Not wanting to argue with someone who could clearly care less I agreed and they said it would take about 15 min. I arrive one hour later to find they forgot to fill arguably my most important perscription of them all. To make matters worse I'm flying out of town the next day with alot less money and without my medication. Awful group I recommend going litarally anywhere else but here.

I went to pickup my Suprep Kit for colonscopy a day before I started my liquid diet (been away on vacation and just got back), and they don't have it. It was prescribed at least three weeks in advance. I've been on liquid diet all day and now two hours away from starting this kit as my procedure is tomorrow morning, and they still don't have it ready.

FYI Recently this CVS has begun closing from 1:30pm-2:00pm each day. There are no signs in the drive thru. There is no update when you search hours online. If you happen to call the number you do get this information however, several weeks ago my husband waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, unaware that they had started closing, and with other cars behind him and one car in front of him, they closed. Anyway it was frustrating, not because they closed, but because there were no updated hours outside to warn customers. Maybe this has changed since our experience. Oh and it only takes one of these experiences to learn this lesson.. lol

They are fine until you change insurance companies. Apparently they all have trouble reading or don’t have the time to. I called to tell them my insurance changed and I was told to bring the card when I get the prescription. A couple of days later I had my fiancé pick up my prescription with my new insurance card but they said I needed a prescription card so he left with out my prescription. I call and read off what they needed on the same card my fiancé gave to them earlier. So make sure if something has changed to call before you go and insist that you read it to them instead of coming in or you will be aggravated and writing a post much similar to this one.

Called the pharmacy to ask about typoid vaccine shot. Pharmacist said there's no shot, only pill and sworn by it. According to CDC website, there are two different vaccinations: oral has live typhoid vaccine and shot has inactivated typhoid vaccine. To have a pharmacist (actual pharmacist and not their helper) who is wrong and unwilling to admit or even know that he’s wrong, is horrific. To think they suppose to know more about medicine after the schooling they went through and passed… Beware!

Went for a passport photo and was told to wait... then the girl forgot about me. The manager, Amanda, was very rude! Went to Walgreens, and got photo ASAP.
