Bruster's Real Ice Cream is a must-visit spot every time I'm in the area. The ice cream here is exceptionally creamy and rich, delivering a delicious treat with every bite. On my recent visit, I tried one of their seasonal flavors, the caramel apple crunch milkshake, and it was unbelievably delicious. Their extensive selection of flavors, all seemingly made in-house, reflects their commitment to freshness and quality. Whether you prefer sundaes, shakes, cones, or more, they have it all at reasonable prices. The friendly staff adds to the overall charm of this great ice cream shop.

$10 for 2 cups of ice cream that was supposed to be 2 scoops in each cup. These would appear as kids cups in other ice cream shops in the area. Also it took over 20 minutes in line. Sorry Bruster’s, but I cannot buy this anymore. It’s not worth it.

Posted closing time is 9:00pm, but when we pulled in at 7:30pm, there were no exterior lights on, and the young man that took our order didn’t seem to care for the fact that he had customers. This irritation may be the reason for the subpar product (butterfinger blast) my husband got, as we’ve only ever had great experiences at every other Brusters we have visited. Truly sorry we interrupted whatever he had going on, we won’t bother your establishment next time.

The ice cream is good. The wait is super long and today on May 14th Mother's Day me and my kids went through drive-through I ordered a regular waffle cone butter pecan which was $6 I also ordered a regular waffle bowl of strawberry cheesecake which was $6 and a baby cone strawberry cheesecake which is free. My daughter waffle cone of the butter pecan was super big but my Waffle Bowl with the strawberry cheesecake was so little I had to ask her was it three scoops and she was like yeah little attitude she had but then I noticed when I got around that my total was $17.21 and I paid with a card so I will be contacting the manager tomorrow about my refund. This is insane I don't know if they added a tip to it or what but I'm coming to get my refund tomorrow and speak with management about the attitude and the small scoops of ice cream.

Really good ice cream and great prices! If your children are under 40 inches, they get a free baby cone! 2 scoop waffle cones are $5 each and are generously packed with ice cream. There are walk up windows or a drive thru for convenience. Will definitely be back!

Always fresh and delicious with cool seasonal favorites, and the old standbys. The people are always very nice and they do offer a pup cup of small vanilla ice cream. Definitely try the chocolate raspberry truffle.

Had been running several miles on a hot day and stopped to ask for a small drink of water. Told me they only sold water in a bottle and didn’t have anything else to put water in. Lost my business forever!

I went today and ordered 5 ice creams. The girl at the window was not in the least bit polite. After our order was placed, I handed her my phone to scan the barcode, she came back and I told her I was paying with Apple Pay. She took my phone once again and went to the register. She came back and stated they don’t take Apple Pay. I asked if it was just this location cause I was in the Jones Valley location days ago and they did take Apple Pay no problem. She says, “Well this is a different store so…..” I am not stupid, of course I know this isn’t the same store so there was no need for that comment, on top of that the attitude. I went and retrieved my card from my car to pay for the ice cream. I had to look for someone to come to the window, even though there was a boy looking me right in the eyeballs as I was standing there. I don’t understand the ridiculous attitude toward me and if the store didn’t take Apple Pay, why did you even take my phone in the first place. Shouldn’t store employees know what methods of payment is taken? Also, I realized afterward that we didn’t even get the cookie for our Dino ice cream. I asked for it be separate and they didn’t even give it to us.

Slowest place ever! The ice cream is always good, but my gosh… the wait to get it is always ridiculous! Lost of teenage kids working (which is fine), but seems to be poorly managed. Hopefully service gets faster as the weather gets warmer.

Have heard good things, but I don't know why. We ordered the blasts, hardly any fillings and all the ice cream was melted. Also they put the wrong fillings in mine. The flavor was good, but scarce and not worth the price.

This place always has such a great selection of ice cream, and if that isn't enough to make you smile, the friendly staff certainly will! I've never left Bruster's with a frown, and it has a lot to do with the wonderful people inside running the show. Thank you all so much!!

Last night around 6:00 my husband and I came through the drive thru. Our total at the window was $8.04 and we handed the cashier a $20 bill. He proceeded to give us exactly $1 back in change. I told him that was wrong since we paid with a $20. He was very snarky and said he would re ring our order (which wasn’t necessary since we just needed correct change.) He made us wait for a little bit and then gave him another $1 bill. I felt as though he was for sure trying to pocket our change. I corrected him again and again he gave my husband $1. It wasn’t worth it to keep doing this over and over so we just drove away but I hope he enjoys the $8 tip he literally stole from us. Will absolutely NEVER be back.

Best ice cream 🍨 ever. Butter pecan and mint chocolate chip are my go to, but the sea salt caramel is soooo delicious too! As an added bonus, it was raining when we went so we all got a free scoop! Yummy!

Most of our ice cream was fine, but my sister's lemon tasted like someone was trying to poison her. We tried to get napkins from the employees, but they wouldn't even acknowledge that we were there. They had too many friends and girlfriends hanging out inside the building, which is probably a huge liability issue. I love Bruster's, but not their best effort tonight.

Walk-up shop with lots of delicious ice cream flavors, homemade waffle cones, and a nice picnic patio in front and out back. Service was fast and friendly. Sidewalk chalk was a nice touch, and one that my 11-year-old got a kick out of. Perfect for a special treat!

Great ice cream AND it has a drive thru which is great because I live nearby and don't always want to unload all of my kiddos. It's a bit on the pricey side but the portions are so large both of my older kiddos can share the kids dino sundae and be satisfied.

There is no shade. It's really one of the main reasons we don't visit a lot in the summer.Ice cream is good, but sta ding in the long line in the hot sun and then having no where to go to cool off is rough.

Delicious!! Hot fudge brownie cake for me and both kids, peanut butter milkshake (not on the menu) for the hubby. Also love the chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream. So many flavors and choices. Fun patio dining area with corn hole boards, benches, tables, and sidewalk chalk.
