I LOVE this place!! Shopping here saves so much money. I don’t buy all my items here, but I get almost everything. I get fresh veggies, fruit, meat, milk, eggs…so yeah, almost everything. Publix is way too expensive to buy everything from and I HATE Walmart. The quality of the food here is just as good as anywhere and the prices can’t be beat. Highly recommend you give it a try. You’ll be so happy at how much money you save!!

Great Food Quality when compared to Wal-Mart and Even Kroger, but the whole Shopping Cart thing with the Quarter slot is annoying and not having bags like a normal grocery store makes it more of an ordeal to shop there. The food quality and the price are the only reason I go back

1/8/2024 Very rude customer service by a cashier named Krysten today. I returned an item WITH receipt (it was purchased 2 days ago). The cashier threw my original receipt in the trash and said that she could not give my receipt back, despite my explaining that I had other items (gym stuff) that I may need to return at a later point. She called her supervisor (Mia?) who dug the receipt from the trash, scratched out the item I had returned, and gave it back to me. I told Mia that this is a training issue and she said she would deal with it. I've shopped at this Aldi's since it opened, and this was the first time I experienced rude, discourteous, and arrogant behavior from an Aldi's employee, notwithstanding that she was in the wrong. Another supervisor also came into the mix. Nobody apologized, despite it clearly being a training issue on the return process. But what was worse is the cashier's attitude when I asked for my original receipt back. The 2 supervisors did say they would talk to the cashier. Props to Mia for digging through the trash for finding my receipt sans any stains.This may have been an aberration, given the years I have been shopping there, but cashiers like Krysten need to get re-trained or look for another line of work.

A Caucasian male with curly hair and glasses snapped at me for not bagging my groceries fast enough considering I just had a bag and not a cart. Then said if I didn’t have a quarter, I could’ve come in and they would’ve given me one. Incredibly embarrassing and rude customer service. Do better!

honestly i love aldi. i don't like shopping there if i'm delivering groceries as it can be stupid complicated sometimes but as a customer myself it's great. the prices are so cheap, i love that they use paper bags (much better for the environment) and the people are always friendly. also it's pretty clean the majority of the time so that's nice too

Love the prices. Couldn't give them our money today at Madison Alabama store. One line where cashier wouldn't ask for help. Not waiting for five people to buy something. Aldi's don't train their people. There were several working in back and on the floor.

Not happy at all. I did an instacart delivery order and half of my items got refunded. This isn't the first or second time - this happens every time. It's very annoying planning meals and then not being able to cook because your needed items are out of stock. It's best to put items out of stock online to prevent this. Will not be placing an order again.

Very convenient to get essentials like bread and chocolates as well as cheese. Great selection of cheese at great price. Love the new goods coming in every Wed. Only issue I found today 6 Jan at 7pm is cashier was on her phone a lot. Other than that I highly recommend this particular location.

While I love that this Aldi is always well stocked compared to some others, it is not the cleanest. In the last few weeks I have had trouble sorting through molded and rotting produce and vegetables. I’ve also had the issue of bringing home produce I was able to find without mold for it to only go bad in the next day or so. Not sure of this is a storing issue or a supplier issue. But until the issue is resolved im getting my produce elsewhere.

This review is for the remodeled store. It's so much better than it was before. The store is beautiful and flows nicely. I will never go to the university drive location now that this one is open. The selection of food is great here... better than before and the quality is great. The aisles are much bigger, I no longer feel overwhelmed by narrow aisles. They did an excellent job with this remodel!

Great prices and always my first stop for weekly groceries. You won't be able to get everything you need, but it's worth the stop just for the savings on the staples. Surprisingly good wines, decent selection of meats, and the best bacon I've found anywhere. Shelves are sometimes empty, but with COVID-19, that it's to be expected a little.

I love this place! The selection is incredible, with a lot of high quality organic, vegan and gluten free options. I particularly like the specialty foods, and their own brand name items that sometimes exceed the quality and taste of the original brand, i.e. their ice cream rivals Ben and Jerry's. I have never been disappointed with their produce, and their prices are lower than the competitors. Just remember to bring your own bags and you can't go wrong!

They offered such a variety! They had some interesting items, "new to me" products, & at great prices.The store was very clean, well stocked, & the cashier was very warm & welcoming, quite friendly indeed!We had an excellent experience here!I highly recommend it & encourage everyone to go & shop.

Really like this store. Awesome pricing. Milk is around $1 a gallon. YES 1 DOLLAR A GALLON. Eggs were 28 cents a dozen. Everyone is very nice and happy to be there. Asked an employee how it was working for Aldi and the said they were treated great like family! Benefits and a living wage. I will be going back regularly.
