You can tell when you first walk in the doors here, that the staff is really for the animals vs the money.Dr. Gill & her staff have truly been a blessing for my 3 boys. They absolutely treat your dogs/cats as if they were one of their own. They not only make you feel comfortable but make your animals feel comfortable as well.I also really appreciate a staff that keeps you up to date during your pets procedures, as well as send you pictures.I HIGHLY recommend this veterinary clinic.Thank you guys for everything you do!

Experience, dedication, knowledge, and the act of actually caring for my pets will always go a long way with me. My pets are everything to me and when I take them in for help, I expect the same compassion and patience I would show them. That's exactly what I have found in Dr Gill. I took one of my pets in for an issue I couldn't get resolved, or much less diagnosed at another vet I used. After my visit I had all my pets records (I have 6) right over to Loxley Animal Hospital. Also made appointments right away for them. I have great respect and security in taking all my babies to Dr Gill. I wish I had gone there sooner. Good and caring folks!!

Excellent service and care of our big baby! Dr. Gill is thorough and the staff are so sweet. Although I don't want to have to visit often, I look forward to them taking care of our girl in the future. It's reassuring to find a reliable and affordable vet that gives such great care when needed. Also I like that the care is easily managed through use of the associated app.

They started back helping about 7 months ago with my puppy. I walked in scared for my puppy, she had a dog bite on her head and was infected. Dr Gill took care of her quickly and caring like her own. Now this past week, Dr Gill and her staff saved our girl again. She was so sick and they treated with so much care and kept me informed all the time. Now our Emma Girl is back home and happy. I can't say enough good things about Loxley Animal Hospital. Dr Gill and staff are my #1 choice for my fur babies.Thank you so much!!!

We changed Vets due to the previous Vet office hardly answering the phone and it going to voicemail. We decided to give Loxley Animal Clinic/Hospital and we are so happy we did! The Vet was very knowledgable, friendly and professional! The front desk staff are super nice and actually answer the phone.

While I loved most of the Dr’s at my old vet, I couldn’t handle the new facility and the changes. Dr. Gill was amazing and I feel that my boy got the attention he needed. My favorite part was she didn’t hesitate to admit a specific procedure wasn’t her specialty, and began to recommend other vet’s. It shows that she truly cares about my pup and is willing to ensure he gets what he needs. Very great vet! 🖤☺️

Dr. Gill and the vet assistant are really awesome with my cat. She had to declaw my cat for better health for my cat and they found a really great medicine to give her and were able to pet her the day after the surgery and even checked on her the next day. They love her and will miss seeing her every month and they are really great with cats and have great prices too.

Was just told they’re not taking any new clients, even though I’ve been there with pets before. It seems mismanaged or overwhelmed biased leadership. Definitely don’t have their stuff together.

Dr. Gill & her team provides excellent personalized care. They don't rush appointments, they make sure I understand my puppy's plan of care each visit, we started care with them when my puppy was just 8 weeks old. The animal hospital is always clean and fresh. I like that they always have a real person answer calls plus they utilize an app if you like to use that as well.

I called for an emergency appointment for our pet whom we adopted in rough condition and they took wonderful care of him at such an affordable price. Thankful they answered the phone to get him in, we called several vets and they either didn't answer, call us back, or they turned us away because they were too full. Aulley is doing great and we are thankful to see him doing well!

We've used them for, I think, three years. Our beautiful Australian shepherd, Layla, was loved, groomed, and well cared for by a kind and knowledgeable crew. Unfortunately, she had several cancerous nodes. The staff and doctors managed her care for years and two surgeries. However cancer is relentless and we knew when she had fought all she could that the kind folks here would help her, and us, end her fight in a kind, peaceful, and I'm sure painless way. Bless them all!

I am one of the overzealous animal lovers who treat my "babies" as actual children. My husband & I had used another vet for 15 years but when that office changed their hours (no Saturday hours - Grrrr!!!) , had some staff changes, changed management & all of a sudden, billing rates went through the ozone layer, we felt we had to make a move.Walking in to the Loxley Animal Hospital office, immediately you can see how clean it is, how it doesnt smell "medicinal". It also doesnt smell like old cat litter, nor like death. It's conveniently located right on 59.I am in "love" with Dr. Gill & her staff. They treat my Mojo like the "precious baby" he is. We will be taking our "Number 1 son" and our "Bam-Bam" there too. I know they will be in the best, gentle, & most capable hands. Their love for animals is on full display and that's very comforting.Dr. Gill has impressed me with her compassion, kindness, wit, and professionalism. Her knowledge is extraordinary & she takes the time for an accurate diagnosis & then aleviates this worried parent's concern by explaining what she has found/what our treatment plan moving forward is. Dr. GILL is a credit to her profession.Also, Ms. Brittany treats my baby just like I do. She puts me and Mojo at ease. She is quick, intuitive, & capable. Mojo (in all his silliness) is putty in her very efficient hands. I love this office and their people. You will too!And this IS NOT a negative on this office at all - Loxley Animal Hospital is phenomenal - but Baldwin County really needs an emergency 24 hour vet AND a vet with Saturday and/or extended hours. I am sure many of us would pay for that service.

My dog had to be seen asap so I called Loxley Animal Hospital and they gave us an appointment for that afternoon! All the girls in the office were super sweet and Mauser (our dog) loved them. Very quick and efficient if I could given them a 100% I most definitely would!

We used to see Dr. Gill in Fairhope. We followed her to her new clinic in Loxley. Our experience at her new clinic was nothing less than excellent.Dr. Gill is a “one of a kind” veterinarian. She’s so great with our pets and they really trust her-which is a hard trust to gain coming from abused, rescued pets. It’s so obvious she really loves what she does. I’ve seen very few small animal practitioners connect as well as Dr. Gill does with my pets. That means everything to me. Thank you Dr. Gill for all you do for mine and everybody’s fur babies. ❤️

Taking her to the Vet in the past has always been a challenge because she disliked it so much!Dr Gil is one of the most caring and friendly Veterinarians with a wonderful disposition!The drive from Fairhope to Loxely is well worth it to see Dr Gil!!
