Guys, don't come for an oil change. Service zero. The time to change the oil is two hours and forty-five minutes. how do you think this is normal? There is a time limit for any job, they just don’t know it. And forgot to change the fuel filter, and the oil does not know how much to fill.

I came in at 5:30 needing a 225/70 R22.5 trailer tire changed, a valve stem put in one, and 2 mud flaps. I've been here for 2.5 hours with no end in sight. The head guy here is a 5 month veteran and his helper has been here 3 months!!!! This is freaking ridiculous, how in the world did the manager think it was a good idea to leave these two numb nutts here by themselves!!!

Just came in to get a tire changed but mechanic was attending phone calls and having a laugh or two with the other techs so i was ignored for the 15 minutes i was there in front of the desk. But no worries I'll take my 400 dollars and get a tire from TA. Im never stopping here again
