8/2021 I was impressed at how clean the store is. The staff there does take pride in the store. The parking lot was clean. Inside the store was clean. My food was hot from Arby’s. The shelves had plenty of product. The staff was friendly and helpful and all looked nice in their uniforms. Very impressed.

Showers are remodeled and pretty nice. But they're not very clean and employees don't check the soap containers. Shower 3 this morning had no soap at the sink or in the shower. There's an abandoned camper in the truck lot along the curb blocking 1 designated truck parking space. It's been here as long as I have which is over 15 hours so far and it still hasn't been towed.

Stopped there 3/22/24 to get coffee. Didn’t have any good creamers in their cream dispenser and small cup creamers seemed low. Disappointed because Loves usually has good coffee and supplies.

I used to like coming here because of Arbys, but due to what I saw here today and the way things were handled by the staff, including the manager, I am not inclined to recommend coming here until things change.I came here for lunch and as soon as I entered the Loves store itself there was a hazy fog like atmosphere inside the store.I proceeded to enter the Arby's where the fog was much thicker and I recognized it from my 30 years in hotel and restaurants that the oil either had gone bad or seriously needed changing or filtering at the very least. Or it was possible that the ventilation system over the fryolators had malfunctioned.I mentioned the situation to the manager and she blew me off by saying, "oh no it's fine." As if I did not know what I was talking about.I then brought up the situation to a Love's Travel Center employee and waited to see what would happen.In the 10 to 15 minutes I was there no one started working on the fryolaters at all....I told the Love's employee I would be putting a review on my Google search and she just kind of stared at me as if that is how they do things at this Arby's.I am very disappointed and will not be coming here to eat until either the management is changed or they begin to do proper maintenance on the restaurant equipment that prepares the food.Beyond that the staff was very pleasant and friendly, courteous and professional that is why I gave two stars instead of just one.

The clerks are the most racist people towards Hispanics in the world, very rude, and it is the only love where they do not allow you to scan your card from the phone, to get a bathroom, it is a great mistreatment of a truck driver, who comes tired and gives a bathroom, I don't recommend it

Good location friendly staff and clean facilities. Only issue is you may not have any parking if you don't show up early but that's trucking for you.

Always stop at a Love's when traveling. They generally have the best fuel prices. Locations are always clean and friendly.

Lort... the cigarette tower is on fire... everyone is smoking everywhere... 60 years old dudes inside Arby's talking about "the things they'd do" to some 18 year old girls...Of all the Love's I've ever been in, this is by far the classiest. All I can say is hide ya kids and hide ya wife.

We have stopped for fuel here before this, but today was a stop for the RV dump station.We could see it on the amenities list, but could not find it on Google maps. If you are at the car pumps looking at the store, the RV dump station is on your right next to the curb. (See picture) It is tight to get a bigger rig in and out, but with careful maneuvering, it can be done.You Might be able to access it from the truck side of the travel plaza, but you would be blocking a fuel lane for the trucks. I would not do that or recommend that.The charge for using the dump station at this Love's was $10 on 3/11/22.

This stores showers are disgusting. I would never ask a customer to spend their money to bathe in such a filthy environment. The parking situating seems fine but the shower was a mistake.

We always stop at loves for a guaranteed clean bathroom. The bathrooms in this loves WERE NOT CLEAN! They were disgusting . And the bathroom rating buttons were conveniently removed from the wall. Do not stop here if you can help it.

Wanted to get a shower so like always went to the app to check in. Go in and I'm first in line, great. 2 people working the fuel desk both see me there waiting but neither bothered to let me know that all showers are out of service. No signs up or anything. Then I'm thinking we'll I'll get something to eat at Arby's. Guy working the counter let's people skip ahead of me in line. The day crew here are not customer service oriented.

I've filled up at your gas stations for many years, at least 1,000 gallons every month, but after today's incident, I'll never go back to you in my life. I have run out of rights, new ones are sent by mail to my address. your employees refused to sell me a pack of cigarettes. They said that they need a valid document. I brought them a passport. they still refused to sell to me. said a hundred they can't scan. and then you do me a favor and still decide to sell cigarettes. I don't need to do a favor, just do your job legally. what ksche do you need a document confirming my age??? Is a passport not enough anymore? I don't ask you for alms, I don't need any favors. very disappointed

This is a really nice place to fill up with gas. We got a receipt at the pump, the pumps work! The bathrooms are very clean and the staff is very helpful! My husband who uses a walker did not have to open up a single door, all the staff were very willing to open the doors and also the customers! The German spicy hot dogs were very tasty, two for $3.33!

I stop at this loves quite often. The whole team from the managers on down are very professional and decent. They try their best to stay on top of the store with cleaning, coffee area and food areas.

Road trip traveling always require a good stretch, bathroom break and a snack or drink. This location is super duper busy. There was a lot of people going in and out of this place but make no mistake it was well laid out and organized. The bathrooms God bless then are nice and clean. Nothing worse than a nasty bathroom. Thank you for quick register service as well.

The showers are clean. The store layout is easy to navigate. The hot food is fresh and hot. And the cashiers are friendly and prompt. Even when it's busy, they're fast to check you out and get you on your way. Lots of parking, and grass for walking your dog.
