Made an appointment five days in advance so that she can work on both my older small dogs. when I got there she had made other appointments also. Call me within 30 minutes after I left claiming she couldn’t blow dry one of my dogs and she didn’t have time to work with them. I will never use her again and I tell everybody How rude she was!

I have 2 large Goldendoodles. Anyone that owns a doodle understands why I preface my review with that statement. They require ALOT of attention - and I don’t mean just the hair. The ladies at Detangle “get it”. They cater to their individual coat types as well as their personalities. Happy and well groomed pups = a super happy Mom.I especially like that Detangle has a printed policy form that outlines the business & dog owners expectations, so NO surprises! Detangle is a very professionally operated business. It is evident that they love not only what they do, but their most important client - the dogs! Needless to say more, I highly recommend Detangle Dog Grooming :)

We just got Samson our Mini AussiePoo groomed this past week, and I am beyond thrilled at how great Detangle made him look!! She took a look at him, and asked what I wanted...I wasnt sure how to explain, so she did a quick head to tail and shared what she noticed... I knew right then, she didnt need my suggestions... she had this! And boy did she!!! We will be back!

These ladies are amazing, loving and they know their craft. I have two Mini Schnauzers that they groom for me with expertise. They also love our four legged babies asIf they are their own. We have a very large (like the size of a baby giraffe) parti poodle. Catherine did the best groom we’ve had done (recently moved from a big city). We’ll continue to use her even though it’s a bit of a hike for us.

Great staff. Very friendly and sweet to my dog. He's a senior so they're extra careful with him and get him taken care of quickly so he doesn't have to stay long. He always looks and smells great when he's done.

Used once and won't use again. Too many little charges here and there and pups literally stunk after bathes. If bathed, I highly doubt it.
