We found this place through a Google search for restaurants along our route and it did not disappoint. We were greeted and seated as soon as we walked in the door. They had a hot bar with several options to choose from or you could order off the menu. We chose to order garlic parmesan and mild wings off of the menu and they were great! 😋 10 out of 10 would recommend 👍

I don't like to say anything bad about a business. They have employees and staff then have jobs periodHaving said that, I also have to be honest about my experience.We had a buffetstyle catfish. This came with one harsh puppy and greens. The catfish was warm, which was o k. I used my spoon to try and separate it. I could not separate it with my spoon. I had to tear It apart. It was almost chewy.The one hush puppy was no better, I took one bite, and that was enough for me.The staff was very nice and the ice tea and greens were very good.

The catfish is really good!! The catfish is a whole side so bring your appetite. The staff was very friendly made you feel like part of the family. Will definitely be back.

Visited here recently, we had Taco salad, fried dill pickles, and 3pc catfish fillet plates.The food was good,Catfish was fried perfectly. This is a cozy lil place,with friendly and accomodating staff, and owners.Really enjoyed the hospitality there.Our Waitress attended EVERY NEED WE HAD,smiling and doing a great job!They have steak,fish-fry days on certain days .They have a hot bar(Country cooking items), with different items each day.Serve breakfast as well.The business days/hours can be found on the website or Honey's fb page.VERY CLEAN RESTAURANT. Will visit here again.Vegetarian options: Salads and Vegetables.

Wanted to visit this restaurant so first time there three woman walked around me and my son my son got the buffet so I went and sit down the lady walked by me and went waited on the three women that went around us we was first so we waited 20 minutes noone came to ask us for drinks.ny son walked up front got me a menu never got waited on and she walked by us twice so i got up and walked out.my son payed for his plate he didn't even touch I wanted to say something but I just walked out.very upset and will never go back

Excellent local diner. We had the lunch buffet. Wonderful southern food cooked there. Very kind and friendly people with great service who kindly explained how the buffet worked. You should go here.

Good food, friendly service. We ate from the serving line. Chicken and dumplings were good. The others had chicken fingers which I sampled, good taste, a little dry. Plenty of food, just a touch over $10 a plate including drinks and slice of cake.They have a variety of meat options each day including catfish on Fridays. Worth a stop.

My sister and I had a nice lunch Salmon patties are delicious brussel sprouts (little mushy) and great potato salad. $11 with drink and sliver of cake for dessert. Miss Anita had to raise the price due to BIDEN INFLATION but still reasonable. Enjoyed the meal.

I was recently in Clay County for a few days and three of those I ate at this amazing restaurant! By the third visit I was one of the family. The catfish was delicious…had it twice!!! Im still craving the fried dill pickles. You can also go through the cafeteria line if you are in a hurry. I’d recommend it whole heartedly.

Food was great and service good. We enjoyed it very much. Interior could use some upholstery cleaning but overall facility was comfortable and clean. Will definitely go back again. Reasonable prices too.

Me and my wife drove down from Oxford Alabama just to eat there it's the best food that we've ever eat in our life we've been back two times since just to eat it's a beautiful place that people are friendly and if you eat there you'll love it and want to go back thank you

My Easter gift with my mother in law, lunch at Anita's. We've been here half a dozen times over the years, two things are certain, death and not enjoying a meal here.Clay county has 4 decent restaurants, subway, McDonald's, Hardee's and pizza shack.
