Ok it's not the best TA and the free parking is gravel which gets very dusty at times. The paved is reserved but there is generally always room. The shop is alright and Will, Brandon and Colton are pretty good to work with. On the store side Brian and Rachel are two that I remember the names of and they are always very nice and so the rest of the crew. While it's not the best they do seem to make up for it in the staff.

Blowout on 18 Wheeler before exit and sent to TA for tire service. Service manager Steven was incredible fitting me in and already having my information sent over from my carrier. Saved my day and HOS hours to complete my delivery on time!

I am very disappointed with this company. I only need service to replace a tire. It only 10 millas front shop !! my charge 2h00 of work and they will charge me 40% more than the normal value of the tire, this Company very dishonest in charging two values, as Inadequate policies go against the road users, despite trying to act as the manager did not solve my problem, I never used other time , When do you expect this company to be robbed😡😡😡

I highly RECOMMEND DO NOT USE THE SHOP!! they are out for personal gain!! They told me I needed breaks all the way around my entire truck my truck is 7 months new and I just had new brakes and drums on my trailer less than 6 months ago

Typical TA, some good some bad. Good- all fuel pumps were working, showers were clean and spacious, all the machines in the laundry were in working order and the staff is friendly and helpful. Bad- all paved spots are pay to park but there is room to commando park another 6 or 8 trucks on pavement and a few more can squeeze in by the shop. There is a large irregular shaped gravel lot to the side where everyone parks however they see fit. Now for the back lot...If you are lucky enough to get in the front row on the side by the fuel pumps like I did, your tractor will be in gravel. Your trailet however will be up to the axles in one of the many water filled craters reminiscent of a war zone. I stopped here after several days of rain in January so the puddles weren't stagnant but I could see them being a very stinky breeding ground for insects and disease in warmer months. I only use TA/Petro and all things considered would stop here again but not in the crater field. Beats the hellholes in and around Birmingham.

The parking lot for truck parking is ALL paid reserved parking on the paved parking areaThen there’s a lot with HUGE potholes that is not paved which is free to parkBut good luck not damaging your truck or leaving a mud flap behindThis is the worst parking lot I’ve seen at a major truck stop 😡You would think that with all the money they already make off of paid parking and fuel from truckers not to mention buying things in the store and restaurants that they would have the decency to pave it all and not charge for the back parking lot UGH!!!I don’t have any complaints about the staff thoughThey were extremely friendly

If your a owner op this place tempting because of fuel price but let me tell you their diesel has so much water in it avoid the temptation and go somewhere else also if the diesel doesn’t mess your truck up the parking lot certainly will basically it’s exactly what you would expect from the state of Alabama

Alabama TA saved my life as far as im concerned! The TA in Atlanta GA is absolutely the worst! 1st they charge for you to park ($24 a night). When I unhooked 2 leave & comeback the lady said I will be recharged. I told her I spent close to $1k in the shop, she said that doesn't matter. The mechanic told me i needed a new airbag on the left of my trailer. He said he'd tie it off and suggested I go to a TA in alabama because GA TA's don't have any airbags he checked. Never once telling me about my brakes being gone. Then they let me leave the shop with no brakes on my trailer! They changed the brake chamber but did not tell me that I have no brakes on all sides of the trailer! That was the reason I had come to the shop because my brakes weren't working well!?!!! What if I decided to pick up another load and fix my air bag at a later date??? I called from the waiting area in the TA in alabama relaying my frustration to the TA in Georgia, they said Eddie from my company told them not to fix it. So tomorrow Monday I'll listen to the phone call. Someone is responsible for endangering me, by not telling me I have no brakes! But Eddie's notes don't mention brakes just the airbag! Eitherway, shouldnt the mechanic have told me that i had no brakes on my trailer?TA in AL said they should've charged a flat rate instead of hourly and wrote up my paperwork incorrectly. Overcharged me $80 atleast. So thanks Curtis for suggesting for me to go to Alabama, because they're probably saving my life! So watch out. They just want your money and don't care if you die at this TA in GA.

I wish they would fix the back dirt lot. It is so un safe for drivers and their trucks. There are so many pot holes. At the very least just grade it so its flat. Let's take care of our "professional drivers".

Free Parking is raggedy as hell ! Dirt yard with giant holes ! It will break your truck , spinjng axles wheels ! 80% reserved ! Only thing is Store and shower is nice ! I don’t recommend this place !

As I sit here thinking about my life’s decisions this has got to be the worst truck stop I’ve stopped in I’m not sure why parking was left in such bad conditions I know one thing I’ll never be back. Sent the photo to corporate hopefully something gets done 👎🏽 Avoid stopping here drivers for sure

Can a is an awesome place that have staff that are very caring and helpfulif you need to know something ask him they have showers they have laundry they have a Popeye's right next door all you do is walking through the door they have massage reclining chairs sitting in the front lobby by the bathrooms they have a truck stop in the back for truckers to park and sleep they have places in the front if you're driving long trips you can park up there sleep nobody to mess with you the staff keep an eye on you cops go through the parking lot numerous times not just checking they don't mess with you unless you're being aggressive loud obnoxious or bothering somebody or if somebody is bothering you or trying to mess with a car very very relaxing respectful clean awesome place

best place to Stay!! I stayed there about a week in my car little black Honda BZM 7398, around August 23-Sept 1 2020 right down from Talladega track, met a little old man there they called Biscuit and Gravy in his gray van he helped me a lot reminded me of my dad, went to Talladega hospital too when I was there, but it's the best place to stay coldest drinks and warmest showers best people overall

The prices of the food on the hot bar is absolutely ridiculous!!! $10.50 plus tax for 3 freaking meatballs, $11.00 plus tax for 2 porkchops!! Not to mention the sides are priced separately. $7.60 plus tax for the 4 sides. (2 for each plate) We're not getting anything else from here to eat AGAIN!!!

Me and my husband stop here all the time every 2 weeks at the most. The people in the morning are and afternoons are great! But the night crew doesn’t know anything. I asked how much the potato wedges were and she like sorry I don’t know. So I went withe the macaroni and cheese instead. My husband got the entrée there 2 pork chops was supposed to be $14.00 dollars. I get to looking at the receipt and they were $10.00 a piece. I know taxes are but $6.00 is way to much. Also you usually get 2 sides she only let him have one. So that’s make $20.00 for 2 pork chops and 1 side. Ridiculous! So I give it a 3. Watch your receipts guys.

I was having issues with the laundry machines CSC app (are you shocked?) and eventually gave up and went and got quarters knowing full well that if I asked for help I’d likely hear “it’s a third party vender sorry” because well that’s what they always say right? Well while I was sitting doing laundry via $20 in quarters, Sean a maintenance technician came to ask if I was having issues and I told him yes but it was ok because I got quarters and that was working. This man actually took the time then and there to call CSC and get a woman on the phone to fix the issue (they changed apps) and transfer my balance from the old app to the new app. ……. I’m literally stunned in disbelief. Thank you Sean for doing what nobody else would have done and proactively solving my problem! You are awesome!

Watch your ass at night!In this picture you see 4 stray DOGS looking for food or anything they could find.They Rome the parking lot at night and day.They tend to attack smaller dogs trespassing in their territory. Don’t walk your dog here , they may get attack and eaten by these big DOGS.

One of the worst truck stops! Craters in the parking lot you could fish in. Restroom out of order, diesel pumps you have to drive off in the ditch to get out of, and the personal is rude. Food is terrible and they don't even have plastic ware. Never ever stopping here again!!! Shut this one down already...

The parking area is clean and neat fuel pumps are clean my only complaint with the older gentleman working graveyard working their fuel desk and we didn't want to come back to work he should have stayed on vacation got a very very rude wasn't listening to my request then when he did listen to me he got upset and post an attitude. He's having a bad night you should have just stayed home .

The mechanics were great but the 2 ladies behind the truck repair counter , i do believe were tweaking .. took the 2 of them a hour just to write up a work order for repairsOther than that .. all the rest of the services were good

07-02-22 at 05:30 AM The cashier was extremely helpful doing multiple jobs at one time. She was literally serving one person food and ringing up somebody else at the same time. I asked for her to go cook some chicken and she jumped on it got that going and came back out to do what she needed to do. Best service I’ve seen from a truckstop in probably 10 years. And she did it all with a very beautiful smile. If I was TA I would do whatever it takes to keep her employed and make her a manager someday

I felt so wonderful and welcomed coming into this place . 3rd shift supervisor lala greeted and acknowledged me with so much respect and she was very helpful . I definitely recommend this place for truckers and shoppers ☺️
