Come through here fairly often and it’s always a mess. There are only five diesel pumps and more often than not one or two of them are out of order which leads to lines running into the street. Parking is minimal with most of the spots being reserved which forces drivers to make their own parking and block other drivers from getting in and out. Amenities are fairly clean but that’s about all this Pilot has going for it.

I'll give it 2 stars for being fairly clean, but the parking is minimal and a good portion of that is reserved. People make their own spots and block others in with zero care and the big big kicker.....NO SHOWERS. More of a gas station with some truck parking and typical Pilot markup on fuel than a truck stop. I would only stay here again our of complete necessity. If this is what Pilot location will be morphing into more in the future, then I'll have no use for them at all. Let's hope there aren't many more like this. In the future.

Clean friendly and well lighted, parking for semis is small, so it fills quickly. Center of truck parking is reserved so beware. Arby's is the food option. Walking distance to KFC taco bell and waffle house

My five-star rating is based on the Staffing. Everyone I spoke with were professional and friendly.The Young Ladies I work in Arby's or friendly professional and did their job well. Food wasn't bad either.However, I have traveled all over the country lately, and this is the first Pilot I have ever seen that was "Severely" lacking in facilities.Bathroom very small, No Showers, few parking spots, and they don't sell Tobacco Products 😳.Other than that, it's a very nice.

KLLM driver drove over the curb & rocks to pull into a spot bc he didn't know how to back into one. Employees got notified, came out to see it but done nothing about it. They must not care what so called drivers tear up on their property.

This is a good clean establishment. They stay well stocked. The only really bad thing is that the manager with the blonde hair and the RBF never smiles. When she rings you up, it’s like you’re bothering her. Her and based on that I can only give them 3 stars. She needs to be a little bit nicer little bit more cordial and put a smile on that face!

Not a lot of parking, so late arrivals block you in. No showers. But clean and fuel available. Probably wouldn't stop here again due to no showers.

Smells like nothing.... I used the facilities, washed my hands. Then I went to get some freshly brewed coffee. Went outside feeling like a happy truck driver. I moved my trailer axle and nothing. Smells like nothing outside.

Horrible. Pilot should be sued!!! This sorry excuse for a truck stop is exactly why pilot needs to be shut down.1. No showers2. Truck stop with 2 stales in men's bathroom3. Maybe 50 parking spots 25 of which are reserved and us truckers have to pay to park for the night because we have no other option.This is wrong. Truck drivers need to be treated better and with more respect and dignity.

All self service cash registers, no cashiers and they locked up/ froze, had to practically beg a cashier for my fuel receipt. Time is money on the road. This pilot cost me a few miles instead of talking only one lol

The Pilot has a wide assortment of coffee and fountain drinks, including Icees. They have plenty of gas pumps and good prices. The Pilot is on the westbound side of interstate 20 in Lincoln, near the Talladega Superspeedway with easy on/off access westbound or eastbound.

Store is cool but Arby’s when someone place a order and say not to put something on a sandwich they paying for it should happen without getting mad and was told as they was putting it on that’s not supposed to that item on it and still put it on… I didn’t tell them to get this job nor force them to get this low paying job at 40 years old

I'm getting tired of stopping at Pilots that don't have any showers. Very frustrating when you're counting on them being available. TA has showers at every location and Love's does too, even if they're old at least you have the option. Just sayin' guys... The inside looks very nice and everything and that's good. Only limited parking too. Definitely could have done more.

Looks new....but as a trucker...this place is horribleNo showersParking lot NOT very safe.People walking around the parking lot knocking on doors at 1amSeen people walking behind the trailers.Also the next morning there was at least 4 store employees working yet they FORCED me to use the self check out.I highly recommend going across the highway to the TA travel center or waiting 2 more miles to the 166 exit to use a REAL pilot

Clean and we'll organized truck stop. Prices aren't bad. Lots of overnight parking that is fairly quiet. Bathrooms are kept clean. Employees are very nice and helpful. Overall convenient and worth the stop if you need to.

I'm always here on the morning or mid day shift but I love this store! It's clean and the people almost always greet you! There are 2 girls who won't greet you when you walk in or at the register because they are busy gossiping always. If you get them you will know because you will have to repeat yourself and you will get the look and attitude of how dare u interrupt their conversation but the rest of this store and their employees are amazing! Never a dirty bathroom, store, or parking lot! All in all a GREAT store!

This looks like a fairly new pilot truck stop in Lincoln Alabama not too far from the famous Talladega International speedway. Can you believe this truck stop only has two toilets? When you walk in the store there's a lot of employees in there they never make eye contact with you but if you get within a certain distance to them they say hello kind of like Chinese sounding people. I observed one lazy employee pushing an entire stock a plastic containers across the floor damaging the floor. Yeah this place is going to go far.

In my travels this stop is for refueling and refreshing. Bathroom are not always clean. A place of safety since it is not isolated whether traveling alone or with a traveling companion. Price of fuel is usually along with competitor's and the process can be easy with no wait time. Also they have cute gifts to purchase for others or as a memorabilia during your travels.
