Very nice and calm place. We stayed overnight on a Sunday and it wasn't busy. No one bothered us so we were able to get a good night's rest. Everything including the restrooms were cleanGood job staff, you're doing great!

Pretty decent pilot truck stop. Showers were relatively clean. Water pressure was excellent, although it makes a mess on the floor. Pizza was edible, but undercooked. All employees seemed content with their jobs and genuinely appreciative of my business. Parking lot and grounds neat and tidy.

A quick stop on a long trip, the bathrooms are clean and the front cashier was nice. They use high quality hand soap in the bathroom. The store is well kept.

There's no healthy way to review this place. It's the first time I've ever been scared as a trucker in 5 years. But the staff was nice and the store was fairly clean so I'm confused. The trucker company is a horror. This place needs regular visits from police. There are drivers intentionally blocking traffic flow so you can't leave. I had a man screaming at me to back up and back up in a busy dark lot where somewhere was an employee with a broom and I appreciate the broom guy because my dog may be headed to emergency from ingestion. I was shaking so bad i was getting screamed at by drivers telling me I needed to stop moving. It was translating into my leg. Why can't I leave here? It is SO SCARY. SO SO SCARY. I had MULTIPLE MULTIPLE MEN SCREAMING AT ME IN THIS PLACE AND SOME MAN LURCHING HIS TRUCK AT ME WITH FORCE TO MOVE ME. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. Then a detective screamed out across the street 100 miles away they were with me. I don't even know if it was a detective but I was ALL ALONE with screaming men in thus place. And now my dog seems poisoned.

Restrooms were clean and they came in and started cleaning them anyways. Showers are very nice and clean. The water pressure was amazing.

I don't usually review Pilot/ Flying J Travel Centers because most of them are always clean both Facilities and the general building, workers are friendly and greetings you. But this one stood out when I had a shower there. I just liked the attention to detail like the potted plant saying pump 5 since I was in shower 5. The thank you card. Keep it up 👍🏽. Thank you

Wi-Fi is a joke here. Sitting right under the transceiver at the end of the fuel island. I was getting 0.24 mbs download, and 0.05 upload.Pretty sad considering that pilot goes around boasting about the revised Wi-Fi and how it is actually good now. This is far from good, and I agree with another reviewer. The fact that you charge people for that wi-fi, should be considered theft.

Basics of pilots. No lounge .laundry etc 🚿were good. Subway heh. But the old guy was cool. Moreover the other staff seemed one sided. I'm no critic but I observe. The guys who clean the whole time friendly. I guess praying that this driver may be a clean ☝ lol. Blondie didn't hide it well. Eyes are the giver of the soul. It was a good reset. Plus a bar across the bridge maybe I will park there next time. Neway drive well.

Literally the best stop ever!!! They have food, iced coffee, hot coffee, clean bathrooms. I will definitely stop here again!!!

Best showers I have seen from a pilot. Ben Ramos is very friendly and honestly has great customer service skills. Restrooms were very clean. And even had a little thank you gift! Way to go on hiring friendly staff and setting the bar for great service.

Here on a Sunday. Lots of parking. Great place but I'm sure its busy during the week. The thing that stood out for me was the water, candies and personal note in the shower. After a hot shower at the end of your day how great to have a free water. This place is a great example for many Pilot truck stops. It's not huge but it's the little things that count. Thank you.

I visited the store twice today and for some unwxplained reason, the sane cashier's attitude changed when it was my turn for service. Her enthusiasm dropped as opposed to the way she behaved with the other customers. It was as if my presence was annoying to her and she was just going through the motion.I don't know what I did to cause such behavior, but it made me feel uncomfortable. I would have gotten her name, but her name tag was covered up by her sweater.

Women's restroom was filthy evertime I went in to use it, the laundry facility sucks, had no where to sit so I had to stand the whole time I was doing my laundry, came in this afternoon to use the shower, there was hair all over inside the shower (gross 🤮), water pressure sucked no hot water! The ONLY good thing about this place was the employees were nice!

Reserved a parking spot because I was getting low on time and needed a secure spot to park. Well when I arrived at the Pilot and checked in with the cashier. I said that I have a reserved spot, but all the spots were full. Both the Manager and cashier said...Well I can refund your money, but we Don't go out after dark. So, they would not do anything else to assist me. I even asked if I could park on their fuel islands, one was closed for repairs. They said No. Luckily I found a spot to park as a driver was leaving. Will be contacting Corporate on this one.

Cashier is very rude, I had a long day on the road and she was not approachable at all, seems as if she was annoyed with my presence in there, she needs training on customer service Alot, the customers help with your income so why be so rude to them, it cost nothing to be nice do better young lady.

This pilot shower tops every pilot I’ve ever been to with just the customer service by the custodian! This gentleman was above and beyond with his customer engagement and how polite he was. This man not only engaged in friendly small talk, he presented the cleanest shower I have been to out of tons I’ve been in. You know when someone loves their job when they give you the customer service he gives out. This pilot will definitely be one I continue to come to if I’m ever in the Birmingham/Lincoln , AL area!100/10
