As with most all DG's, boxes were in the aisles and blocking end caps, but they are always friendly and usually have what I stopped in to get.

Employee was very empathetic and helpful. I came in with 2 kids.. (one strapped to my chest and one having a meltdown in the cart.)Cashier came and helped me out multiple times seeing me struggle even though she had a line. She will dive me to come back in. Great service!!Inventory was low.. but store was clean and service made up for it.

I usually don’t log into my google account, but some of the employees laughing at someone for tryin to get tobacco at the self check out not knowin the rule was to come up to the front, I usually go to the cashiers, felt a lil disrespected has a reg customer, thankfully one of the higher ups helped out hope the weekend is well other wise

I love having a DG so close to my house with such a variety. When they first opened everyone was so eager to help. There have been several times lately where the line has been quite long. There were other employee(s) walking around in the store or stocking in an isle and I asked could they please open another register because the poor girl up front is working as fast as she can and they looked at me as if I had asked them to take on the world....with an attitude. I have seen people leave their items and walk away. Its really a great clean store to shop but working together would be nice.

The shelves are pretty much stocked. The cashier was rude! As I was placing my items on the counter, she gets off of her phone, and says...NOTHING! This is the better of the two Dollar General's in my town, but with customer service like that, I may just make the drive to Wal-Mart

This is the best Dollar general I have ever went to. I went to a few other ones around my house and no one had clothes hangers but this one did. Not only that they also carry steam irons, ironing boards, a lot of chargers for your Android phone or Apple iPad. They even have bananas 🤣💯👍

This is the 4th time that I have gone there and NOT gotten what I went for. The last three times, the store was blown out. This time, at about 6:15 PM CST, I went. The doors were locked. The sign on the door said their hours were open til 9:00 PM. A rude red headed boy ( I believe his name was Jim ) rudely says they were closed because of some alleged emergency, no police nor other first responders present. I went to a gas station convenience store to get what I needed and I told the employees there about this experience, and they had Not heard of Any emergencies in the area. I will be going to Dollar General's website to complain about this. DON'T GO TO RIVERSIDE DOLLAR GENERAL! BOYCOTT AND SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!

Out of many essentials. Never enough registers open. The problem w every Dollar General, don't know why they go to the expense of putting in more than 1 register, when only 1 is opened, and a line a mile long. The store is clean, has groceries, staff is friendly. Stock shelves full, and open 2 registers, it would be a 5 star.

The zoning in the store is terrible it is a mess. Most things are out of stock and the cashiers are super rude. You will say thank you have a nice day and they stand there and look at you stupid. Plus theyre a big rip off the prices on the self is never is what they ring up for like for example the milk says 3.75$ but rings up for 4$.

Stock is always low. Employees seem indifferent and and not as professional as what we're used too. The Southside DG is by far the best we ever visited.

Got the 15 minutes before closing, (10 pm) the store was closed. The clerk was at the register, he looked at me and walked ok.

This new Dollar General is a super store. They even have fresh fruits and vegetables. They are very close to I 20 at the Embry/Lincoln exit in Alabama. It's a new store and very clean.

My preferred Dollar general is at the Lincoln/Emory crossroads exit & it is always a pleasant experience. Employees are always very nice & willing to help & the store is always stocked & clean

It is a nice little store. Girls are friendly and know me by sight. I'm there at least 4 times a week. Only 1 mile from the house.

Was given incorrect change. 10 bucks short. I've been calling the listed number for days and no one Evers answers. I call multiple times at different hours daily, no answer. Keep the 10 bucks and put it towards an answering machine to at least make people think you care.

That's the BIGGEST dollar General I have EVER seen in my life! They didn't have everything I was looking for though. I needed the little plug to go with the charge cord for my cell phone.
