They didn't just do their job, they went over and beyond to make my dog feel as comfortable as possible. They were informative and the doctor took her time and made us feel like the only patient. I recently had to say goodbye to a dear old friend of 15 years after her health started to rapidly decline. I spoke with several vets over the course of that illness, and Dr. Beth and her entire team stood out among them by a mile. I cannot compliment them enough. These are the most compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable veterinarians you could ever hope to meet. They had endless patience and graciously talked with me about everything. Options, outcomes, history, costs, quality of life, you name it.I am so incredibly grateful that they helped me say goodbye on such a high note. There's a genuine love for animals and a level of compassion here that is rare to find. It made a major impression on me, and I really cannot thank them enough.

Took our beloved young yet mature-pissing-EVERYWHERE-vocalizing-all-night tom cat here to get fixed. His first time around strangers and first time overnight away from home. They told us what would happen and in what order and called us to update us. There was also a discount for getting microchip done at same time. Best of all it was not extra for him to stay overnight. We were relieved that they have early drop off and pick up that meshed well with both our jobs. The following week they called to see how he was doing and if there were any issues or questions. They are close to where we live but now i would go there even if it was on the other side of Pensacola. Being treated well, and being able to trust the care given to your pet (baby) when you're not there....."PRICELESS"

Very helpful and transparent regarding their services. I was surprised by their reasonable prices. Our dog was in ICU for two days and we are very grateful to have him back. Even more grateful that they didn't take advantage of us, financially. I highly recommend, even if you have to drive I good distance to get there.

where do i start…besides hearing how this vet literally loses people’s dogs from people around lillian, i decided to take my cat here. she had issues breathing and they completely brushed it off. told me it was normal.i’m beginning to think the vet either cheated in school or didn’t even downright go. my cat now has respiratory issues. i took her to another vet and they couldn’t believe how they just brushed off her problems. if i could give 0 stars i would. my cat is ill now because of a problem they told me was “normal”

I retired 2yrs ago from the Cincinnati Police department Canine Unit and moved to Lillian with my retired Canine Dog Kane. I was relieved to find a Vet that had experience with K9 dogs. They are awesome with him and allow me to handle him the way I need to during exams. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Beth cares! Great staff and great service. The staff and vets are wonderful. I do wish they would be open in Saturdays, but not many vets are. Definitely my favorite vets. They are very pet and people first. The best! Prices are fair and they don't nickel and dime there customers.

We had just moved from Indianapolis to retire back in the area that we love and needed to get established with a vet who understood senior dogs. We have two(both rescues), and they have a variety of issues. We took a chance and went to Lillian Veterinary Hospital because of their website and their close proximity to our home. As it turns out they were awesome. The staff was great, and Dr Wells was wonderful. She was full of information that could help our seniors as well as changes in meds. There was a bit of a wait, but we could see that it was because Dr Wells spends so much time with her patients. We are really blessed to have found a place to help us keep a good quality of life for our fur babies.

I took my 2 hound dogs there to be bathed and to update their vaccines. The staff was very nice. Of course, with social distancing, they came to my car but it work out nicely. The boys, Hank and Bucky will definitely be getting bathed monthly from now on.I tried to tip the crew for the baths but it wasn’t allowed. I appreciate the very reasonable pricing but felt like I should have been able to tip.

But here at Lillian veterinarian hospital, we were able to get in quickly. Front staff was very professional, and the vet was sympathetic and awesome. I had always heard that prices on the coast were high, but I was relieved to find that they were not much different than where we came from. And best of all, they are only a mile away!

With the pandemic I wasn’t sure how things would be but was pleased that they called me back over the weekend to get her scheduled.
