We have a Sheltie and due to our Physical limitations we have been struggling to groom her ourselves. These ladies went over and above to take care of Jessie Mae. They were very pleasant and not critical of the matted condition she was in. Our girl had to be shaved. JM is so much better in everyway. Thank you Danielle and Ashley! We will see you again in December.

She is always amazing with both of our girls, I cannot recommend her enough! Plus she is such a sweetheart, and you just can’t beat that!Thank you, as always!I am editing this, because it needs to be done! This is the best place PERIOD! I have been to all of them in the surrounding area, and I am telling you right now this is the only place that doesn’t disappoint, and your dogs will come out looking amazing!! I am so happy I found this place along time ago, they never cease to amaze me… in how my baby girls come out! these guys are exceptional! If you are not coming here to have your pets groomed, you are wasting your money at places there aren’t even half as good!

Took my fur baby here for the first time and was immediately greeted with warm and friendly smiles! When the owner found out I had my other fur baby in the car she immediately offered to let her come to (even without and appointment) so that the dog being groomed wouldn’t have anxiety being alone!!!! My dogs were well cared for and treated like her own!!!! I highly recommend this place!!!!!

Danielle is fantastic and my dog Willa has never been so pretty and clean! You can tell Danielle truly loves what she does! Not to mention her professionalism and knowledge of what she does! First thing we noticed is they showed no affection for our dog. I get professionalism but if we’re dropping our dog off to be held in your care it would have been nice to see a connection with our dog or even that you like dogs. Nothing.He also had a ton of mats and left with literally all of them still there. She basically just bathed and brushed him. Also charged us extra for it taking her longer to brush him out while still not helping us with any of the mats. The whole reason we brought him in. They also rushed us off because she had somewhere to be at 1 in the afternoon. Overall was so disappointed.Service: Haircut

Horrible service. Very inconsistent on whether she wants to do walk-ins or reservations. I called 2 weeks in a row. Danielle told me she can’t take reservations. Make your mind up on what you want either walk-ins or reservations. Very frustrating to a paying customer. I would give zero stars but don’t have that option.Service: Haircut

Took my babies here to get groomed, and I really wish I hadn’t. It’s sad when a “professional” can’t follow very simple instructions. Not only were the instructions not followed, she did the complete opposite of what was asked. I’m an understanding person, and I get that mistakes happen, but how those mistakes are dealt with is what matters to me at that point. A simple “I’m sorry” would have gone a long way. Instead, the response I got was “well it’s done now, nothing I can do, it will grow back”. She then proceeded to tell me she worked me in, making it feel like I was an inconvenience. I never asked her to work me in, that was her choice. To make matters worse, this is before Christmas, and my dog doesn’t even look like my dog. I’m certainly glad I could spend $90 on two small dogs to get a bath and brush and asked for one to get a slight trim to clean up around her eyes and beard. I guess the trim was asking too much, so instead my baby got her entire little beard shaved off 🙄. So, if you enjoy a groomer that’s extremely unprofessional, has a condescending tone when you voice your concerns about the groom, won’t take any responsibility or apologize, and if you want your dog to look entirely different than what you requested, then the Dog Shack in Lillian is the place for you! 👍🏼
