Took both of my puppies for their first grooming. Was nervous as to how well it would go. The staff did an amazing job! They were super nice and the pups look better than I imagined they would. Also very affordable. Very pleased and will definitely be our go to groomer.

Very nice staff. Convenient location. Cute salon.My Doxie//Poo has very kinky hair his actual cut was good but he was not brushed out. There was still knots in over half of his hair.I did call them to confirm that a brush out was included in the $46 grooming charge and it was. I did not take him back in because he is a rescue and grooming is not a good experience for him.If you have a dog with very curly hair I would not recommend this place or mention to them at drop off to be very thorough in brushing them out. Very disappointed.

I camp often in Leesburg and heard about this shop from the camp owner, who song Ms. Aileen’s praises. When I arrived they informed me that they were booked out until August (They’re gain and our great lose…LOL), but managed to squeeze our puppy in within a couple of hours. Our 4-month old toy poodle, has never been groomed outside of my amateur/homemade services. Not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them. My wife and I overjoyed with our pup’s new look and will be driving to Leesburg from Newnan, GA for grooming services from now on. Thanks Pawfection for your professionalism and extreme care with our precious cargo! See you soon!

Have taken my “ boys” here 3 times in the past year for boarding. Twice now they have been supposed to be bathed on the day I was to pick them up. The first time they supposedly were bathed…. When I picked them up they smelled horribly.This time( today), I got a call from them asking if I was coming to pick them up today. I said I was on my way and asked about them being bathed. I was told they had not been bathed, because they were not aware they were supposed to be bathed. Upon arrival, the owner, the one who my husband told to please bathe the dogs before we picked them up, then admitted she remembered and said, well you can bring them on Tuesday. I explained that, with the way we both work, we are unable to do that, which is why we wanted them bathed for pickup. She said okay and turned and walked away. No apology, nothing. Things happen but, there was no sign that she cared in the least about their mistake and our inconvenience…. Not a good way to keep customers.

These people were wonderful and FAST. They had my little girl done in about 1 1/2 hours. They took me last minute. They treated my girl well. She looked great and I forgot to get the pic. It also didnt break the bank. Great place. If you are in the area and need a dog groomed. This is the place to go!

The first time, two of them came home sick. The second time- they were given food and “cookie” not brought by us. The third time. They gave our puppy (less then 6 months), American Stock Dog champion bloodline, supposedly shop food. Unfortunately, they were unable to tell us when and if she got the food. She lost about 6lbs in a weekend. One employee said she didn’t feed her until Sunday and the other employees say they did. Regardless, she lost weight, has blood in her stool, and is a puppy. The other two that stayed that same weekend- had one bag of food taken out of their bought food bag. They stayed multiple days. The contract we signed stated- 2 feeding a day, three separate kennels, two and go out together and one must not be out with other dogs. For a business to outright admit that they were incorrect (don’t know how our three dogs ate, when, and what kind of food) and failed to follow basic feeding request is unacceptable.When coming in for a refund (discussed with the brown haired lady determined by the owner), the older brown haired lady tried to state the dogs were feed when she stated the day before they were not feed/doesn’t know when they were feed. She then stated to the blonde cashier to “not give her any money. She doesn’t need no refund”. The owner specifically stated that I would be refunded and for an employee to threaten to not follow the owners instruction is a disappointment. This company is failing to follow contracts that are signed by the customer. It is obvious that the employee(s) can over rule the owners decision. If anyone has any concerns regarding this, they are more then welcome to contact us. We would love to actually speak to the owner about the situation and the matter since we have yet to hear from them.

My little Maxwell came to us only a couple of months ago from a family friend.... They made him look like a brand-new shitzu... The staff was very friendly the appointment was very quick, I did not have to wait long to get him in... And the price was more than half than other places I had checked with that had a 3 week wait.... They were wonderful with our little Maxwell and he looks amazing!!! I'm so grateful

This is a great place to take your baby they were great with my Chloe Sue the prices are very reasonable the staff is always so nice they stay really busy because they're good most days I can go in and get her back in less than 2 hours but on Fridays and Saturdays they're really busy try to take your baby during the week Monday Tuesday Wednesday or Thursday and try to make an appointment that would make it easier on them hope this helps
