It has to be an emergency for me to go to Walmart. It is too crowded and people block isles holding family reunions. I still hate self checkout. The store wasn't crowded. Very clean. But still self checkout.

3 self serve lines had 12 or more customers waiting in line to check their self out, and work for FREE. How stupid. Self check out is suppose to be FASTER? WM has almost doubled prices in the last 6 mos on most items, WM can afford to pay for more cashiers, or give a discount on the self serve customers.

Going early in the morning is best. Around 8:30 - 9:00 am on a Saturday. They've had time to restock and traffic is light to non existent. Still, prices are high and Walmart could do a little more cost cutting on meats and dairy.

Walmart you need to do better on having packages delivered to right address than taking my order to wrong house everytime. Your delivery people need to start delivering to what the actual address is on purchase not where they they just want to leave it. It's only the personal drivers doing it not FedEx. Makes no sense

Vision center was extremely rude. I had my doctor send another prescription because they couldn't get the first one right. Then the lady wanted to argue and tell me my doctor was wrong and acted like I was just trying to get something for free when I was fully prepared to pay for another pair of glasses. Leeds walmart yall need to do better.

A worker named Mary Love literally waited until my mother in a ride on cart was in her line and shut the light off telling her it’s closed. Then proceeded to take someone else in that line

Since I cannot be trusted to run self checkout honestly and instead be stopped and my buggy checked by my receipt I can no longer trust myself to put me buggy in one of the buggy recepticals. So I now leave it in my parking space with all the trash from my purchase.See how that works Walmart!

The wife and I have a Walmart plus account and get at least one grocery delivery per week. We spend hundreds of dollars every month and until now have always gotten excellent service... on 02/27/2024 I placed and paid for a delivery order which the Walmart stores ADMITS was 'stolen by the driver"!!! Walmart however, has decided that we now must wait a week to receive a refund and no groceries will be delivered... this was such an easy fix for Walmart, just pull the order again and deliver it... BUT NO! Let's deny our custers their food AND their money.!! We will be boycotting Walmart and all related businesses permanently!!!

Was at the photo lab and there was an error with the instant printer. No one was around. On my way to the back I had noticed a large group of employees talking with what appeared to be the manager. I hit the assistance needed button and waited. No one came. I asked a passing employee to call someone. She did. Still no one came. Then I hear chanting coming from the area with the large group of employees spelling Walmart. And they loud cheering and hollering. Then 4 employees come back to the area. Misty asks what I need and starts working on the machine. Then stops to talk to another employee about their lunch and break schedules and another employee. After that employee walked away she starts working again only to stop and text with that same employee they were talking about (she announced who it was) felt very disrespected

I can honestly say that for the many many years I have used Walmart for all of my shopping needs, I have been consistently pleased.Just last week I posted how thrilled I was that they were providing extremely thick plastic bags that made checking out much more easier and the increased plastic in the bag enabled much better holding. No ripping while departing the store, yet these bags are no longer at checkout.Shame on you Walmart. To give and take away is a serious fault on your part. As a multi billion dollar, if not trillion, screw you as you screw your customers.

Pick up ws terrible. Waited an hour. Then when they finally brought out my things, he just THREW them into my trunk. Smashed my bread with my case of water and busted my milk. All of my can foods we're out of bags. 😒😒😡 Will not use Leeds Walmart pick up again.

The store was well-stocked and organized, and had everything I needed in just a single trip. I had trouble getting a staff member to the crafting supply desk, though I could only assume it was because of short staffing. The employees who I got (after a short wait) were very respectful and helpful. I will definitely return.

Walmart has to start communicating when their self checkout machines won't take cash. A sign maybe? Duh. And the machine itself should warn you before the transaction. It's insane to waste 15 minutes to go start over with a cashier.Update: went back and nothing has changed. Try to checkout and machine tells me at the end that it refuses to take cash. Employees act like it's my fault for not knowing. So I'm serious -put up some signs. Or maybe employees can interact with folks and ask cash or card and direct folks to the appropriate machine?Edit: back again to find that only 3 self checkouts are open and none take American cash. The customer service teen refused to check me out and gave no reason. He pointed over my shoulder to the checkouts with a human being and told me to use one of those. Seriously? Each of those 3 lines was lined up 6 or 7 deep with dozens of full carts. I speak with a completely unconcerned young lady saying she's the front end manager and she just grins and shrugs her shoulders. I call in to the operator to find out that there was no real manager on duty for me to speak with.I gave up and left my items in the floor and went across the street to Publix and was treated like a customer should be treated.

Great Store & Location In Rome, Ga On 411. Very Clean Inside & Out - Didn't See The Typical RIFF RAFF As Some Wal-Mart's Have. The Young Man In The Deli, Sun. 9/10/23 @ Approx. 5:30-5:45pm - EXCEPTIONAL! AWESOME Employee. Otherwise Store Was Very Well Stocked, Didn't See Much Of Anything Out Of Stock. Found & Got Everything We Needed. Self Check Is The Way To Go, Quick & Plenty Of Them. Employees Are Friendly, Efficient, Helpful & Professional As ONLY Wal-Mart Can Be. Keep Up The Great Job!!

The Walmart Supercenter in Leeds was a pleasant experience today. The store is decently sized, big enough to accommodate a wide range of products, while still maintaining a sense of organization and cleanliness. As I casually walked through the aisles, I found that there were employees readily available for assistance. In fact, I ran into a staff member who helped me find a more affordable deal on an item than I usually come across while shopping. Overall, it was a good day.

Walmart has gotten away from great customer service. They don't have enough people working, more attention on them doing shopping. They have little concern for the actual people shopping in them. They push self checkout to avoid hiring people to actually work in the store.

It took this long to call, be transferred 3 times, be asked what do I want 6 times, me to pull up, park, walk inside, stand in line, talk to a rep, and be told that they didn't have my debit card in person by the person that answered the phone and put me on hold for 20 minutes. When I hung up we both looked at the hold button and watched it go out and she said "you were on 1" no I wasn't I can see my own number on the ID. I hate Walmart and if there was anything besides it I would go there first but there isn't for what we buy. (28 minutes if you can't see the attached photo)
