Completely rude. I am very aware of the adderall shortage but anytime I go in I’m asked if I want to wait until they receive it for them to fill my prescription. This time I was told they haven’t had it for three weeks which is normal. What was not normal is pushing my prescription back into my face. When I asked if they could hold my script and fill it when it came in I was told very directly “No” by the older woman wearing the mask, ( it get like they didn’t want to help me). I persistently asked again and was met by the pharmacist I’m assuming she was in a white coat very nonchalantly telling me she would do it. Worse service I’ve had since I’ve been filling my prescriptions here!

There is a Pharmacy technician named "Tiffany"has a nasty attitude and sarcastic when asked questions. Other technician are usually very nice.

All I can complain about is the wait in the drive-thru, but if I had such a problem, I should go inside. Yes, I'm real about things. The people there have been nice when I've had to pick up different prescriptions for friends and family. Even when I was scatter-brain..They wasn't rude, made sure I had the credentials to get the prescriptions and made sure I signed, and was on my way. I understand that people are not perfect, and people make mistakes....So, let's not automatically get rude with them. Talk to them respectfully and they will help as they did me.

I have had terrible experiences at this store. Make sure you check your meds before you leave and make sure you pay with a card. I was accused twice of picking up my mom's meds, and it wasn't me. Her meds were given to someone else. I had to show proof with my bank statement to prove to them that I didn't pay and pick up my mom's meds. Please, be cautious and alert.

Been trying to order my meds for over a month. I’m told every few days they are going to order my meds again even though I’ve already ordered the meds 5 other times this month. SMH. No text or call to tell me it’s going to be delayed. I just want my meds.

Pharmacist here are rude, spiteful and out of control! It should not be that hard to get a prescription filled when your insurance WILL cover it and the doctors already sent it in electronically! They tell you to come pick it up then place it on delay when you complain. Do NOT put yourself in this nightmare! Walgreens needs to fire Janeen & hire new people. I’ve been with Walgreens for years and have never ever ever had these issues. Only with her!

This is for the pharmacy staff. The retail staff is magnificent!Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I've had. I went to get a prescription filled because I had just had a tooth extraction and the woman with glasses couldn't be any less helpful. She needa some refresher training in customer service

Ordered online got email to go collect and only some of order had arrived. Received no apology or help or info as to when to come back, Just a bad attitude.Weeks later after finally getting my complete order and still no apology, i recieve an email from Walgreens asking for feedback. I gave a polite and accurste but negative review. Then recieved another email telling me the feedback left didn't meet their standards and bit had been moderated.Walgreen, if you don't like negative feedback don't give negative service, and how dare you moderate my response.

Great staff! I have a basic understanding of all the checks and balances on how a prescription is filled. Knowing what I know now, this pharmacy does an excellent job in providing me my medication. People don't understand how problematic an insurance company can be in paying for a medication. With all the safety measures, calling doctors for problems with prescriptions and handling insurance companies/patients, I give this pharmacy 5 stars! Keep it up!

I really wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this pharmacist. I went in to get meds and Janeen slammed my meds on the counter and disappeared for like 7 minutes with my insulin. I’m happy I read these comments because I honestly thought I was being discriminated against. She was extremely rude and nasty to the point where I don’t trust my meds she disappeared with. I called and spoke to Trisha the store manager who claimed she reviewed the camera but she called me back in less than ten minutes. She must be great at operating cameras. I will never ever step foot inside this place again and if you’re smart you won’t either! If I could give this pharmacy negative stars I would.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. The staff of the pharmacy is beyond rude. Like next level you need to go to some sort of basic manners school kind of rude! Husband is switching to Publix and I am happily at CVS. With other options this place should be your absolute last choice.

I'm rating this location low due to the pharmacy. The store itself is great. However the pharmacy staff is always always rude! It's so ridiculous how rude... they always look mad and like they hate their life. After a year of filling meds there and dealing with poor attitudes I decided to change pharmacist and I'm very glad I did. Parkway pharmacy is much more pleasant to deal with.Another thing they never had all the medicine. We would have to go back days after to pick up the rest of one script. Crazy! So glad I don't have to deal with them anymore.

We drove through on our way home from Thanksgiving. My husband had been to urgent care this morning, but the local Walgreens was closed. We thought we'd have to wait until we got home tomorrow to fill his 5 prescriptions, but we thought we'd give it's shot in Leeds. 15 minutes! Just 15 minutes, while we grabbed a bite to eat. Everything was ready when we returned, the drive thru staff was super friendly. Well done!

My husband has a prescription he must have and Walgreens in Leeds Al. has this prescription. The drive through was closed today so I entered the store (not wanted to go inside trying to keep my husband as well as I can) the cashier, when I asked, told me the pharmacy was closed I asked to speak with the manager. The shift manager can out and I asked him why the pharmacy was closed he said someone in the pharmacy tested positive for COVID-19. I told him I must have my husband's prescription because he could end up in the hospital without it. His answer was that he didn't know when the pharmacy would open back up and they were having the store cleaned tonight by a professional cleaning co. So what is a person to do if they depend on a medication that they have a prescription for and can't get it from the co. they have trusted to fill that prescription? The shift manager at 4:10 PM Tuesday answer was to call the doctor and get a new prescription sent to another store. I guess he doesn't realize how difficult it is to get intouch with a doctor and a doctor at that time of day. Wouldn't you think that the owner of this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy would have had an emergency plan in plan? We have been dealing with this Virus for many months and a company this large should have a disaster plan in plan for just this type of scenario. Pathetic. Everyone of my friends has had a horrible experience with this store. We are going to flood the social media sources and expose this company for who they are. They care nothing about the people that keep them in business it's all about money to this owner. Would you not think that they would close the whole store if someone tested positive for COVID-19 I mean do they think that the virus decides to stay in one area of the store. Do they think that people don't go in there and touch products before they go to the pharmacy. Just an example the bottom line is money not care. Even Sonic hamburger restaurant in Leeds Al. closed completely when one of it's employees tested positive and they sell burgers. The Walgreens in Leeds Al. Is absolutely the worst pharmacy in Leeds. You would think if they cared they would have had a disaster plan in place and they could have contacted all patrons that have life sustaining medications of the situation and where they could pick up their medication. There are many other drug stores in Leeds and the surrounding area. I encourage everyone who has had a dangerous experience with this co.to stop using them and contact the head office. Good luck finding a competent person that works with this co. If I was a pharmacist I would not want my name and reputation affiliated with Walgreens.

Whether it's not being able to get your insurance figured out, or simply having your medication locked behind a computer system that's always down, or whatever the excuse of the day is, the pharmacy ALWAYS has something wrong. I've been using this pharmacy for years simply because it's on my way home, but I don't have time for this anymore. Considering I typically have to visit less than a couple of times a month, the rate of disappointment is comical.

Between my inept doctor's office and former pharmacy not communicating, I'm glad to come to this one. They went out of their way to reach both places, reauthorize my prescription, refill, and everything else. My whole family's used this location with no issues for 8 years.A lot of the customers who come here are older meaning they're very rude and impatient to the pharmacy staff; especially through the drive up window. I couldn't believe how they were spoken to despite running around like crazy on a Saturday.

I went to the drive thru window today to get my prescriptions and saw the pharmacist opening bottles that had already been filled and pouring the contents into his bare hands ,looking at the medicine and then putting them back into the bottle. Then putting it into a bag. I saw him do 3 different prescriptions this way. Seems very unsanitary during the Covid-19 pandemic.

It took 4 phone calls between them and my doctor to get my rx right and when I arrived it was still wrong. The store is great, the pharmacy is not.Update: lowered my rating because every time I need an rx filled there is an issue or delay. Please find another pharmacy.

This pharmacy never has anything in stock and alway tells me it will be 2 or 3 days till they can get it! But the Walgreens near Vulcan can do it in one day every time. Why is that, laziness maybe? I live in Moody but will drive to the Vulcan pharmacy every month. Not only are they fast they are super nice. Leeds? Not so much.

Walgreens has printed off several bday invitations , graduation invitations and pictures for me for a few years now. I went today to get my granddaughters invitations printed and they didn’t have a clue . Then wanted to charge me $5.99 a invitation and I said no and whom ever they have working in the photo lab dept. I highly suggest they transfer to another dept. also they need training on how to use the stores app. How pathetic.Jennifer

Despite having a recurring prescription, they were out of stock and as a result my son had a seizure. They did not offer to call another location to see if anyone had it in stock. Will never use again.

I went to the store to get some things and they had some toys marked down I decided to buy a few I got to the cash register and they were ringing up at regular price the lady when to look at where I got them and got the assistant manager to fix the price then he told me that they were not on sale even though I had proof they were with a on line sale ad the then got so rude with me and told me to leave or he would call the cops I have never been so Humiliated in my life I will never go back in there again I called the corporate office they told me they would call me back and never heard a thing I have owned a business of my own for over 26 years I would never treat a customer this way
