This is my Favorite Lowes around Birmingham area. It is worth the drive to Leeds to shop.Very Courteous employees.All that seen me looking asked if I needed help. Nice store, clean restrooms, Wi-Fi (complimentary)Military discount at the register is big helpLiving on fixed income.Garden center has great selection of 🎄Christmas Trees, wreaths , poinsettias and any other foliage your 💚 heart desires.🎅 Santa 🎅 was Amazing. He did really great job. Never to old too stop and get your pix made with Cool 😎 Santa 🎅Nice Cashier in the garden center checked me out.God Bless America 🇺🇸

this bunch of employees weren't so kind! went there yesterday & all the employees were rude from the returns lady to the checkout clerk all very short & rude. (you know that nice/nasty treatment w/the extra touch of nasy on top)!! I had to ask 2 employees were to find mothballs one lady wouldn't even look at me while she mumbled an aisle to check got further into the store had to ask another guy he told me I don't know & sent me back to the other side of the store! the only 2 ladies that were nice out of the 6 were the 2 garden girls wish I knew their names thank God for those 2!!! definitely not my favorite Lowe's I may start going to one of the other locations, too much money is spent at Lowe's to add rudeness to it!

Do not try to call with any questions, you'll be talking to a robot or an idiot. Voice recognition doesn't work and it's obvious that everything in the process is designed to frustrate you so you'll hang up. I had a simple question and had to call 4 times and talk to 2 robots 3 associates to get an answer. Customer support has fallen by the wayside here. If there were any other places to go or call I would.

I shop here a lot, I caught my arm on a sharp piece of metal a while back. It was kind of ridiculous asking the employee to correct the issue, and he was only worried about hitting on the girl he was working with. I know 1 person doesn't constitute how the place runs, but I also was trying to buy hay last week. The employee kept telling me they were out, I was looking at the hay trailer from the garden cash register so I knew it was in stock. I feel some things could be managed better!

Male working in the Pro department was so rude and applauded by me asking a question of a product (along with an eye roll!) that was not priced or for the fact the price anywhere on the shelf.After the “eye roll” I asked if “he was busy” (him on a computer no other person was he waiting on “visually”) he replied with “yes I am” my reply “I can get someone else” his reply “I’ll get as soon as I finish with what I’m doing”RUDE! If he was busy why didn’t he just get another instead of such unprofessional conduct!

Looked for Samsung washer which was on sale.NOT ON DISPLAY IN STORE.NOT IN STOCK LOCALLY. CANNOT SHIP FROM ANOTHERSTORE.CANNOT SELL SIMILARSAMSUNG WASHER WHICHWAS ON DISPLAY .Ended up purchasing desired washer direct from Samsung at a cheaper price and in stock.Lowes: You have some pretty dumb policies and practices which are not in the best interest of your Customers.

Bought new LG washer at Lowes in Leeds, Alabama 1-4-24 installed by Lowes on 1-5-24 today 2-16-24 wife went in kitchen found flooded from washing machine. LG said they will have repairman next week. Called Lowes in Leeds they said they only sell appliances an do not repair them sorry for your problem call LG. Will not trade with Lowes again we have bought Refrigerator, dryer and this is our second washer from them. I will find appliance store that has repair service and better customer service than LOWES.

Was trying to find a DIY solution to now having screens on my apt. So associate took me to the screens and had to find a way to secure it o to window Fram. Epoxy and resin by gorilla glue!!!! Works great screens r in place and can open my windows now very happy

Went to get some paint mixed. No one was there so I had to ask an associate to page someone. I waited maybe 5 minutes until someone arrived. She was knowledgeable in all types and finishes available. She and a helper mixed up 3 different colors for a total of 10 gallons of paint. They were fast and efficient.

No customer service at all was told to use self checkout and I don't use self checkout at all no matter where I do my shopping. Will not go back to Lowe's I will take my business elsewhere sad part of it is so many employees just walking around and they no time to check any one out but can help someone who are having trouble with self checkout enough said!

This is the second time I have been in 2 weeks and have had the most horrible experience. Tried to purchase a 12 foot Christmas tree today and stood around waiting for 30 minutes. I approached a worker finally and asked if they needed some help or if they had just forgotten me and they were so rude and unhelpful. I really don’t appreciate the run around when I’m trying to spend 1,000 dollars on a tree. Also the cashier that was here today was also here last time and she hovers over us and stares at us intently the whole time. It’s just super uncomfortable and strange. Needless to say I left empty handed and no one ever came to update us or apologize or anything.

Returned a pressure washer from my company through a Phone sale but wouldn’t let me do a phone sale to get the pressure washer, I was trying to return couldn’t be bothered. I guess the managers, or whoever does customer service at night isn’t quite the pro desk!

Worst lowes experience I’ve ever had. Lowes is a franchise company from what I can see. Each store gets to pick and choose what policies and procedures they want to follow. 11/2 they allow phone sales fast forward 18 hours…. No more phone sales unless “you know someone at that store personally” please show me that in the company handbook. What a joke of a lowes. They really should make one policy for the company and not let joe blow choose what he wants to allow and not allow.

Most of the people are very respectful and nice, however, the one guy that loads the dirt was rude. The first time I went there to get dirt and he just jumped on his phone and told me that I can load it myself because he was too busy to help even though he was paid to do it. Then he talked to me rudely and got mad at me because I just sat there until he came back. To my defense, I was told that he was supposed to load it not me. Then when he did start loading he just threw bags into the bed of my truck and busted many of them. 13 of the first set of bags I bought were useless because they were just dumped out into the bed of my truck and I could not get it where needed. The second time I showed up there he did not act as rude but still busted multiple bags throwing them into the bed of the truck.(UPDATE)This time I went, they were all nice and respectful. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. They helped every step of the way. This is now my favorite Lowe's to go to assuming they stay the same as they were today.

There to get a washer and dryer. The ones we wanted were not in stock at this store, but a close store had them. I told the employee I would take them, and he instructed me to go to that store then. I asked him if he could just order it and have it delivered. He stated "that's not the way it works". I just ordered online instead of dealing with people.

Tried to buy $1,000 Christmas tree there. Associates pretending to go to the back to get it. 1 hour later, no freaking tree only woman with purple hair. Unhelpful, unfriendly, dress code is atrocious

The man needed more coworkers he didn't have time to complete our order correctly. Now I'm waiting on my dryer hooks to be filled w another delivery. Hopefully they'll come today since I still couldn't use my dryer yesturday.

I usually find what I need. I'm a general contractor, so I pretty much visit every day and know where to find most of what I'm looking for.Daytime crew is pretty efficient, but they do sometimes stick some of the youngsters in the roles of "experienced professionals". I ask a question and I get that "deer in the headlights" look. But the deer usually can quickly get someone who does know.Forget getting decent assistance after 7 if you are trying to squeeze a couple more hours out of the day.

Use to love getting my high-end appliances from Lowe's until I purchased my Refrigerator. I also purchased the Lowe's extended warranty with it. Boy was that a mistake... It's been 5 months and 3 different repairmen and I am still without an ice maker. I was just sent another message saying it could take another 30 days to hear back about maybe getting it replaced. Because parts are on backorder I'm the one getting the runaround. At what point do you honor that warranty you sold me. IT clearly states if it can't be fixed it'll be replaced. 5 months is long enough to wait. It's time you step up and replace it.I don't recommend buying anything high-end from Lowe's and definitely do NOT waste your money for the warranty. If I could give them a minus 5 stars I would.

For all of those reviews claiming customer service problems, please remember it isn't a "Lowe's" problem, it's everywhere! However, today, I DID experience an adventure attempting to locate the notebook I brought. An employee removed items from my "unattended" cart (i suppose thought it was abandoned) 15 feet away from me (for 10 mins max) and also removed my notebook and placed it on a remote in-store register terminal & told THAT employee "be aware if someone comes looking for it".. I found it after checking out and loading my truck. spent 30 mins retracing my steps 4 times. I mean, cmon, it's a cart full stuff AND a customers notebook!If you live near Oxford, the place to shop is Oxford Lumber/ACE Hardware.
