I recently was in the market for a boat . I went to several different boat dealers and researched different boat manufacturers. I finally settled on a Ranger 198p . A couple of reasons for that decision were the staff at bass pro shop . They were great to deal with , knowledgeable, and were able to answer my questions. They had the options I needed and had several perks to go along with the purchase. They seem to have a great service department also. They made the purchase of the boat seamless and easy. Explained everything in detail. Went over the boat , trailer, and motor and explained everything about all three before I left with it. Would definitely recommend them if considering a boat.

I visited this store again this past Friday. Just like before, I had the best customer experience! Bob in the fishing department was amazing!I spent probably 2 hours or more shopping in his department. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He took the time to answer every question that I had and he also provided valuable tips and advice along the way! Extremely nice and helpful employee!Then when I got to the customer service to pick up my online order and other things that I was buying while I was there, I met Taylor. She was another awesome employee who was super nice and extremely helpful! I can’t say enough about Taylor and Bob!They both made my shopping experience at this location awesome! I will definitely be back very soon! Thank you Bob, Taylor, and Bass Pro Shops for hiring great employees like these two!

Very nice store with outdoor hobby needs & nice place for men & kids due to all the mounted stuffed fish & animals the kids will enjoy seeing. Our 7 year old twins loved it!

This particular Bass Pro Shop is off of an exit that puts it across the street from a Buc-ee's gas station. Which in my opinion is prime retail. The Bass Pro Shop itself is huge and has a lovely scenic drive up or a short drive. Plenty of parking with handicap accessible doors and an elevator to get to the second floor. A giant fish tank stocked with a plethora of fish and all the stuffed animals you could think of. They even have a stuffed bald eagle replica. The store is a little high, but nothing that you wouldn't expect from a Bass Pro shop. It's the southern version of a Cabela's. They sell everything from clothing to boats. It really is an experience you need to see. We love it.

If you are an outdoor enthusiast or want to go on a field trip BASS Pro Shops is the place to go! They have everything you could possibly need for boating (including boats), fishing, camping, swimming, etc. You could spend hours looking around. It’s very entertaining for children AND adults. Very clean, employees are extremely helpful and everything is perfectly positioned. Great place to go shopping and/or sightseeing!

Bought a 2024 Tracker TXW in December. Fast forward to April and the charger went out and was not charging the trolling motor battery. I took the boat to bass pro and Ricardo jumped on it immediately and replaced the charger and the battery and was very friendly and told me what to look for when charging. Such a nice guy and great customer service from him. However lady and man that was in service office acted like I was a bother to them for having issues with a brand new boat. Only giving a 5 star because of Ricardo cause he was so amazing. Other than the two in the office me and my family have always had a good experience at Bass Pro

We enjoyed an overnight stay with our camper in the overflow parking while traveling through. Such a beautiful store and area! The parking lot was prettier than some campgrounds we've stayed at! We're thankful for places that let us sleep for the night before continuing on the next day!

Awesome location with easy parking. If they don’t have it Bass Pro it probably doesn’t exist. I found the staff to be friendly with quick wait time during a busy time at the cash registers. I went in looking for some boots and ended up buying a few more winter shirts as they were on sale. The one thing you can count on is the quality of products. I don’t mind paying a little more for better service and quality. It’s always makes for a fun experience being able to look at the different products as well as the fish as well as the other animals on display

I was here today looking for fishing equipment for a weekend trip this weekend. The clerk, a very nice lady named Charlie helped me and even went to get something for me on the other end of the store. They have moved the fishing department downstairs and it is HUGE! My experience here was very good, all the clerks that helped me were nice and informed.

Bass Pro Shop is always great and this location is one of the best. Two levels of shopping, terrific aquarium and tons of great displays. They have anything you could think of for hunting and fishing. I'm never disappointed with a trip here and I always leave with some new fishing gear. I highly recommend.

Service is amazing. We were towing our boat from SC to TX and had a blow out on 20. Stopped in the Leeds store and Doug, Steve, John , and Dennis saved the day. We are forever grateful for their service.

Taking the scenic route up to this store is like driving up to a cabin in the mountains! It's amazing how they've looped and curved the road through the hillside to create this beautiful drive up. And once you get inside, the interior is even more impressive! This store is fun to walk around to just "kill some time."

What’s not to like about the premier tackle shop ? The variety is massive, prices are great, staff are exceptional and you can lose hours in this place! I found two hard to find types of soft baits when I was here last, and also have bought 3 rods and a reel as well and the rods while on cheaper end of the price range are deceptively good, in fact their performance is up there with much higher price point ones, and after having put them all through their paces, I gotta say I’m impressed. Now I’m not going to go and give away ALL of my secrets, but I can say the Daiwa Regals are an excellent buy and one of the best bang for buck reels you can get . The rods I got are 7, 8 and 9 ft and often used for crappie, but that’s all you’re gonna get outta me! …. Except for a quick blurt about the prices - they’re very good here and you can walk away with change even… if you’re lucky and not a tackle hoarder lol Good job Bass Pro

This location is incredible! The drive from the highway to the store is like an adventure... a winding road through the trees reminds one of driving thru Gatlinburg (TN) ... the store itself is large and well-stocked. Staff was super friendly. Worth a visit!

Store was amazing. Great layout. Great products. Very well cleaned and kept. But checkout took almost 20 minutes. Not sure if Sunday at noon is an odd time for the store, but service seemed nonexistent. Heard employees saying people were on break or lunch and they were the only ones available. Suggest some better employee time management.

Overall Bass Pro Shops is a good store for all of your outdoor needs. Selection of camping equipment, like tents and large backpacks were mediocre. Great place to look before you buy. Many items can be bought on Amazon at a lesser price.

Today I went to pick up an online order at the gun counter. I didn’t get to leave with my order because they were so understaffed. They made an announcement saying that they would not be selling firearms after 8. I had been waiting for 2 hours!!! I have never had to wait that long for an online order and still did get it. No one ever spoke to me after seeing me standing there for 2 hours. I left very mad and frustrated.

We try to stop at all Bass Pro Shops during our travels. This one had the best entrance and outdoor area by far! The inside was one of the best as well (the Memphis location wins this award so far). Always enjoy stopping by Bass Pro.

Showed up to check out a Tikka T3 and browning X bolt. Signed in to the queue. One person was behind the counter with no one around. Queue said 10 minutes. 45 minutes later no one had even addressed me. Walked out and bought the gun at a different location. Lazy or incompetent

Busy place to go to. The guy at the guest service would sign u up to see Santa but he was so rude. I do not recommend taking pictures with Santa. He was rude and never wanted to help.

Normally we enjoy bass pro but this last experience was frustrating. We had a gift card and bought a gun online, had to ordered. Gun and ammo come in we have to drive 45 minutes to get it because being a gun you have to go to the store, you can’t just go to the counter to pickup and order already placed we had to scan a barcode and wait for an hour in line. My boyfriend just moved in with me a few months ago and he has to renew his license in a couple months so his address on his license didn’t match his order so they wouldn’t let him pick it up and then claimed they didn’t know where his ammo was. We leave, he gets an email saying he picked up the order. So he gets on a message with the manager and they tell him he can’t get a refund because he picked up the order, so after having to continually tell them we didn’t leave the store with it they call the store and the employee says he picked up the gun but not the ammo and they claimed when they run the background check it automatically says you picked up the order but they didn’t run a background check either. Then they finally agree to a refund but tell him he has to wait 72 hours or longer being Christmas to see if we have to go back to the store to get the refund because they apparently don’t do it online even though it was an online gift card. He also paid some on his debit card so they finally send an online gift card back with the amount and have to wait 5 days or longer for the rest to go back on his card. It’s just been ridiculous and annoying that it had to be that difficult.
