I stopped in Yesterday (Saturday). I didn't have to wait very long. I ordered the pretzel dog combo. The bread was soggy and didn't taste like usual. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning at 4 am sick as ever. I think it's food poisoning. I can't hold anything down. I tried calling them today but of course, they did answer. I wasn't given a receipt but would like my money returned.

Horrible customer service. Purchased a hot dog and cinnamon bites. Was told it would be 10 minutes for bites to come up.( usually take 4 minutes, I get these all the time at home) We are watching the three young Caucasian employees service the Caucasian customers and never providing the rest of our order. They kept saying it will be 5 minutes, we purchased at 3:59 pm and had to ask for a refund at 4:22 pm. One employee made the comment, “well it’s 3 of us to a million of y’all”, being rude. I will be contacting cooperate.

Paid for 3 cups of pretzels and a large drink - I chose one dipping sauce and was charged for it also. I went back asking for a sauce for my cinnamon ones and was told I only got one free with the bundle. I paid for all sauces and food - I didn’t get anything for free. Then asked for a refill after she didn’t fill my drink all the way up and was asked to pay $.55. Pointed all this out to the cashier and was told I didn’t ask for a receipt and so it couldn’t be proved.

3.5 stars on 🥨s. Tastes differently than remembered. Ordered 2 cinnamon sugar and one was under baked. Also, cashier charged me for the wrong menu item and took a while to explain error for understanding. She called for help and explained to her coworker. They ended up having me return the changed and rang the sale again🤷🏿‍♂️

I saw a roach when I was there. I alerted the employee but didnt make a big scene. I feel bad because the line was so long. He was crawling into the case but the employee knocked him down before he could get in fully.

Went there this afternoon and while the line was long, they took their time to get us all sorted and the orders were correct and the food tasty. Thank you!

After at least a 15 minute wait for a sour cream and onion pretzel I asked if it would be much longer. The manager said he did not hear my order. I asked for a refund and the manager was so rude instead of apologizing for the long wait. Not happy with the terrible service. Such a rude manager!!!

The absolute worse ever pretzel. So bad I doubt I will ever go there again. Burnt and hard as a rock. Unfortunately I was already on the highway or I would have brought it back.Didn't even deserve 1 star but no lesser option.
