I took my pack in to get them fixed. It was kinda concerning having all 3 done at the same time. The staff was great they are a partner with GA Spay, so I was able to use the coupons with them for the procedures. I took them in at 8 am and got a call around noon to ask about a birth hernia that one of my pups had. They offered to take care of it at a fair price. I picked them up at 4 pm. They were up and moving around pretty much the next day. Today, 4/25 hasn't been a week, and I'm forcing the dogs to keep still. They all seem to be feeling pretty good. Also, they found an ovarian cyst on one of my girls, so it's good I got her fixed. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend them.

I never leave reviews, but I had an amazing experience with this clinic. I just moved to the area & they took my baby immediately. Not only were they convenient, friendly, & pretty quick considering the wounds, but they also texted me to check on my girl 2 days after & also providing tips on how to get her to eat. Most clinics forget patients, and that was a special touch I really appreciated. THANK YALL!

I personally did not have an animal visit here but my Son did. After a 6-day stay the pooch is repaired, clean, in good health and normalizing. The Staff in this facility is caring and personable. All In-patients are treated as if they were their own.Kudos LAC... and thank you! 💐🇺🇲

The first time I came here was during a moment of panic when my senior dog started having trouble walking and was in pain. I called for an appointment and they didn't have any available but were able to work me in the same day. Unfortunately , a few months late we'd back , yesterday, to have to put her to sleep. The staff and vet were so kind and sensitive. They both gave my dog love as she passed and the vet tech walked me out and hugged me as we left. It soothed some of the ache in my heart watching her treated with the same amount of compassion and love that we gave her as well.

I was using another vet for my 2 old dogs. I am thankful I finally broke away and came to this one. Doctor is super knowledgeable and doesn’t mind taking a few minutes on the phone listening to my concerns and answering my questions. The price is average for a vet, but worthwhile for the resources and services this vet offers.

This review includes my third and fourth five star review for Lanett Animal Clinic. Dr. Meredith Thomas has seen five of my pets on separate occasions with one occasion being preventative measures to halt an emergency situation. I can hardly express the level of thanks I feel toward her and her staff. Their focused concern and superior customer service are beyond any other that I have experienced.

They have always been good to our fur babies back to when Dr. Jerry Thomas was running it to the new Dr Meredith Thomas. Dr. Jerry did a leg surgery and a jaw surgery on two of our pets and thankfully Dr Meredith has only had to do a neuter on a new stray we took in. Dr Meredith has provided great routine care and the office staff are always quick and responsive for appointments and refills.

Staff are very friendly and Dr. Thomas always gives details of my fur babies and answers any questions I have. This visit was a new fur baby and she made him comfortable during his appointment so he would not be traumatized in future visits. I loved they did a first paw print for a keepsake for me.

I took my rescue female here to be fixed. They were the only ones that had an opening and fairly cheap! I loved how nice kind and reasonable they are. I switched my dogs and go here all the time. I then got another female and had to have her fixed as well and they were gentle and kind and understanding with the circumstances of how I got the second dog.

VERY OVER PRICED. Tried to sell me a laundry list of things my dog didn’t need and that didn’t pertain to why I Brought him into the office. I don’t like that they don’t let you come in with your animal and then to talk with you they just call you and give a long list of things you should buy which made it very confusing for me to understand what my dog actually needed to help him feel better.I told them before hand that I have a strong high energy dog and that it would be best for me to come in with him bc of his behavior and then when they called for the appointment review kept saying how he’s super strong and he needs anxiety medication bc he’s too strong for them to handle but really they should just let us come in with our animals and we could take care of them.I do not recommend.

I had a great experience with Dr.Meredith at Lanett! My new puppy was throwing up, had diarrhea, wouldn’t eat or drink and I was super worried. It was a Saturday and I called multiple vets and emergency vets. Everywhere was either closed or full. Despite not being a current customer Lanett took me in. All of the tests came back negative but just to be on the safe side I decided to have him stay at the vet for the weekend since he wasn’t eating or drinking on his own. The communication was impeccable and very appreciated for this worried pet parent who will stay up all night wondering if he’s okay. I even got multiple updates on Sunday about his progress. I’ve seen a few reviews about them being all about the money. I didn’t get that impression in any way, what-so-ever. They were very upfront about cost and gave me a low to high estimate (just incase anything unforeseen happened) and by the way, final cost was actually less than the low estimated amount. I even requested an X-ray because Google had me paranoid and Dr.Meredith asked to reevaluate before we jumped to that. She determined it wasn’t necessary and she was right! She took great care of my guy and he came back good as new. I would recommend her to anyone!

I came in for an emergency visit because my cat was DYING and they were the only open vet. The complete lack of empathy from the staff was shocking. They treated me like a nuisance the entire time I was there. This was several months ago, but recently I've been processing more of the grief and the bad experience at this practice really stuck with me. Two stars instead of one because they did waive a fee that they would normally charge and let the money go towards the cremation, which I appreciated. I hope they take this into consideration because losing a pet is losing member of your family, and no one deserves to be treated like an inconvenience when a family member is dying.

I have a cranky old Chi-Poo who bit Dr Meredith last year when he went for his annual physical. This year she recommended some anxiety meds before his visit. While this made him sleepy he still wouldn't let her examine him. So she suggested a small dose of gas. This worked. He got his examine, shots, teeth cleaned (one pulled), a bath and his nails cut. He slept for about 8 hours when we got home but then he perked right back up to his usual cranky self only smelling a better. Thank you to Dr. Meredith and Summer.

My dog needed a c section. I called Lanett Animal Clinic and asked them how much they charge for a c section. I was quoted $1500 over the phone. At no time did Forrest mention $1500 was the starting price. The whole point is they know on average what they charge for a c section and that amount wasn't given. They waited until I was on site and told me it was over 3,000. I was also charged an emergency fee even though this was during regular business hours. I told the receptionist that came outside that's not the price I was told over the phone. All she had to say is that she was sorry, didn't know why I was told that and this was the price. At this time I didn't have a choice because I wasn't going to risk the life of the puppies or my dog. I don't appreciate being lied to and mislead. I heard exactly what Forrest said on the phone no misunderstandings on my end. Also, my dogs are all current on vaccinations. If I can afford a c section I can afford to keep them up to date on shots. If they were upfront about their pricing I would have taken my dog to the emergency vet. The final bill was $3400. $1900 more than I was quoted over the phone. That's not okay! To put things in perspective one of my dogs had an emergency c section on Christmas day it was a $1,000 less than what this vet charges. I don't recommend this vet. If you call for pricing make sure you get it in writing.

Y'all prices are high as hell. I started to drive off and just leave my dog there. They came up with a list of things wrong with my dog. It was like taking a human to the doctor but much higher. I think I'ma just give my dog away cause another bill like that one. She gotta go

Well it was ok, kinda high prices for a first time puppy....And the calcium tablets you gave us expired 5-4-2023, th as t was the fault I brought Ronin to the vet.... 5-4-2023....For all that money I maybe could have gotten chews that didnt exp... that day?????

My local vet was unavailable for my very sick cat so we tried Lanett Animal Clinic and they were able to provide care as an urgent care visit the same day. They did everything they could to make her comfortable and kept us up to date with her treatment and condition. I appreciate this clinic for providing excellent care to our Natalie.

Once again, I can count on these wonderful people to take care of my fur baby. My dog has allergies and skin issues. Dr Meredith called and explained step by step what she did and what needs to be done. She takes time to acknowledge your concerns. I love that I can trust them completely

I highly recommend Lanett Animal Hospital. Dr Thomas, Forrest and Becky always take such good care of me and my 8 dogs!!! They treat us with compassion and understanding. They have always listened to my concerns and addressed them and helped learn along the way. I put complete trust of my animals care in their hands. It is a blessing to have such a great office I truly feel like they are friends of the family.
