Awful customer service!! Really not a good place to use snap if ur card won’t work with their machines they ask for ur id!! My first thought is safety & y do I need to show id for use of snap but not a credit card?!

The young lady called Poo was very efficient and gracious. She quickly fixed a pick up order with a minor error. She is quite a sweetie. Very good with customer service. Also, the 2 bakery ladies Friday afternoon 6/23 were lovely and had a tasty chocolate cake with buttercream icing. My cashier was great, going out of her way to help pick up dropped coins. The women employees in this place are fantastic. (Did not interact with male employees on this trip.)

Kroger is a great place. It has everything, like food, supplies, and etc. When you're at the cash register, a Kroger card helps lower how much we pay for things we bought. Thank you, Kroger's, for providing things that anyone can afford during their time of shopping.

Kroger has EXCELLENT Service and SUPPORT. Good prices, but it doesn't have a Special Seafood Deli(where the Butcher cut and select meat for Customers to purchase. But, otherwise the store is clean w/ fresh produce and meats.

I went into Kroger around October and they had a sale on 24 count large Eggland Best eggs. I was going to purchase them but they had sold out. They told me I could get a rain check for two cartons and I kept checking back for the eggs but they never got them back in. A week before Thanksgiving I checked again and I saw they had the 12 count so I asked if I could substitute 2 12 count large for the 24 but they said no. Ok that’s not an issue they go on to tell me I want be able to use this rain check because they don’t sale those count Eggland Best. It’s not my fault that Kroger’s did a sale and it was pictured in the sale’s paper for 24 count when they had the sale. I had accidentally thrown that sales paper away. I’m sure the corporate office has a copy of the sales paper from October it also had a ginger bread decorative Halloween house in the add. I’m including a picture of the rain check I was given on October 5th. This is why I fly right on by Krogers and will be going to Walmart to do all my shopping!!

The fruit at Kroger is in my opinion substandard at best. I love fruit and have tried almost all of their fruit. The fruit has no taste. Bought nectarines there last week and they were so hard we couldn't cut them with our sharpest knife. Got pears today and they tasted like apples. The grapefruit and lemons were dried out with no juice.

Third time in a row that I've came to this location and seen flies around and inside the bags/boxes of chicken. There were several flying around the stand itself. Figured I would not have an issue with the fresh chicken; took home the box, opened it, and two flies came out.

Easy located right off the road. Plenty of parking. Not a large store but got all your basic needs and the produce is of high quality. Plus there is a has station attach to the store. Very convenient.

Joshua in the meat department took great care of me and my family today. There were no ribeyes and he offered to cut some fresh ones for us and helped advise me on what options may be best - then he found me in the store to bring them to me.The steaks were cut incredibly well and the quality was superb both in the meat and his service. We will be coming back for future needs based on him alone. Good hire by Kroger.

Great place to shop ! Keep an eye out for managers specials throughout the store, always​ great deals. $100 & you will leave with a buggy full, compared to Wal-Mart the choice is clear. Thanks Lanett Kroger, keep up the great work.

They are always crowded, out of things, the salad is always slimy & brown, the sales never have the items in stock, & it is so sad they have let the store go down from what it was 2 years ago. They have never trained a bigger how to bag. The frozen food is with paper goods, they throw bags of salad beneath cans, the bread and chips have cans crush them, they always leave things out of my order, & IF I have a rain check, they stop everything, call the manager to come over and everyone looks at me like I have robbed a bank or worse. I've gotten food with bugs in it, like oatmeal & they say it's not them but the stocker. I like them much better than Wal Marts, can drive to LaGrange Kroger, get everything most of the time, get back home in the time it takes me to drive about 7 miles to the Lanett one, try to find what I need, pay for my items and get back home. The pharmacy ahs made several mistakes on my meds . But I really like most the staff.

Great Kroger! Older store with everything you need and none of the nonsense of the new SuperKrogers. Clean and organized. Lots of specials. Prettiest produce of any local Kroger. Staff are helpful and friendly. I drive past Auburn and Opelika stores every day. Yet prefer shopping in this Valley store.

It’s a decent grocery store, but it would be wonderful if the store were to be brought a little more up to date. The selection has been so-so regarding items that are in the least bit atypical, but for everything that is typical day to day necessities the Kroger in Lanett does its job.

Don't ever use their pickup service. Third time I've received less than half the items I paid for. Calling the store does not help as they are incredibly rude and do nothing to resolve the issue.
