I will never ever go here again! My prescriptions got there at 1:00 p.m. and it took them till 6:00 pm to fill just two of the ones they had and then they finally told me they didn't have the other prescriptions they told me they had, so when I told them to transfer it to another pharmacy of my choice they dragged there feet even after I said the medicatons had already been missed one day because they were so slow. They acted as if they could care less and honestly I'm sure they didn't care...The poor girl who worked the counter was trying her best to work two registers and the drive thru... she was doing great but they really should give her help it was really sad to see her running around trying to do all that by herself. I would actually give them no stars if that were an option...

I HATE THEM!!! Take too long to full prescriptions & then ignore the freaking phone when folks call!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! Act like they don’t have certain medication.. I SUGGEST EVERYONE TO GO TO HOODS PHARMACY!

I placed an online order for photo merchandise-specifically a photo magnet that was a gift. The photo on the magnet was distorted and damaged (looked like it had been through a roller of glue). The store told me in order to "fix" it, I would need to purchase another photo and magnet. Not really sure why I would be required to buy another when it was their mistake to begin with. But apparently this is how they choose to do business. I will not be ordering photos here again.

I use for pharmacy. Always fast and friendly. Even if line it moves quickly. Just verify prescription is ready before heading over they will tell you exactly when it will be ready otherwise you run risk of not ready and coming back.

Slow and sometimes rude depending on who is working. Back when Kim worked here(I doubt she still does) it was awesome, fast and friendly. You will occasionally come across someone nice but Kroger is much better, if it weren't for my insurance making me use cvs I would be continuing to use Kroger instead.

I don’t appreciate getting an eye roll every time the lady at the window asks me a question. I literally did nothing to her. Asking me my children’s names and birthdays shouldn’t come with that many eye rolls. If you hate your job so much, find a new one! Completely terrible customer service.

I have tried to pickup my medicine three days straight???? Friday night they close at 8:55p not 9??? Saturday apparently they close early also (my pharmacy is open Sat)??? Sunday, it's not posted but, apparently they close for lunch!! Are these times convenient for your customer or your STAFF????Prior visit I asked to cancel one med, even asked the young lady if it had been.......I got home to find they had charged me/Ins. and put it in the bag. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVE THRU!!!!

Had my vaccine shot here and everyone--I mean everyone was nice and friendly. From the person who checked us in to the one who administered the shot and the post vaccine waiting attendant. Best CVS i have been to. Hope all pharmacy staff are as nice as those here.

I agree with KCastro's COVID19 vaccine review at this CVS. Everyone was very friendly and it was an extremely efficient and organized process from check in all the way to post vaccine. I walked away very impressed with the way in which all employees took care of their customers and handled the vaccine experience. Well Done!!!!!

After my son’s fourth surgery at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, we came back to town and needed to get his pain medicine. The first CVS we went to didn’t have it, so they checked and the Lanett one did. I walked in and was told I had to wait two hours. I explained he needed a dose in 45 minutes. She didn’t care. Then she said I had to have my child’s drivers license or social security number. He doesn’t have a license! And I don’t have his social security number with me. She didn’t budge. I walked out crying. Never had I been treated with such unkindness during this entire health journey!

I love this pharmacy! But like all businesses customer service is key. I've used them for a long time now. And the phone line communication is not so good. Yes I know they're busy. But rushing ppl off the phone can sees a little harsh. Bc the face to face customer service do not match the phone customer service.Constructive criticism or Feedback both are a gift So I hope this is taken as such.

They are so disrespectful here, I’m talking about they hang up on you , they’re customer service level is so poor, they have no patience, they will talk about you right in front of your face. I don’t know why my school is in the country because I’m from the city and they are so disrespectful over here I’m tired of it.
